Viste spettacolari sul lungomare!

La casa è proprio sull'acqua con splendide viste dal soggiorno, sala da pranzo, terrazza, cucina e cortile! Il piano aperto è ottimo per socializzare e godersi le viste. Meravigliosi ventilatori a soffitto e ventilatori a soffitto e AC centrale.

Tre camere da letto al piano superiore e una camera da letto al piano di sotto. (Un re, una regina e due letti gemelli al piano di sopra e un'altra regina al piano di sotto). Due bagni completi. Oltre alle principali sale da pranzo e da pranzo, c'è un salotto al piano terra - ottimo se volete mandare i bambini a giocare! :-)

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di frigorifero e fornelli nuovi di zecca. C'è una griglia sul ponte che si affaccia sull'acqua.

La nostra spiaggia di quartiere è a 3 isolati a nord. Si chiama Indian Brook Beach Association ed è una bella spiaggia sabbiosa che non è mai troppo affollata. Per qualcosa ancora più vicino, è possibile accedere all'acqua dalla zona erbosa appena a nord della nostra casa. (Un ottimo posto se vuoi solitudine.) Plymouth ha molte spiagge pubbliche se volete esplorare ulteriormente.

I miei ristoranti preferiti in centro sono The New World Tavern, Wood's Seafood, The Blue-Eyed Crab Grille, KKatie's Burgers e Blue Blinds Bakery. Marshland Restaurant and Bakery (all'incrocio tra Old Beach Road e Route 3A è il mio posto preferito per la zuppa di molluschi).

Se sei interessato alla storia, Plimouth Plantation offre rievocazioni storiche. Un approccio più leggero è disponibile con i tour notturni del cimitero. (Mi piace il tour del Cimitero di Dead of Night. Un po 'banale ma divertente - anche per i bambini. Nonostante il nome, è offerto in prima serata). Plymouth Whale Watch è una buona compagnia per vedere le balene. The Pirate Cruise è molto divertente per i più piccoli. È offerto da Plymouth Cruses (508) 746-5342.

Wonderful vacation!!

We absolutely loved this home! The views are amazing from the deck and living room. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. It was nice to go down to the association beach to walk the beach and be with people or to go down to the private beach with alittle more rocks but solitude to take a nap or read a book. We are looking forward to going back next year.

Unbelievable Vacation Rental

Such a beautiful location to unwind. Owner was very responsive and the property was great. The beach directly below was private and beautiful and the nearby sandy neighborhood beach was a lot of fun and easy to access with our baby and stroller!

Wonderful location overlooking the ocean and rocky beach

Susan’s place was just as described in the listing. We had a wonderful time during our stay there, waking up every morning enjoying a view of the ocean with our morning coffee. We saw a few whales, plenty of lobster traps being pulled, and even a couple seals. We enjoyed going down to the rocky beach in front and the sandy beach that was only a bit further. The indoor space was very comfortable for our guests and us.

Overall, this is a great location. You get the azure waters of Cape Cod Bay without the bridges. I'll start with the good. The host was responsive and let us host a few extra bodies for a night when my brother and his kids came. These things go a long way with me, we often have other family members stopping by our vacations for a day. Always appreciated. The view is amazing and the property is conveniently located off the main road. The stairway to the beaches is very close and we spent hours down at the rocky beach wading and looking for sea glass. The sandy beach is a 10 minute walk, very easy. The dining room is awesome, we sat there at every meal. The basement was a great escape for my dad, he camped out there on the couch to get away from the action. The rest of the property needs work. The driveway is small and crumbling. The yard was completely overgrown, needs hours of work. The pictures were no longer accurate as a result. The house wasn't swept very well, dirty floors. The deck is shaky and peeling bad, old and uncomfortable deck furniture, we could not enjoy it at all. The beach chairs are unusable, rusty and moldy. There's only one small TV in the house. The lady who lives by the beach stairs yelled at the kids for crossing across her gravel driveway to get to the stairs. Address the parents, not a 4 year old. Overall, 3k would have been more fair than 5k. Lesson learned. Still a great place, but charge a lot less. Or, make some major upgrades.

We had a wonderful time at this home because of its beautiful views and great location. The beach it is on was perfect. The town of Plymouth was an easy drive and it offered great restaurants and shops. The Crabby Shack is recommended for casual atmosphere and our orders (6 of us) were all very good. Same with the Smoke House which was even better. The house had what you need to be comfortable but being your own shampoo conditioner and soap. Also, i didn’t see a hair dryer but it was a good break from fussing with hair. We would go back for sure except we rarely repeat our vacations. So many places to explore. If you are looking for a place in Plymouth this is it!

