PERFECT beachfront vacation rental

We've been coming to the area for 30 years and this was by far the most well appointed beachfront rental that we have stayed in. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Clean, large and updated condo with too many amenities to list! Charming nautical/beach decor! Top of the line mattresses, pillows and linens. Everything you could think of was provided - nice beach chairs & umbrella, plenty of beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with top of the line cookware. Location was perfect..trolley stop is just out the front door, 7-Eleven directly across the street, several restaurants within walking distance, too! Highly recommend this rental. Owners were terrific with communication! They even had holiday decorations in place for our stay! The view is priceless....gorgeous sunsets from the huge wrap around balcony. Smaller complex, nice, clean pool and well maintained building and grounds. Cannot wait to go back! Thanks to Karyn and Chip for a lovely holiday vacation on the beach!! (Would give this a 10 star rating, if I could!)

Beautiful Views AND Homey Comforts

What a great stay! Karyn met us and provided us with breakfast food and many tasty treats. The furniture is so comfy (esp. the recliner), as are the beds. My husband wants the pillows! The kitchen has better pots, pans, bowls and storage containers than I have at my own home! The TVs and viewing options are first class. Nice beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler are available. Outside, the pool is beautiful, the deck is huge, and the views in daylight and especially at sunset are breathtaking! The convenience to get to the pool and beach is one of the things that will make us return. I’m very glad the condo is on the first floor (although still elevated a bit) since the elevator was out for most of the stay, but it never bothered us a bit. You can’t beat the location and the nice condo complex, and you can walk to some restaurants or to get ice cream. Thanks Karyn and Chip, for a great stay!

Best location on Gulf Blvd!

My stay was fantastic, very comfortable and homey. Fantastic bedding and furnishings. The pool and beach access were great. Close to many fun things and restaurants. The owners were great! I will definitely stay again!

Holiday Retreat

We had a terrific time staying in Karen’s place. Super well appointed with everything needed to make it our home away from home. There were even beautiful Christmas decorations and a tree! The only thing not perfect was the temperature! Didn’t have too many days where it was Pool or Beach weather. Would stay again just starting in January so it may be warmer. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Perfect!

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! The condo is just the right size, well appointed with everything you could want and very well kept. The location is ideal! The grounds and pool are always pristine. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karyn's condo! It was updated, clean, homey and on the most beautiful beach (Redington Shores)! Our daughter and two granddaughters stayed for two nights and loved it! My Mom and her friend stayed for two nights. They all loved the condo and the location! We are looking forward to next year! Thank you Karyn for the wonderful welcoming gifts! It was much appreciated! Looking forward to next year's stay!

JUST PERFECT!!!

We had a perfect stay at this WONDERFUL condo!! It had everything we needed for an absolutely enjoyable vacation!! The condo was so clean and comfortable. We loved the king sized bed and the oh so comfortable mattress and bedding. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The owner met us upon arrival and provided us with a bag full of breakfast items, along with some other welcoming treats!! The owner provided beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and many beach towels. The condo has an AMAZING view of the beach, the sunsets, and the pool, just outside your door!! The communication with the owners couldn't have been easier, they are very interested in the comfort and happiness of their renters. So many household extras were provided, that we have never been provided in other rentals, and they were SO much appreciated!! THANK YOU CHIP AND KARYN FOR AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS STAY, we look forward to staying again in the future!!

Beautiful sunsets on the beach

This property is exactly as advertised. The condo was clean, stocked well with essentials and had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. I have been vacationing in the area for over 30 years and this is the best place I have rented. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't care to cook. If you plan to do some cooking, there was a completely stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you could possibly want. There were also some spices, salt, pepper, sugar (some basics) that you didn't have to run to the store as soon as you walked in the door. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and towels available in our condo for use. The neighbors were all friendly and it was pretty quiet. This is not a party property which made for a wonderful month on the beach. We hope to return in the near future.

Best Beach Getaway Condo

Wonderful beach condo...clean, quiet, well decorated, well stocked, and safe during covid. Condo is in a great location on wide beautiful beach, large patio to enjoy views of the gulf and sunsets. Condo had top quality supplies, linens, etc. - everything needed for a carefree get-away. Owners left great goodies and breakfast food for the first day and addressed an AC problem within a few hours which was much appreciated. Pool was never crowded and having your own staircase to pool and beach is perfect. Will definitely be back!!!!!!

Loved everything about this condo

Can’t say enough good things about this condo First we met Karen on our arrival What a wonderful and pleasant lady Made us immediately feel at home The condo was well equipped from a full kitchen to bathrooms with lots of towels and toiletries Both bedrooms had the most comfortable king size beds with lots of pillows The view from the balcony of the gulf was awesome The private stairs to the pool patio was a nice bonus Beach chairs and a sun umbrella was a nice touch The condo grounds were well kept with friendly neighbours and easy access to the beach Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance This was our third trip to the Redington Shores area and this was by far the bet condo yet We will definitely look at coming back here in the future

a place to make memories

best property we have ever stayed at. been coming to the gulf are since the age of 2, by far the best and cleanest unit we have ever been to. beach was pristine, my wife and kids absolutely loved it. hats off to Karyn and Chip for making our stay a memorable one. will be renting again and highly recommend this unit to families. Everything was perfect!

What could be better for a first family holiday? My wife, my 11 month old baby and I had a wonderful vacation. The place was beautiful and I am already chatting with my parents to return next year with them! The hosts (Karyn and Chip) was so accomodating. They provided us for our arrival a gift and some foods for the breakfest (butter, eggs, bacon, etc.) because we arrived there late in the afternoon. Everything was clean. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook. The view was gorgous and the balcony is huge! For the beach, it was so convenient, they provide chairs, umbrella and towels. This trip with my young little boy and my wife, was the best vacation that I have so far and the place is a little responsible of it ;-) Thanks a lot ! Maxime, Josée et Jules from Montréal, Québec.

What a wonderful trip.

We were celebrating our 48th Wedding Anniversary and wanted to go someplace special. We have loved the area of Florida for years and decided to come back. Little did we know how wonderful this trip would be. We have rented many condos throughout the country but we never had such a great experience as we had with Karyn and Chip's place. They go way BEYOND to accommodate their guests. They provided us with bacon, eggs, butter and bread so we would be able to have breakfast the following morning after our arrival. It was Easter weekend when we checked in and Karyn wanted to make sure we had an Easter basket. So very thoughtful. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. They provide beach chairs and beach towels so you don't need to bring your own. The property is very quite, well maintained and very relaxing. Loved sitting on the balcony rocking chairs watching for dolphins and the sunsets were so special. We can't wait to come back. If I could have given this location 10 stars I definitely would. Thank you Karyn and Chip.
