Blue Sky Suite, 5 minutes walk from the station and the Duomo

The apartments are located on the second floor without lift of an historic building, Palazzo Gaddi, located in the bright square of Madonna degli Aldobrandini, where you can find the famous Cappelle medicee (Medici chapels).
Duomo and Piazza della Signoria are within a 3 minutes walk away.
The building offers the possibility to choose between 3 types of apartments and allows customers to combine multiple solutions if families or larger groups wish to stay together in the same building.

BLUE SKY SUITE

NOTE: only for stays longer than 27 days, utilities (light, water, gas and wifi ) are charged by the customer

As you enter the apartment, 50 square meter ( renovated and redecorated in 2021) you will find a lovely, gentle flat: the living room with pull out sofa double bed, the dining area with 4 design azure chairs around a round crystal table, the fully equipped modern, soft blue kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and the bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe and a design armchair. The living room has frescoes ceilings, a light blue sky over you!
The apartment has a modern bathroom with a big shower and white sanitaryware (sink, toilet, bidet), a white bathroom cabinet.

There is a useful closet where the washing-dryer machine is located.
The apartment is pretty quite and peaceful.
WIFI internet access, LCD TV, AC, lots of markets nearby, agreement (special rate) with the garage located 30 metres from the property.

Free Service: baby cot, baby highchair, baby eating set.

Changeover day
We do our best to accommodate individual guests needs in terms of changeover day.
Check in time: by arrangement with the owner, from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Check out time: by arrangement with the owner, by 11 am.
In case of late arrival: from 8 pm to 10 pm 30 euro fee, after 10 pm a 50 Euro

Amazing Apartment in Florence A+++++++

My husband and I stayed in the Blue Sky apartment and we loved every minute. The apartment is in a great location a few minutes from the train station. The apartment is spacious, sunny and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment was immaculate. There is a washing machine which was very helpful (nice to return home with clean clothes). The owner, Mariangela is an angel. She met us on time and was very kind. She thought of all the little things that made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. It was the nicest we have stayed in.

A wonderful stay!

We had one of the most wonderful times at the Blue Sky apartment. Mariangela was the most open and welcoming person that I have delt with in my many years of renting apartments in Florence. The apartment was immaculate with great attention to detail. Mariangela kept in contact throughout our stay and made sure that we were comfortable and any questions would be answered. Mariangela even made sure we had a taxi waiting on us for our very early departure to the airport. Mariangela exemplifies customer service and satisfaction. I will be contacting her again for our next stay in Florence.

IL luogo ideale per un soggiorno a Firenze.

Firenze è bellissima e le opere d'arte sono incredibili. Ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole è sapere ogni giorno, quando avremo finito sight seeing o un enorme pasto, potremmo tornare Blue Sky Suite per rilassarsi. L'appartamento è spazioso e molto confortevole. La posizione è perfetta. HO amato la storia tutta la mia vita e così vicino alla tanto è una gioia. Di essere a pochi passi dalle Cappelle Medicee è incredibile. Grazie per aver reso tutto così facile.

Un séjour exceptionnel!

Nous venons de passer un séjour en famille formidable dans l'appartement de Mariangella. Situé à 5 minutes de la station de la navette pour l'aéroport, il est placé idéalement pour visiter Florence. Une superette ainsi que le fabuleux marché San Lorenzo à 3 minutes à pied, il suffit de quelques minutes pour arriver devant le Duomo. Nous avons ainsi pu visiter toute la ville à pied avec nos deux petites filles de 6 et 7 ans ce qui a été très appréciable! L' appartement est très bien équipé et très bien agencé pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous y étions comme chez nous, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Mariangella a été à notre écoute tout au long du séjour et a vraiment envie de nous faire découvrir sa merveille ville: on ne peut espérer un meilleur accueil. Nous avons souvent loué des appartement à travers l'Europe, mais c'est la première fois que avons été si bien accueillis! Nous n'avons plus qu'une seule envie: continuer à découvrir Florence en revenant dans cet appartement. Mariangella, merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil! A bientôt Pierre et Jacqueline

Perfecta

Perfecta estancia, localización y trato inmejorable, sin duda un sitio para repetir. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades y esta decorado con un gusto exquisito, está situado en el centro de Florencia con todos los servicios a pie del apartamento. Mariangela was a great help and very friendly.

The Blue Sky and Purple apartments on Aldobrandini were wonderful. The location from the train to sites and the Mercato were all within walking distance . We loved our visit to Firenze! Mariangela was kind, friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location!

