Benvenuti al 1st Street Retreat II Beach House, una casa sulla spiaggia recentemente rinnovata con 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, un garage per 2 auto, un cortile recintato recintato che è dog friendly 🐶. 1 isolato dalla spiaggia, a pochi passi da tutti i migliori ristoranti come il famoso Taco Shop che si trova proprio accanto, Beachcomber e Mango Mangos, a 1 isolato, Obies, Café Eleven, Sunset Grill e Saltlife. E una breve passeggiata per il miglior gelato sulla spiaggia CONI TESTE che fa anche cagnolini cagnolini.

All'interno apprezzerete l'arredo beachy, la spaziosa cucina, il WIFI e la tv via cavo.

Il 1 ° piano ha 2 camere da letto degli ospiti, entrambe con letti queen size e un bagno full size da condividere

Il 2 ° piano che ha la possibilità di affittare da solo ha camera da letto matrimoniale con letto king size, bagno padronale con cabina doccia, vasca separata e doppio lavabo, cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo e terrazza.

Il ritiro esterno ha pavimentato in cortile recintato, doccia esterna, tavolo e sedie e un barbecue.

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, surf shop and beach! Great living space with a big sectional sofa and dining table. Very clean, and everything you could need was provided.

The property was very convenient to beach access and was centrally located to many restaurants in the area. Only a short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. Nice house for multiple people as we had three couples and it was in if enough for us all to enjoy.

This is my favorite rental in St Augustine beach. Perfect location, well stocked kitchen, beach items, toiletries, and a wagon to get it all to the beach. Even board games for rainy days. All this and only steps to the beach. (With my favorite travel companion-my black Lab).

We loved our stay. The house was super clean, close to the beach, and within easy walking distance to several eateries. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus! Perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway.

Host Lisa is fantastic. She is excellent at quick and accurate communication anytime. She is extremely welcoming. The home is in excellent condition and so close to everything the beach has to offer. She is a unique host as she is so welcoming to your dog as well as to you!

Third Visit to Beach Retreat

This was our third visit and it feels just like home. We love the whole area, lots to eat nearby, beautiful beach, the outdoor space at the house is perfect and being able to bring our pups is the best. Thanks for another great stay!

Great stay half a block from the beach

Great house, cozy and feels like home. Impeccably equipped with dishes, cookware, towels and blankets. Great location about a block from the beach plenty of restaurants within walking distance.great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Great house and location!

This was the perfect spot for us, with great food spots nearby and easy access to the beach. House is lovely and has great spaces to hang out with a small group of friends, and beds were very comfortable. We are hoping to return with our dogs soon!

The house was perfect for pets. Fenced in backyard for our dog to run around in. You can see the water from the balcony. Exactly one block from the beach. It is perfectly located on the strip. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine and this house. The living room is updated compared to these pictures. Awesome location too! Would highly recommend!

Great family/dogs getaway

Great Spring Break Getaway with the family and fur babies! The accommodations couldn’t have been better especially the outdoor shower! Location couldn’t have been more perfect! We loved all the friendly dog lovers in St Augustine! Just perfect all around! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Sibling get together!

Easy walk to beach and four restaurants. Park your car unload and enjoy. Everything was perfect! A1A Burritos was awesome but a very popular spot so plan to wait in line for a bit:)We woul return:)

Beautiful property

Well-equipped, spacious, immaculate home. Private backyard, perfect for small dog who likes to explore. Two minutes from the vast beach. Lisa is a terrific host.

Our goal was to create clean, updated pet friendly vacation rentals for everyone to enjoy.
We started with 1st Street Retreat #934707 which alot of our clients enjoyed and asked about a bigger location to bring friends and family so we created 1st Street Retreat II
