Rifugio storico con tutti i comfort di casa, questo bellissimo bagno 3 BD, 2. 5 è pronto ad accoglierti a Savannah. Situato a un isolato da una delle famose piazze di Savannah, Crawford, non si può chiedere una parte migliore della città. Non avrai bisogno di un veicolo in quanto questa proprietà è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ovunque tu voglia andare nel quartiere storico.

Questa pittoresca casa di mattoni ha tre livelli che sono decorati con cura. Il primo livello comprende l'ampio soggiorno, una cucina meravigliosa e completamente attrezzata. Siediti su uno dei due grandi divani e chatta o consulta le notizie locali sulla TV a schermo piatto. C'è anche una stanza in polvere per la vostra convenienza.

Il secondo livello comprende due camere da letto, ognuna con letti queen size e un bagno in comune a cui si può accedere dal corridoio. Ogni camera ha una TV a schermo piatto.

Gorgeous home in a great location.

We stayed at this lovely home for a girls weekend. Location was PERFECT - walk to everything. Kim was a great host. She was able to accommodate our requests graciously. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing townhouse in historic Savannah

We came to Savannah to celebrate our youngest son’s 21st birthday and wanted a place close to the historic district. This house was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations as we celebrated with our son.

Perfect for a group celebration

The apartment was perfect for group of 8. Had enough space to feel comfortable and still celebrate my daughter’s graduation. It was a super central meeting spot for all of us. Many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Great location and spacious

Walking distance to so much. A parking spot (must have!) and the home was spacious and well-equipped. Communication was timely and great. Didn’t have to contact at all because the information was sent in advance. Loved the private courtyard too. Wonderful property!

Weekend vacay

We stayed for a wedding. We had our dogs with us which I was so grateful for. Great location. Easy walking distance to downtown. Also a nice little playground which was great as we were babysitting a 4 year old and 8 month old while my daughter went to a wedding. Patio was also great for kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house for group and beautiful location

We do a yearly trip to Savannah and this hands down will be our first choice place to stay. We had a large group of friends and still had plenty of privacy. The courtyard outside is a perfect spot for game nights and hanging out and the living room was comfy for movie nights. It was a perfect walk to both forsyth and river street. 5 out of 5 can't wait to come back!

Simply Perfect

This was one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed at so far. The home was extremely clean, the layout was perfect for our family dynamic and the patio made my dad happy. Also, the location was absolutely essential for being in the heart of Historic Savannah. I know when we come back, this place will be my only option. :)

We enjoyed the whole area. Across from police station, but very quiet. There are 3 flights of stairs, so not ideal if you have issue with easy mobility. Any issues were easily taken care of immediately.

Great place - would stay again!

This is a BEAUTIFUL house. To be honest, the pictures don't do it justice. We came for the St. Patty festival and parade even though it ended up getting cancelled. The outdoor area came in handy and is bigger than it looks. The weather was great and we hung outside during the day. It was a close walk or ride to downtown River Street, $6 Uber if you drive. Plenty of places around to walk to. Communication was quick and check in was easy. We actually noticed that the police station is right around the corner which made us feel extra safe.

Perfect location and amazing home

We did a family trip. 6 adults and 1 infant. House was perfect size. Able to walk to everything and even pick up the trolley yours just a few blocks away. The parks are gorgeous near the home and getting to Broughton street was easy. My mother uses a walker and she was even able to walk to the “good areas” because the location was so convenient. The rooms were spacey and the courtyard was perfect for nighttime wine and chatting. Can recommend this place enough. We have never been to Savannah - so don’t know what to expect but we were so surprised with how amazing this place was. We will be back!

Incredible Girls' Weekend in Savannah!

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Savannah. The house is set up so well for groups: the living room is perfect for hanging out as is the little patio outside. The rooms are spacious, the beds are shockingly comfortable for a rental and there are two large bathrooms adjacent to the bedroom spaces that made for very little shower coordination for 5 of us! We really had everything we needed! I would recommend this to anyone. The only thing to check on is construction near the property. I get the sense we hit the very tail end of some big construction happening near the house (not on the house). Still, it impacted us one day and I would gladly revisit the house. The property manager was VERY communicative and so so helpful along the way.

Great location

The location of the house is fantastic. It’s a short walk to the heart of the Historic District. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. There is no dining/ kitchen table, and no place to eat or work except the sofas and wooden barstools at a small kitchen counter. This was an issue for me, since I was on a working vacation and there was no place in any room to sit with a computer. We also wanted to eat some meals at home, which was not easy with this set up. If you’re just coming to explore downtown Savannah and will not be eating or working at the house, this wouldn’t be an issue. The a/c in the house worked well but the humidity was off the charts— close to 80% at times with a musty smell. I called the property manager to ask about a dehumidifier, and was just told there wasn’t one. So if there are any allergy issues in your group, this is something to consider. We have lived other places in SAV and have not had this issue. We wouldn’t return to this property for these reasons, but the location is great.

My family and I loved our stay! The home was beautiful and exactly as described and pictured on Vrbo, check in was a breeze, and the location was perfect. We have only good things to say, and will most definitely stay here for our next trip to Savannah!
