You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Both the kitchen and bathroom will be equipped with all essentials. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided.

We will be at your service from the moment your flight lands in Istanbul. You can reach us 24/7 and we happily answer any of the questions you may have. We aim to provide the best possible experience, through an individual approach, to all our guests during their stay.

An airport shuttle service can be arranged upon request (provided a 24 hours’ notice is given) for an extra charge. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to find out the exact rates (dependent on the mode of transport/pax).

Uskudar is one of the oldest districts on the Asian side that offers plenty of opportunities to explore the city in many ways; you can enjoy the coastline or visit the historical buildings around the area. You will also be near the Kadikoy area, which promises a contrastive experience in comparison with Uskudar.

Our apartment is conveniently located with easy access to public transport links, stores and restaurants.

-Our house is also suitable for long-term rentals of 100 days or more. By signing a rental agreement, you can move into your new home on the same day with just your suitcase, without paying any real estate agent or moving expenses.

We know how difficult and unpredictable it has become globally to travel from one place to another. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policy making it flexible for unexpected changes. We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests to notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly.

Guest reservations
We believe that fighting against the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose of them properly following their check-in.
