Cottage by the Sea è un meraviglioso condominio fronte oceano di 1.433 piedi quadrati recentemente ristrutturato e decorato professionalmente che ha tre camere da letto e due bagni completi. Si trova all'ultimo piano di un complesso condominiale di cinque piani e 50 unità con ascensori e lavanderia su ogni livello. Benvenuti nel nostro cottage al mare!

~ Cucina completamente attrezzata aggiornata con nave e scaffali aperti con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, forno a microonde, smaltimento, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, miscelatore e pentole. Una dispensa per la conservazione e ampi piatti per i pasti. Ottima vista sull'oceano!

~ Sala da pranzo e soggiorno a concetto aperto con mobili, decorazioni e accessori completamente aggiornati con splendide viste sull'oceano mentre ti rilassi sui nuovissimi divani!

~ Armadio per articoli da spiaggia fornito di boogie board, sedie da spiaggia, ombrelloni, set da badminton e molto altro!

~ NUOVO Smart TV con cavo e lettore CD sono forniti in soggiorno. La connessione Wi-Fi è GRATUITA e disponibile in tutto il condominio! Tv con ROCU in camera a castello e seconda camera da letto matrimoniale.

~ Balcone privato con sedie conformi e un lettino che offre una vista panoramica sull'oceano.
Una perfetta area di visualizzazione del lancio dello space shuttle. Per motivi di sicurezza, una stazione rossa del bagnino si trova (stagionalmente) sulla spiaggia direttamente di fronte alla proprietà.

~ La Master Suite offre un letto king size con nuovi materassi freschi e bagno completo aggiornato. Goditi la splendida alba e le vedute meridionali dalla privacy della tua camera da letto.

~ La seconda camera dispone di due letti a castello e una finestra esposta a sud offre una vista completa della piscina e dell'oceano.

This conda was so beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and everything we needed. A big plus was all the labeling in the kitchen so we knew where everything belonged! Hope to come back next year!

This was our second time at this beautiful ocean front property. It is beautifully decorated, but also has such a comfortable feel. The view of the beach and water from the balcony is perfect, you can watch the sun rise every morning. The condo location is great. We will definitely be returning.

A great location with a spectacular view of the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing escape. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of space to enjoy leisurely mornings and dinners. Easy access to the beach and pool, and having laundry access in the condo was so convenient. Kay was very responsive and the perfect host! We had the best week and we are so sad to leave. Hoping to return!

Excellent Condo on the beach!

This condo checked all the boxes - nice, clean, updated, all the amenities, fantastic view, heated pool! We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in quite a few different condos in NSB and this is one of the best.

Best Weekend Getaway

Relaxing Beachside

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach. Areas weren't crowded and the property was fairly quiet. The location is perfect for going to attractions in nearby cities. Walking the beach was one of our favorite things.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condominium was clean and has updated kitchen and bathrooms. This is a corner unit on the top floor so had lots of windows and natural light. The view from the balcony was perfect beach front! Beach access was easy and condo is situated on no drive beach. The host Kay was very responsive and flexible.

Perfect Spring Break

We just got back from a fabulous vacation! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing week! This condo is not only beautifully decorated, but has been designed with intention. Every space has been so thoughtfully planned and styled. Ample dresser and closet storage in each bedroom. Large walk-in shower and spa shower head. Large kitchen table perfect for evening card games. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen cabinet labels were extremely helpful. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a game changer for a beach trip. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. Kay was quick to respond to messages before and after booking. We loved our welcome gift too! This condo was absolutely amazing and we hope to return again next year!

Beautiful view and unit!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage by the Sea! The condo is decorated beautifully, furnished well and has great views! The access to the beach is simple and our family is already planning to return next year!

Great condo

This was a great condo for a short beach getaway! The room was super clean and everything we needed was there. The beach toys and chairs provided were great. So much fun!

Perfect winter getaway

This condo offered a great location and views of the ocean. The condo was well equipped / maintained and nicely decorated with easy access to the beach. Nice pool and convenient local shopping was a plus. Looking forward to visiting area next area.

Exceeded our expectations

The Cottage By The Sea was perfect for our pre-cruise get together with friends from Ireland. It was immaculate and modern with everything we needed. We loved the location and the views from the balcony were superb. I would definitely go back there again!

We are so excited to have bought the beach condo of our dreams! I have always dreamt of owning a beach property since I was a little girl when my parents would rent us a condo in Myrtle Beach, SC every summer. I thought, one day when I grow up I'm going to do what ever it takes to have my own!! Then, In 2017 we purchased this property and COTTAGE BY YHE SEA was created. We owned a furniture, design and decor business at the time called Cottage on Main in Richmond, KY and my business partner and best friend Christy and I designed this property together. SO. MUCH. FUN! We have had lots of changes and upgrades since 2017 but we absolutely love this property and enjoy sharing it with families across America. Our girls have grown up in this beach house and the memories shared with them are absolutely priceless. My dream came true! Welcome to Cottage by the Sea.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Divine intervention! We were staying in a friends condo in Port Orange and our girls quickly wanted to be closer to the ocean. We scrambled and found an available oceanfront and adorable condo in Hacienda Del Sol 1 and upon arrival FELL IN LOVE! We had the most relaxing vacation ever. The views are truly amazing. We loved the fact that we were steps from the sand and when we got hungry or tired, we would walk two minutes back into our condo to recharge. This small condominium complex is family friendly and the beach was never over crowded. We also appreciated that there were no cars on the beach and there was a lifeguard station right in front of our complex during peak season. Next thing you know we had called a realtor and were beginning the journey of owning our own slice of heaven.

Our condo is such a sweet retreat for our family and we really hope it is for your family as well. For us, this space allows us to disconnect with the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on the simplicity of nature and quality time with each other. There is nothing better than the peacefulness of sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. It's truly tailored for families, good times, and lasting memories.
