Wonderful Family location the walk to the beach is short and absolutely comfortable. They stocked lots of towels which was a huge plus and the water pressure in the showers was great.

The view from the house is stunning. The sunsets were amazing, but watching the whales was definitely the highlight of our stay. We had a fantastic time and would do it again.

Floors were not clean. I like to go barefoot and my feet were black. Dials on the stove had masking tape and it was very difficult to tell what temperature you were cooking. Only 1 small glass baking dish. Many skillet’s with peeling nonstick coating. Instructions said gas fireplace, don’t know what it was because it said CLOSED. Herbs looked promising and were not-stale. No doors on the bedrooms-all open upstairs and an accordion door downstairs. No dish towels and very little soap. View was fabulous and chairs were comfortable.

The house wast musty when we walked in but opening the windows really helped clear it out. Overall the house was fine for what we needed but there were a few issues. The stove was hard to understand and use as it had tape over the knobs with settings that didn’t line up with what the element was doing. There was also food debris from previous occupants under the couch cushions and recliner chairs. The deck and front of the house had no lighting that we could find so it made it dark at night. There was a motion detector light at the front door but it shut off with no motion.

Was a great visit - did have some problems getting checked in but property management was on top of it handling it. Views were fantastic and home was comfy. Would stay again and recommend!

House was just like the photos. Very spacious and loved the tall windows for the view. The cleaning company could be a little more thoroughly with cleaning. Quite a bit of dust on window seals, lamps and under furniture. One bathroom has mold starting to grow in the tile. Needs more blinds/curtains. Only some windows had coverings and definitely blinds on the sliding glass doors. The neighbors can see right in at night! There was a coffee pot but no complimentary coffee. Not asking to provide for our whole trip but we got in late and didn't have any coffee for the next morning until we could get to the store the next day, so that was kind of disappointing. Over all a good place to stay with close beach access.

Overall it was a good stay, but when we checked in the house had some weird smells and we had to get fabreze to make it go away for a little. We also kept finding things other guess left throughout the stay. The view was gorgeous and the walk to the beach wasn’t that bad! The house is a little outdated and definitely has that older house smell but we got use to it! It’s very open floor plan!

Beautiful view! The house is dated and lacks essentials. Some newer cookware, mattresses, and bedding would go a long way. Overall stay was good. Great location is two different beaches.

Perfect Lincoln City Retreat!

The house is great, amazing ocean and beach views. Loved the living room large enough for everyone to have a spot to hang out at the end of a long day beaching. Very likely we will rent this house again for our next LC trip!
