Thank you Bonnie! We are glad you love the River Home and will be returning to stay with us again. We apologize that you were short on paper towels and kitchen towels during your stay. We try to keep plenty around for guests to use. If you are ever short on anything or can’t locate anything in the future please let us know right away and we will get some for you. We are sorry if you found a few cockroaches around. We have the pest company spray twice a month. We will contact them and see if there is more we can do. We continually strive to keep the home in great condition and do projects each year to maintain and update the home. Last winter we put in some new blinds, some new furniture, and remodeled several of the bathrooms. This winter we are remodeling the kitchen, putting in all new appliances, buying some new furniture, and putting in some new carpet. Every year we invest in the upkeep of the beautiful indoor and outdoor pool and spa, as well as the huge yard and landscaping. Please reach out to us by email or phone if there are any upgrades you feel we should consider. We have had to adjust the rental price by 4-6% the last couple years to keep up with general inflation and rising utility costs, but we will only raise the rental price as much as we have to in order to keep up with rising costs and inflation. We feel as you do that the roominess of the home and huge yard is ideal for large groups. We feel the private pools and hot tub, sports court, and lawn area is ideal for families to relax and play in privacy and The River Home is one of the best places in Utah for large groups to gather! We are glad you enjoy it as much as we do.

We are glad you had a great stay! We will look into these couple drain plugs and toilets that run. We have not had that brought to our attention. We don’t have child proof locks on any doors since there is child proof covers on both pools. We spray for insects and cockroaches each week since Saint George tends to have quite a few. We apologize if you saw one.
