Costruito nel 2015, questa residenza cittadina si trova vicino al famoso Ocean Grill e al Tiki Bar. Posizione perfetta con una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. Ci sono molti ristoranti e cose divertenti da fare a pochi passi. Questa casa ha un ampio parcheggio sotto e aggiuntivo nella zona di ghiaia adiacente al vialetto. Ci sono viste sull'oceano da tutti i livelli con posti a sedere su entrambi i portici. Open space con zona giorno e cucina ben attrezzata e dispensa al livello principale. Il master al 1 ° piano ha un letto king size, TV via cavo e bagno privato. Il master al 2 ° piano ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. La 3a camera da letto ha letti a castello doppi su entrambi i livelli e una TV con lettore DVD incorporato. Perfetto per i bambini! La 4a camera da letto / 2 ° soggiorno ha un letto singolo e divano letto matrimoniale estraibile, bagno annesso e TV via cavo. Un divano letto estraibile si trova nella zona giorno al primo piano e dispone anche di TV via cavo. Wifi è fornito. C'è un mezzo bagno al piano principale e una lavatrice / asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.
La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, frigorifero con macchina del ghiaccio, forno a microonde, piano cottura / forno, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, mixer e molti altri comfort di casa. L'area bar può ospitare 4 persone con un tavolo che può ospitare fino a 6 persone. La dispensa è il luogo perfetto per riporre i refrigeratori e gli oggetti fuori mano. Doccia esterna e piccola griglia a carbone sono forniti.

2 minute walk to the beach and ice cream. Several restaurants within walking distance as well! The house was wonderful and clean upon arrival. It was so nice to have a high chair, iron, beach towels and toys so we didn’t have to pack as much! Definitely recommend booking Sandy Heels.

Relaxing and beautiful stay for our family of 8. Elizabeth was so kind and helpful with great communication. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with an outdoor shower that was perfect being just one row back from beach. Walking distance to food and a fun ice cream bar too. Highly recommend!!

My friends and I had a great time in Carolina Beach! This location was a very short walk to the beach and the house was very nice. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Would recommend.

A Cozy Vacation

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend! The home is beautiful and has everything you need so we didn’t have to go out and buy much. Loved the location and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. The people in the area were very friendly. I recommend staying for a nice family trip!

Awesome beach place

This is a great place. So close to the beach, walking distance to bars and restaurants, it’s an ideal location. The house has everything and Elizabeth was totally responsive to everything we needed. We loved our week there.

Carolina Beach Getaway

We loved, loved, loved this place! It was a great location and everything we needed was there. There were clear instructions for checking in and out and the owner always answered quickly when I did have questions! Definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Carolina Beach Vacation

This rental was absolutely perfect! Super clean, one block from the beach, you can walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants. The house was furnished with everything you need to include beach chairs, towels and games. I highly recommend to anyone!

Place is very clean and has lots of extras. Kitchen is well equipped. Owner was very responsive anytime I sent any text or emails. Great place to call “home” while on vacation!

Didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful brief getaway to the beach. The home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It even had beach chairs and sand toys. It was such a short walk to the beach that it made it so easy. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Summer 2024

Our stay was great even my 91 yr old mom wanted to come. We had our daughter and her family 14 yr old granddaughter 11 yr old grandson. Our son and daughter in law along with the 2yr and 5yr granddaughters joined us quite often since they live about 10 minutes from there. The location was perfect to get to the beach. We would definitely want to stay again in the future.

Perfect Labor Day weekend getaway!

We stayed here with our neighbors over Labor Day weekend and had just the best time! There were four adults and 3 kids and the house was perfect for us! It was very clean and well equipped and even had a lot of extras! It's really in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk! We ate at the Ocean Grill one night and there was no wait for our party of 7 and the food was good! The tiki bar is also close to the beach access which was nice for a tropical beverage on the beach! The owner was very helpful and communicated everything nicely, and even offered a late checkout which was great! Definitely a 5 star stay!

Exceeded expectations

We were so pleased when we checked in to find that the home was very well equipped, including beach towels and beach gear and a well-stocked kitchen (Sharp knives! New coffee makers!). The property was lovely, very clean, and seemed to have been renovated or updated recently.