And a warm and welcoming hostess--what more could you want? The Blue Sky apartment is spotless and very tastefully decorated with all the amenities you need to call it "home.". Mariangela is helpful and responsive throughout the rental process as well as while we were in her apartment, even checking in with us the second morning to be sure we had everything we needed (including a good night's rest). We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is located a short 15 minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the major sites in Florence. Many excellent restaurants are located within the Piazza or a short walk on any of the intersecting streets--be sure you try the Florentine beef. Small markets are also close at hand to help you get a great picnic together for train rides or picnics in the parks. We would stay here again--and again--and again--and we would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family.

una casa stupenda

Ho trascorso un week end fantastico in questo appartamento. La casa era pulitissima, molto ordinata e accogliente. Inoltre la casa si trova molto vicino sia al centro e sia alla stazione di Firenze, il che mi ha permesso di muovermi agilmente a piedi. L'unico rammarico...esserci stato solo per tre giorni.

Perfect!

The apartment was better than we could have hoped for; perfectly located, clean, spacious, 2nd floor walkup renovated modern in a lovely old historic building and a fully functional kitchen. This will be our first choice upon our return to Rome. And Mariangela was the perfect host.

Propre et bien organisé

La hote est très gentille, bien organisée, sérieuse et surtout serviable et aimable. L appartement est bien situé, pas Loin de la gare et pas loin de la Duomo. Le seul petit point négatif est que c'est un peu bruyant, mais avec les bouchons d oreilles, ça passe :) (d'ailleurs même les bouchons d'oreilles sont disponibles dans l appartement !). En gros, je recommande cet appartement !

Lovely apartment in piazza Madonna

My wife and I have stayed in this building twice. This apartment and Mariangela are our favorite! The apartment is in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Mariangela checked in several times via message to make sure our stay was going well. We can’t wait to rent Blue Sky apartment again!

Great modern apartment in convenient location

This apartment is modern and clean... a great place to stay while touring a Florence. The location is ideal. A few minutes walk from the train station and close to many attractions. The staff were very attentive and helpful and gave a great orientation on our arrival. Highly recommended....

Wonderful little apartment!

This apartment was in a great location. Walking distance to the train station, the Duomo, and many little restaurants. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to from there. There was very little motor traffic in this area which was nice as well. It's up on the 3rd floor, but Sara helped us with our luggage. The beds were very comfortable and we just loved it here. Mariangela was so nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Location, hospitality, comfort and living like a local

We stayed at the Blue Sky apartment in September 2016. We got off the train--after a 30 minute delay--and walked to the apartment; just as I was about to press the bell, Marianna opened the door to greet us. She grabbed my wife's bag and walked us up to the apartment. She showed us around, offered advice and gave us a gift of chocolate and biscotti. The apartment is located on the Piazza San Lorenzo a convenient walk to everything. the apartment was clean, well supplied in the bathroom and kitchen. The sitting area was comfortable. The bedroom had a wonderful bed. We enjoyed walking out the front door and being apart of the vibrant Florentine neighborhood. Marianna was a wonderful host. We spent three nights at the Blue Sky and wished we had spent a week. Stay here you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning to Florence and staying at the Blue Sky.

Blue Sky was perfect!

Margie and I were very happy to find this apartment to be as represented in the photos, even better. Clean and well appointed, it was perfect for our first ever stay in Italy. The location could not be better. Minutes to the train station, market and really, to any of the Florence "must sees"! A car is not needed here! We walked everywhere. Mariangela was so attentive to our needs and communicated with us before the trip, helping us with the many questions we had. She greeted us and arranged for our taxi back to the airport, when sadly, we had to say goodbye to Blue Sky! This place is perfect, the owner is a gracious host, helping us feel at home and part of the family! Highly recommend you book this apartment except for the week when we plan to come back in the near future! Marty and Margie A

Don't think about this for too long this fabulous apartment might get booked up! My partner and I were fortunate enough to stay for a week in florence. What a treat- this is located across the road from the Medici chapel and San Lorenzo Basilica. I had to pinch myself that I had selected such a great location. Mariangela the owner - what a breathe of fresh air. So relieved she speaks fantastic English- Don't judge me ;). She provided great friendly service. The property is as photographed. I will recommend it to my family. Don't think it will be a hard sell to my Mum;). Really good value - half the price of a hotel. I felt safe at all times in this apartment - this is a good area if you use your common sense :). Thank you Mariangela from Karen and James, Birmingham England.

My wonderful stay in Blue sky Suite..

Blue sky Suite was just was i was looking for! Perfect located in the centre of Florence, it is one of the most wonderful apartment I have ever rented! It was like my home but in Florence! Thanks Mariangela i really hope to come back soon!
