We were very happy with our stay in this unit. Everything was very clean and nice, and the location was excellent. Parking and the check-in were easy. We would highly recommend this.

Great place to stay in Beaver Creek. Easy check in and parking. Host was immediately available by text during the entire stay and addressed any questions we had. Location would be great for ski in/out, however there was not enough snow to use this perk. Despite this, the shuttle easily picked us up and brought us to the lifts in only a few minutes. Pool and hot tub were great and enjoyed by everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent! True ski in, ski out even in a down snow year. The place is beautiful and well laid out. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay. The host was very welcoming and communicative before and during our vacation. The location is excellent for ski in / ski out. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen making it easy to prepare family meals. Otherwise, it's a short walk to the village for evening fun. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was as described/displayed. True ski-in/out with direct access to slope from ski locker. Would love to stay at the condo again.

Fantastic Ski In/ Ski Out

Hard to beat the location for this rental. Unit is clean and well stocked, including lots of hooks for hanging gear at end of day. Owner is very responsive and lovely to work with. Wonderful property!

Wonderful Unit in Great Ski-in/Ski-out Location

This unit is bright and personable. Great location with great skiing access and convenient hot tub for apres ski. Well stocked, well appointed, comfortable beds (we didn’t use bunks) and a great host. Easy check-in and out. We would definitely stay here again. You won’t find any surprises or disappointments in this unit. Wonderful stay for our family.

This condo is great in the location is also great. Super easy to get on and off the mountain. We used the hot tub, which is right outside the door and also very convenient. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Amazing condo!

Our experience was incredible! Highly recommend staying at this condo. The ski in-ski out was awesome, it is walking distance to the Beaver Creek village and the parking garage was very convenient. There was plenty of sitting space for us and the unit had what we needed for cooking, coffee, etc. If you want a turn key experience on the mountain, this is the place to stay!!

Fantastic property that is TRULY ski in, ski out in Beaver Creek. Had an amazing time with our 9 month old and friends who have a 1 year old. Highly recommend!

Very nice and great location

The condo was in very good condition. The bathrooms have just been redone. It was a nice sized condo for a 3 bedroom. Great, convenient location with easy ski in/out access. We walked each night into the village for dinner (5-10 minutes). Heated underground parking. Will stay there again in the future.

We stayed in this unit during an unprecedented 2026 hot summer. The host was beyond amazing with immediate responses to questions. The unit is very spacious and has a new stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer. It does not have air conditioning but the owner (along with other owners in this building) are considering a PTAC or VTAC cooling system. For the first time this summer, the bedrooms just would not cool down at night. A huge plus for us was the tennis and pickleball courts are a two - minute walk. The two master bedrooms have his and her sinks and the bathrooms are updated. There are new windows and the hot tub is new. There is no access to the swimming pool until November 2026. This unit is a quiet unit and has an underground parking garage that was very convenient. The owner provided many basics (foil, dish soap, stove top cleaner etc). The unit has more pros than cons. The kitchen table was disliked by all that visited (it is too big, all wood table and uncomfortable wood chairs for part of the table and there is a bench for the back sitting so when one person wanted to enter or leave the table, everyone had to stop eating, get up and let them out and vice- versa). The lamps in the unit are outdated and the host advised that she is working on replacing them. The living room is very large and all rooms have wonderful views. There is no desk and chair. Overall we were pleased and had a great time! You should click on the contact host for any updates on unit.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time together with the fam while at this Highlands Townhome. You cannot get easier access to the slopes, while being a short walk to the village. We all loved the ski room complete with boot driers on the first level. The owner was very responsive making this trip extremely relaxing. Would definitely consider booking again!

Fantastic stay!

Check-in process was effortless and we were lucky to score a great parking space. The condo was clean and the location in the building fairly convenient for a quick descent to the ski room. The locker was spacious and able to hold all of our ski equipment. The condo was clean, very well appointed with nice views. The fire place works great and made our evenings cosy. The ski in and ski out experience is amazing - quick and straightforward, we were at centennial lift within a minute of getting in our skis. This also makes for a very easy walk to and from the village - 5 minutes. The host was very responsive and readily available via text and email. Highly recommend for a great snow sports vacation.

Amazing Ski Condo and Wonderful Owner

Everything is as advertised and more. Karin communicated early and often and checked in with us via text/email before arrival, at check-in, during our stay, and at check-out to ensure everything went smoothly, which it absolutely did. The condo itself is very well furnished and the beds exceedingly comfortable. The cleaning job was immaculate and even my wife, who is a clean freak, was impressed and comfortable. The offer for a midweek cleaning was much appreciated. The kitchen had all the small things you need in a kitchen that you never bring with you. The ski slope is 10 feet from the building door and an 1 minute ski down an easy green to Beaver Creek Resort. The ski lockers and boot dryers on the first floor are just amazing. It'll be hard to go skiing any other way!