Great location!

Very comfortable property within just a block of the public beach access. There’s not much parking available at the beach, so it was nice to be able to easily walk there without the beachfront prices. Thank you for the wagon and available umbrellas and chairs. House is very cozy and clean, beds are all comfortable. There is construction going on behind the house during the week, but they seem to attempt the keep the noise down until later each morning… No fault of the owner. Thanks again for a nice place for our family to enjoy Carolina Beach!

Nice place! We enjoyed our stay! Suggestions for improvement: garbage disposal, new master bedroom mattress (too mushy and noisy) and master bedroom bathroom shower is hard to get in and out - squeezed through glass shower door opening😬. Outdoor shower did not work. Otherwise it was great! Short walk to beach. We enjoyed the kitchen - it had everything we needed. Lovely fireworks on the beach. We were close to family and looked at wedding venues for next year for our son!!❤️👰🏻🤵🏼

Great overall experience

We originally planned to stay Thursday until Monday, but a hurricane changed our plans, making it unable for us to leave home until Friday. The hosts were very flexible and even allowed us late check out on Monday. When I booked this property the listing showed a hot tub/spa tub in its property amenities, but that was inaccurate. Hosts genuinely were surprised to see it had this amenity listed and apologized profusely. Their flexibility and having such a comfortable and clean and well stocked home made up for the listing error. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit this home again. Thank you for having us!

Perfect vacation home

We enjoyed a vacation with our family here and I cannot say enough about how lovely the home was. My husband and I had the master bedroom on the lower level and our children and grandchildren had the three upstairs bedrooms. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. It was truly like being at home. We had a short walk to the beach where we had so much fun. Though we brought our own, there were beach chairs, a wagon to carry things, beach toys and an umbrella. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. We used the grill one evening. There is even an ice cream maker. (Though there is a ice cream shop a short walk away.) We have vacationed in many houses before and there one was the best.

Amazingly Ideal

Liz and David's property was absolutely amazing! We loved so much about it. It has everything you could ever need for the ideal beach vacation and more! Check in/out was easy, and Liz and David were very flexible. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, functional, and located in a perfect spot! The walk to the beach access on Tennessee was great too, especially since a pedestrian crossing/warning is there to help you cross safely. It is only 352 steps from the driveway until your feet touch the beach sand by the lifeguard chair. The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar are also right there, offering fun drinks and great food. Each bedroom is roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Having the option of ceiling fans throughout the house also helped circulate the air. The kitchen had every gadget, utensil, pot, pan, appliance, container, glass, etc. that we needed and more! Having access to a half bath in the very roomy and wide main floor hallway was great for visitors. It was also nice to have a full bathroom in both main bedrooms, as well as an additional full bathroom upstairs for the third bedroom and upstairs living area. The views from both porches allowed us to have a wonderful view of the ocean. The rockers on the porches also gave us a nice spot to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The parking area with the large table underneath the house was perfect for hanging out and escaping the sun. The outdoor shower and hose helped us to rinse off the ocean sand and helped to keep the inside of the house from getting sandy. There were six of us who stayed in the house, and there was plenty of room, even when our extended family came to visit during the day. The main living room/dining area is a little small to sit together for meals due to the design of the home (you can fit four people at the counter and four at the table). Everyone can fit at the table outside, underneath the house, but naturally you don't have the comfort of an air conditioned area. By no means would that be something that would keep us from renting again in the future. The home and Liz and David were fantastic. Thank you for helping us to create wonderful family memories in such a lovely home.

Great Place

This house was amazing. Never have we rented a house so fully stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Outdoor shower was very convenient and the kids loved all the beach toys. Thank for a great getaway

This is our spot!

This was our second year staying in this house, and we've loved it so much we're already planning our stay for next year! Elizabeth has continued to exceed my expectations on communication and service. There are some great restaurants and bars nearby, and the proximity to the beach is GREAT...especially if you have little ones who are so tired from playing on the beach all day they need to be carried home. Don't worry, they'll perk up when it's time to walk down the street for ice cream and funnel cakes (it's a nightly tradition for us now).
