Hornblend Beachhouse dispone di una casa con due camere da letto recentemente ristrutturata con una grande cucina ben attrezzata, un grande cortile, un tavolo da giardino esterno, sedie e una nuova griglia a gas Weber. Questa casa dispone di 2 camere da letto, un bagno e un divano letto nel soggiorno per ospitare un massimo di cinque persone. Prenderemo in considerazione un piccolo sesto ospite se sono adatti per il Graco Pack 'n Play Playard Change' n Carry che abbiamo acquistato di recente per gli ospiti.
Siamo in posizione centrale a Pacific Beach con negozi di generi alimentari e meravigliosi ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Ci sono biciclette a disposizione per andare in spiaggia che si trova a un miglio di distanza o sul lato della baia e godersi il giro sul lungomare. Si consiglia di utilizzare gli scooter elettrici solo se si indossa un casco e si segue tutta la sicurezza.
Viene fornito un posto auto esclusivo. E una lavatrice e asciugatrice è stata aggiunta nell'agosto 2019 per gli ospiti.
La maggior parte di tutti i servizi si trovano a un paio di isolati (bancario, drogheria, farmacia, fornaio, tappetino per biancheria, FedEx e UPS, bancario).
Molti studi di yoga, arti marziali, palestre tradizionali, palestre di allenamento incrociato sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Golf a 5 minuti di auto e il campo PGA Torrey Pines è pubblico e 10 miglia di distanza.
Il noleggio di barche a vela e kayak a Mission Bay è raggiungibile in 15 minuti in bicicletta.
La proprietà è tranquilla e abbastanza privata.

Lovely single home Pacific Beach

We arrived late in the evening of our first night and the hosts were available to help us get sorted. It was great! And then once inside we found ourselves in a lovely environment. There were blankets in a basket in case anyone was cold. Windows all the way around which caught the ocean breeze no matter it's course. Wood floors, everything you could want in the kitchen cupboards, easy hookup to the internet, very clean throughout and a sweet outdoor space in the garden. The hosts were available but didn't intrude. Our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Four Night Stay

Comfortable house, although bathroom is small. Walk-in shower is big plus, however. Well-equipped full kitchen. Neighbors played very loud party music on weekend, but not late hours.

Awesome place

Nice indoor and and outdoor layout with great amenities to make my stay even better. Close to stores and restaurants, also a friendly pup Taz was very nice too.

We had a great experience at the Hornbill Beach house! The place exceeded my expectations.

The well stocked kitchen made family meals a breeze. Grocery stores a short walk from the house made it easy to plan meals on short notice. Nice spaces in and outdoors made it perfect for family get togethers. Beaches and restaurants also close by. Hosts were very accommodating. Loved our stay there.

Oasis in the Heart of Pacific Beach

From check-in to check-out the process was seamless. We enjoyed our secure oasis in the middle of this very lively beach community. Approximately one mile from the beach and one mile from the bay, we were central to everything the area has to offer from a variety of restaurants, shops and outdoor activities for our family including young children. The hosts were kind and helpful and responsive with any inquiries we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the vibrant Pacific Beach area and yet have a quality space to retreat from it all.

Clean, spacious and convenient

Chris and Derek live onsite and were friendly , helpful, and welcoming. Although there are not views at this property as it is a house behind another house, the place is spacious, well-lit and airy. Plus, the house is situated near their garden, with a table outside to enjoy the courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. There was everything you need. The beds are extra comfortable. It was especially nice in this neighborhood to have a designated parking spot. Also, a very nice bonus were the bikes and beach gear that was available to use. We’d stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pleasant bungalow in Pacific Beach

This bungalow is clean, updated, functional and comfortable. Beds are wonderful; kitchen and bathroom are new. The pleasant outdoor space is covered for when it rains. The owners are responsive to all concerns. Location is very convenient for shoppers.

Great Beach House in PB

Good sized, clean unit in a large backyard/patio space. Easy to walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, and bars. Beach is a bit of a walk (mile or so) but still close.

All around great property!

Easy to rent, responsive owners live onsite. House is nicely appointed just as described with quality towels, sheets, kitchenware, beds are wonderful, and plenty of room. Residential neighborhood is more private and quiet, parking is easy and it's very nice to have a space in the property driveway. Location is convenient for walking or biking, and easy in and out by car. Has been a great weekend, highly recommend; if possible I would live here year round!

Nice stay in San Diego near beach and bay

Updated guest house in backyard of owner's home. Easy access to beach and bay as well as restaurants and stores. The bikes and ping pong table were nice additions. Thank goodness for the window A/C in the master bedroom as SD was experiencing above average temps during our stay.

My family, which consists of three adult children, truly enjoyed our accommodations at the Hornblend house! It was convenient to all attractions, the parking space and outdoor area were big pluses! Great Family Getaway!!

Our family had a great week at this house! This quiet, clean, well thought out house was perfect for our family of four. The ping pong, the bikes, the grill, and the outdoor dining area were all nice touches that we enjoyed using. Being able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and the beach was so nice. Derek and Chris are great hosts. We highly recommend staying here!

Great, private-feeling home near the beach and Mission Bay bike path

We had a wonderful time at this home. The place was well-furnished and included all the necessities. The home was clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating/dining area and being able to use the well-maintained bicycles to bike to the beach and Mission Bay bike path (each a mile away). Thank you again!

Beautiful House, Great Location, Awesome Owners!

My family of 5 stayed at this wonderful house, and had a great vacation! The house has a parking space, which is a relief when staying at the beach as street parking can be a nightmare! The house also came with 4 bikes, and we rented a small bike for $10 for my daughter around the corner (literally a 2 minute walk) and we were all able to ride around. It is about 10 blocks from the beach but we were able to ride there no problem! There are several great restaurants within a 5 minute walk away. The owners were so nice and very accommodating. They provided beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards which the kids wore themselves out on! I also want to mention that the beds and pillows were very comfortable!! So often that's not the case- but these were wonderful. There is also a large yard with the option of outdoor dining. Highly recommend 😎

Guests often comment on how super convenient the location is.
The large quiet back yard is unique for a rental in Pacific beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. Let us know if something is missing and we will consider obtaining it during your stay.
For guest use: Bicycles, bar-b-que, ping pong table, included.
Bike rides around the bay and along the ocean boardwalk are our favorite pastime.
