We had a great time! The house was comfortable for our group of 5 and dogs. The hot tub and fire table area had the most spectacular view! Truly priceless! Thank you!

The house was super cute and in a good location. Good if you don't have pets. The major problem was the host. The listing said - under amenities - "pet friendly" no number of pets listed here. Then in the contract it says "NO pets allowed". So I should have contacted the host but the other 2 times I emailed the host and got the most dry short answers that were barely helpful, I figured they wouldn't respond in time for us to arrive. We have 3 very well behaved dogs. After we arrived we got a call from the management company telling us "the host is VERY upset that we have 3 dogs" and continued to say they have already charged us an additional 150 (on top of the 125 dog fee) because of 1 additional dog. After I didn't see the number of dogs listed in any obvious spot. The management company tried to argue with me and gave me no chance to even back out before charging me.The big reason for the poor review is there are a number of video cameras around the exterior of the house. We counted 3, and one was facing the hot tub! Beware they are watching you there! The contract said there was 1 on the garage, which there was but there are 2 others that we saw so I can only guess there was more we didn't see. YIKES!Also, heads up there are 2 very large dogs next door that will just stand on the fence line and watch your dogs. Kinda unnerving.

Thank you for your review. This property is pet friendly up to two dogs like our listing states as well as our rental agreement states most porperties do not allow animals, but can confirm this one does.

Great Location & Amazing Views

Can’t beat the price if you book ahead of time. Plenty of space for 6-8 people, 2 minute drive to the resort. Kitchen stocked with everything you need if you bring your own groceries and can’t beat the hot tub after a day on the slopes!

Great location!

Great location and nice walk to River Run Village and fun at The Goat. Beautiful views from sun up to sun down. The hot tub, patio furniture and gas fire table make for an amazing outdoor hangout spot. The place seemed to be well cared for, and the general communication from management was excellent!

Amazing View!

We loved the view of the mountain (ski resort) from the hot tub every night! Skiing is close by (less than a mile drive to rent skis at Christy's and go to River Run at Keystone.) Several grocery stores are close by if you need some basics. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We had enough pots and pans to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed having a garage to keep the car in. We would love to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was very comfortable for relaxing and watching TV in the evenings. The location was great - less than 5 minutes from the Keystone Village ski lift parking and ice skating rink. We really enjoyed our stay!

Keystone review

The house is in a great location with easy access to Keystone resort and within walking distance to a couple local eating spots. The fireplace wasn’t working while we were there and you could not access the garage from outside which made parking in the garage much more difficult.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean. liked being close to main road accross from keystone w/o being on main road. The master bedroom is really a loft so if someone wants to watch tv in living room you can't go to bed. the hot tub and gas fire pit are a bit crammed on the deck and their is no yard. note for summer there is fine, but not the best.

It’s located close to the bus stop that takes you to the gondola and there are plenty of food and basic grocery options within walking distance.The hot tub was definitely a bonus with this house and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward and easy. The house in general was in great condition and very clean.I’d highly recommend this place for keystone skiing!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and dishes needed for our trip. The location was amazing. A short car ride to all the beautiful sites and activities in summit county. The mud room was so handy and had plenty of room for all our snow gear. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of six. The heat inside was cozy and there was plenty of hot water. The humidifiers were very helpful. We loved the views of the mountain from the living room and deck. Thank you for an amazing vacation! Could not get 4 wheel drive up the driveway to use the garage and no one would fix it. Got stuck at the bottom of driveway one night because the roads to the condo were iced over our entire stay also and no one would fix them.Had to call a wrecker to move it.The fire pit and all furniture on the patio was iced in and could not use. Besides the ice problems it was a nice unit close to the. Resort.
