Atlantic Ocean 11 è una casa cittadina con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, situata all'interno del complesso Beachside Colony Resort e include un facile accesso a tre piscine comunitarie, la spiaggia e l'Oceano Atlantico, e un ristorante in loco, The Deck. Sarai situato proprio di fronte al Memorial Park, che ha un meraviglioso parco giochi, campi da pallavolo, campi da basket, campi da tennis, la biblioteca di Tybee e l'YMCA. Questa fantastica località a metà isola si trova a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti più famosi.

Il piano terra comprende un garage per 2 auto, un foyer d'ingresso e un patio a livello del suolo e un'uscita a piedi sulla spiaggia. Questa residenza cittadina su tre piani dispone di un ascensore privato residenziale ad uso degli ospiti. La scalinata principale del foyer conduce al 2 ° piano, che è il livello principale della residenza cittadina. Nice winter beach getaway

The location is awesome. We were within walking distance of downtown Tybee beach and conveniently located to quickly hope in the car for a quick trip to Savannah. Lovely pool and yummy restaurant right next to property. The place was as describe and it suited my family nicely. I would stay here again whenever we go back.

Didn't want to leave

Great well kept and well stocked condo on 3rd street. Can easily walk to North beach and the pier from here. The new pool area is nice as a back up to the beach.

Beautiful views- plenty of space

We had a great time on our girls trip! We loved the beach and the condo was in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was very strong, which we appreciated after a long day on the beach! Views of sunrise and sunset were amazing. Highly recommend this unit!

Great Location

Wonderful place to stay for our anniversary. The view from the balconies was wonderful and on the busy beach days it was nice to just sit on the balcony instead of fighting the crowd at the beach. Would recommend replacing the copper pans for something else. So many uses has made them difficult to cook with

Condo was clean. Great location. Had issues with the rental company calling 15 minutes before we were to check in at 4pm to tell us the unit wasn’t available. It took them over an hour to have it ready. They didn’t care that we were literally driving and traffic was terrible. A manager was supposed to contact me, they never did. I had to ask for a one hour later check out since they didn’t even attempt to make things right. Also, parking in the garage is not for trucks or SUV’s. Very confusing how to get into the gate.

Great stay, 2nd round

We stayed in this same condo a couple years ago due to the elevator we needed for an elderly pet. We have a younger dog now but love the location, Tybee, Savannah and the proximity of all the great food and shopping. The elevator was great tho, packing our stuff up to our respective floors was much easier. Beds were comfy, kitchen had been totally updated and was beautiful and functional. Really enjoyed the extremely close beach access, our pup enjoyed walks at the large open area across the street by the Y, Library, and City Hall. Great stay, thank you!

Great location and amazing view

The location of the property is the best on the island for all ages. The property was very clean. A few upgrades will make this property the best overall and we will stay here again next year if adjustments are made. - new cooking utensils. The existing ones are old and some with lots of stains - new beds. All beds made a lot of noise -clothes dryer is in a bad condition, the cover of the link pocket kept of coming out and it took a long time to dry the clothes. - all doors making a lot of noise, some oiling would help tremendously.

As a result, we have replaced each of the mattresses, as well as the sleeper sofa. Additionally, we've replaced the dryer and lubricated the door frames, and we hope you'll return to see these improvements.

Fabulous location and views

Location on the beach and views from the two balconies were amazing. Beds in the two guest rooms uncomfortable and noisy. Couch uncomfortable. The white tile floor was covered in thick dust and dog hair when we arrived, appeared to not have been vacuumed in long time and definitely not since last guest. A plate with vaping supplies including marijuana was found on the TV stand. There was a leak in the guest bathroom on 3rd floor. Rental office was called and maintenance did respond promptly. Rental agency was responsive to issues, but would not stay again due to complete lack of cleanliness on arrival and potentially hazardous item sitting out on TV stand with my 15 month granddaughter walking around.

Home needs some TLC

When we arrived for our week vacation, we found the home to be clean with plenty of linens for everyone. However, our party was all adults and one of the beds is not suitable to sleep on. Very old and loud mattress and box spring(queen)There are codes to get in the gate, the front door and the pool. All the codes are different so it’s a little tricky trying to remember them all. Having the bar and restaurant next door was great. Owners don’t provide a hose to rinse off the sand. The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived which would have been helpful for unloading. It did get fixed the next day. AC works great. Sofa needs to be replaced, it’s very old. The washer and dryer are very tiny and loud. Home just needs some updates😊

There were no cleaning supplies in the condo which was unhelpful and the door code stopped working several times which needed a reset. But other than that, we had a great stay. Perfect location and very spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location!

Property was right on the beach with beautiful views. Kitchen was remodeled and very nice and property was very nicely decorated. Pool was close. Lots of walkable dinner places. YMCA across the street and had daily passes. Only negative was that there were no beach towels or beach chairs and washer and dryer were very small. Other than these items, property was perfect for our family.

Spring Break Tybee

The townhome is huge and was more than enough space for the four of us. Perfect location for beach fun, walks to shops and a solid morning run. It was a perfect spring break!

Tybee Atlantic Ocean 11 vacation

Great condo right on the beach on Tybee. Spent 4 nights. Everything we needed was there and as advertised in the condo. Tybee is a great laid back coastal town with easy Uber/drive to spend a day or two in Savannah which is always enjoyable. Our family and friends recommend!

This gated complex is adjacent to a great restaurant (The Deck) and right on the beach. I'd definitely stay here again.
