Spend your days in Ayia Napa in this lovely and spacious two storey house, located in a quiet area in Ayia Napa, about 2 minutes walk to Pernera beach. The house has a unique design and outdoor furniture. If it is quiet and relaxation that you need then this is the place to be.
This cozy house is a unique property, less than 20 minutes walk from Ayia Napa center. This place is perfect for getting together with friends and family.
A Bus stop is located just near the house offering Quick & Easy access to Ayia Napa Center, Protaras, Kapparis, Paralimni and Waterpark. In about 2 -5 minutes walk you can find Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and fruit markets. The detached house is cozy, friendly and overall is highly operational.
The living room has classic style furniture with a touch of artistic paintings and large windows around, which let the sun enter the house and fill your batteries up for even greater holidays! The dining room is on the right side opposite the big kitchen, with a large table, ready for you to fill it up with hot or cold dishes (depending on your taste) and enjoy the family or friendship times with your loved one’s!
The kitchen is fully-equipped and offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, washing machine, and cookware, tableware and utensils. There is a private parking at road level next to the main entrance door. The front veranda is the perfect place for the morning tea.
The top floor is consisted of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Both bedrooms have double beds. Thus, a total of 4 people can sleep comfortably, for one more guest a comfortable campbed will be provided.
All bedrooms have spacious cupboards and equipped with split type air conditioners (heating / cooling).

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair
• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
• Jacuzzi IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM 08/10/2024
FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.
FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.
FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:
* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.
