The room was exactly as represented. The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, but one phone call and it was taken care of. Great straight on view of the ocean and beach. would stay again for sure!

Place is very nice with a great view. Check-in and check out was easy, no ridiculous requests. Was a great value and we really appreciated the location. Would definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing from the balcony that you could access both from the living room and the master bedroom. Location was great. Beach access was awesome. Pool was really nice. Parking easy (but you’ll need 40 cash for the parking pass). Communication with Tyson was great! The condo itself is outdated with its decor. The beds are old and uncomfortable. But it really didn’t make me not want to go back. Loved our vacation!

The listing photos accurately show the decor and the listing specifies the $40 parking pass, so I don't know why you'd mention these things in a review. I think the beds are fine, but I'm not a picky sleeper. Opinions vary, but if you're going to say something is uncomfortable, then it would help to be more specific.

Loved the view from the unit. Nice large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Walkable to many restaurants. The weather was perfect all week!!

This guest didn't mention any issues to me and didn't contact me at all, and more details in the review would help both me and other travelers. If you stayed somewhere with a musty smell, then you'd contact someone to see if there's an issue with the a/c or you'd try to get a new room. This guest did nothing. The ice dispenser tends to get frozen and clogged due to a lack of use, but the ice maker works just fine. In this case, you just have to open the door to get ice. I don't consider this to be a big deal, and apparently neither did the guest because they didn't mention it to me. Opinions vary, but I've tried the bed and think it's fine. I've received good and bad comments, so it might just not be the best for picky sleepers. I can replace the bed and still get complaints that it's too firm or too soft. Simply saying the bed isn't good doesn't help.

Everything was wonderful. View, parking, security, beach access, was great. Also, the condo had easy access, fast elevator, books, nice appliances, polite people, clean and everything we needed.

The condo was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. Great location just steps to the water. Several restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that was sub-par was the mattress in the master bedroom it definitely needs replaced. All in all it was a great stay and we plan on staying here again in the future.
