Bill’s place was perfect for our week long vacation. The description is very accurate, as the condo is definitely on the quiet end of the island. On most days we were the only ones on the beach! The beach spot was also great for viewing wildlife as we received daily visits from the dolphins! Would definitely stay here again.

The owners were amazing and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay there. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The walk to the ocean was pretty far but other than that we had a great time. We will definitely return.

Bill and Brenda’s property was fantastic! 10/10! Great communication with the hosts and easy check in/out. The unit was extremely clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and was beautifully decorated. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The unit also has nice beach gear including chairs and beach towels. Our hosts were easy to get ahold of when we had a question and they responded immediately. We even had the opportunity to meet Brenda at the pool! We would highly recommend renting their unit, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Bill and Brenda!

View of the beach feom the gine was breathtaking. The sand beaches white and walking along the shores very nice. Shelling was impressive as well.

The weather wasn’t great but the rest of the vacation was exceptional. Carlos Pointe Beach Club really is located on the quiet end of the island. The view from the lanai/balcony was spectacular. The two bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and attentive. Our stay was grand.

This condo is amazing! Totally updated and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. There were also items for the beach: chairs, toys, and even a cooler. We enjoyed being on the”quiet end of the island”. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here on a return visit.

The stay and location was perfect for two people. The view from the lanai is lovely. All the essentials were provided inside the condo and also for beach day like chairs and beach towel. Beach is quiet and big. Pool is nice. Great communication from Bill and Brenda. Easy parking. We would definitely come back here and book again!

The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Brenda was easy to work with and supplied us with all the information to make our stay enjoyable. The bathrooms pictured in VRBO had been completely renovated and were super nice. The new bridge across the inlet opened while we were there. There is still renovations going on in other units but it didn’t disrupt our stay at all. We had a wonderful stay.

Easy getaway

Bill was easy to communicate with. The condo is outdated and needs some TLC, but was inexpensive and easy to get around to activities. Excellent pool and sun deck. Beach was not our favorite, but we are from north FL where we have stunningly beautiful beaches. Overall a great value getaway.

Better than described!! 11/10Brenda email and texted us with check in instructions which were very easy. Our flight landed early so I asked if we could check in early and she said yes! That was the first “well this is going well” moment. Once we sat on the lanai it got even better! I Facetime’d my mom and she asked if the palm tree behind me was AI - it’s truly that great of a view. It’s more beautiful than pictures do it justice. Our 3 yo toddler loved the pool and Ed the friendly pool guy brought out some pool toys which made his week. The property and condo were immaculate. A week flew by! Oh and they offered us late check out bc there wasn’t someone checking in right after us. The owners are very kind and responsive. Now I just need to get back before next April…thank you Brenda & Bill!

Peaceful Vacation

Location on south end of Fort Myers is one of the most peaceful vacation spots we have ever visited. Shelling, large beach, and laid back place that makes you feel like it is a private resort where all amenities are offered. The owners are caring and kind and willing to help in any way. We love this place and have visited more than once. It is close to Orlando, The Keys, The Everglades and almost Paradise.

Beautiful and Peaceful

The condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The view from thr lanai was simply amazing! The south end of Ft. Meyers is beautiful and peaceful. Can't wait to come back.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We felt like we had our own private beach as there were only a hand full of families also on the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants but not too close. Communication with owner was timely and smooth. Others have mentioned the walk to the water was a treck, but I would say it was well worth it. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Dolphins everyday with stingrays and shells on the beach or in shallow water. I would recommend and we plan to come again!
