Beautiful back porch overlooking the water. Excellent setup for groups. Well equipped kitchen. Living room was perfect gathering spot to watch a game or a movie. Our only issue was flying in, we did not pack bath soap or shampoo as most VRBOs in the past have had these amenities so plan ahead for your first night’s shower. If you are visiting Willis, we would recommend this beautiful home and it’s convenient location.

We’ve stayed here a number of times; easy dock tie downs for our boat, great covered back deck with a fantastic view of the lake and sunsets, plenty of room for our family to join us! Kitchen well stocked making it easy to cook for everyone.

The house was amazing and plenty of room for our Family of 8. Kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook our meals. Porch sitting at its finest. We have stayed at a few on lake Conroe. So far, this was the best one yet. Will absolutely book again.

Our family loved our trip to Willis and this house was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 4 days. The lakefront was perfect for morning coffees or an evening game of corn hole. Highly recommend this property.

Little trouble with lock box entry in pouring rain,BUT, it was so worth it once inside. Beautiful house , view, and amenities. . Would definitely rebook in the future. The owners and their family live around the house and made themselves available if needed. So enjoyed!

Just a fabulous stay all around. The location of The Blue Heron was spectacular, located directly on the lake. Your back yard is the lake and it was so very beautiful. The home itself was immaculately clean and well stocked with any items one would want for cooking as well as ample bedding for any situation you would need. Air conditioning worked great as well as Wi Fi , washer and dryer. The parking is generous and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. Everyone was so friendly in Texas. We will definitely be back if possible. We stay in a lot of vacation homes and this ranks right up there with the best.

Right on the lake and beautiful views from first and second story! Great place for somewhat of a staycation for Houston area residents for sure. Highly likely to make this an annual stay.

Beautiful property with a great view of the lake. We had family in for a wedding and they loved the location. The home was beautiful and set up well for family time. Hosts were very nice and responsive when needed. Definitely recommend staying!

This is our second time at this location and both were very nice. The place is spotless clean with a great layout. We also put the kitchen to the test and it was well equipped!