Overall this was a very nice experience. The property was very overgrown and in need of attention, at times effecting the views. The experience did not match photos in the listing (not necessarily bad, just not as expected, there were still some very nice views). The home was well appointed and well taken care of for example, kitchen was well stocked with necessities, linen closet had plenty of extra items should we have needed. Home over all was cozy and in a great location with the beach in walking distance.

Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation

This property is clean and well kept. The large open area is ideal for a family with both adults and young children. The ocean view is without equal and the view of the morning sunrise is spectacular. There is a wonderful deck and a lovely yard.

Great ocean view cottage

This larger-than-it-looks cottage is cutely adorned and very clean. It was just my husband and I, but the house could easily accommodate 8 people. Big dining table, large kitchen. The open living room feels a bit under-furnished but we mostly hung out in the sunroom overlooking the ocean. Great oceans views from there, the dining room and the deck. Direct access to the ocean is right next door down steps (2 flights), though the beach right there is mostly rocks. 3 blocks down is a bigger, sandier beach (with one flight of steps). Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved our 2-night stay!

Nice oceanfront home overlooking Cape Cod Bay

Had a relaxing long weekend in this very nice oceanfront home in a quiet, private association neighborhood, with fantastic views of the sun rising up over the bay. House is very roomy, comfortable and has all you need for a beach getaway. Plymouth has lots to offer -- good restaurants, beaches, golf and other attractions -- without all the Cape traffic hassles, yet the house is only minutes away from the bridges. Susan was a great host and provided all the information we needed for a smooth arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the bay. Great floor plan for multiple families. Relaxing and comfortable neighborhood. Just wish there was beach access from the house and that the beach wouldn’t have been so rocky. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Plymouth Ocean vacation

What a great vacation! My whole family stayed for the week and had a great time. Short walk to a sandy neighborhood beach that was never crowded. Access to the beach from the same block- beautiful, but rocky. 15 minute drive to Plymouth, nice golf courses, markets, and restaurants. The house is spacious and comfortable. Great wifi which was needed for remote work. Kitchen had everything. I was so appreciative that the owner was readily available. The gas grill wasn't working. I sent a message and a brand new grill was delivered the next day. Highly recommend!

A remarkably peaceful spot on the water

We had a wonderful week at this house. The house isn’t fancy, it’s homey and inviting. It is just as pictured, with the most beautiful sunrises streaming in the easterly facing windows opening the house to light and a constant view of water and sky. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, A/C allows for comfortable temps and good sleeping no matter how warm the summer days got, and the view of beach, water and sky is priceless. We walked the miles of beach twice a day, It’s lightly populated by residents who are friendly and share bits of the history of the area, it’s an established community without any of the bustle of tourists and traffic. There are many bike trails in Plymouth as well as an hour’s drive on the Cape that we enjoyed. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and eager to provide anything we needed. The property manager responded in 5 mins to a difficulty we had opening the slider door (our failure to see the obvious!). Note that all three main floor bedrooms share a bath so be sure your group is comfortable with close quarters that way. There’s a bedroom/bath downstairs which seems best for a teenager who wants to retreat from the busy-ness. Many restaurants, fresh fish market, grocery stores all in 20 mins. We had one delicious upscale dinner at Rye Tavern, site of a restored 18th century tavern with interesting history. There is something very special about this place - we hope to return.

House is great, location is great.

First of all, the view is wonderful. We saw seals and other wildlife. The house’s furnishings and linens are excellent. There are a number of places to gather and plenty of games to play.. Off-road parking is helpful. Access to beach is near. Three bedrooms share the same common bathroom. For the cost, which was higher than peers at the time of year we visited, I was surprised by the lack of supplies. Dish soap but no scrubber. No shampoo or conditioner. Bring what you need.

Relaxation, and True Connection

We are a group of 8 friends with intense schedules, running around, trying to build our dreams. We love to cook together, share wine, stories and a good laugh, and we treasure the little time we have together. This house was the perfect setting for our 5 days of storytelling. Every day the sun shone brightly, the ocean was gorgeous and soothing, the rocky beach behind the house intimate and great for conversations, and the sandy beach just ten minutes’ walk down the street. The view from the porch was stunning. I sat there with my coffee, every day, soaking in the triple happiness of the salty ocean, black coffee and freedom. The house is spacious even for 8. The open floor at the first level, allowed us to gather, enjoy dinner together since we grilled every day, and have exquisite views of the water for brunch. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and one full bath, and one bedroom and full bath (plus small living room) downstairs. The house is clean and bright, there are plenty of fresh towels, and toilet paper, and the kitchen is stocked. We ordered a spectacular lobster dinner at the Lobster Pound (few miles away, a great store for fish lovers that even cooked all our lobster for a $5 fee), and we enjoyed the dinner at home overlooking the water. It felt a 5 star hotel experience. Susan was a great host, very quick to reply and was accommodating when we needed something. We will always remember this wonderful vacation at Susan’s house
