This place is a gem. The location is incredible, surrounded by coffee shops, great food, and a short walk to Rogers Place. I highly recommend it.

The Condo is located in an excellent spot for both the night life, and daytime activities of Edmonton, with multiple restaurants, bars, and stores just a few steps away. The parking is secure inside an underground parkade behind the building. The spot is a lil tight, so I wish a truck luck fitting in. The condo itself is a modern, spacious open design, with a living room large enough for a full family. And an almost fully furnished kitchen ready for some home cooking. The master bedroom's king bed was decently comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with its spacious shower. The main bathroom has a working jetted bath tub which I really enjoyed. All household basics were provided, and everything seemed cleaned very well, I believe whoever manages the property has an excellent eye for detail.While it was an interesting process to first access the heavily secured building, the communication with the host made it go smoothly. I would love to stay here again, as there was still so much to do just right outside the building, such as the local market which took up the street on Saturday morning.

What an amazing place! The hosts were incredibly nice and answered all of my questions. The place was very clean arriving and that means a lot to me, as I have allergies. My friends and I were extremely comfortable and had a blast in the space and watched movies on the big tv. Only note is that checkout intrustructions were a bit elusive but felt like common sense still, so I'm not bothered. Will be looking into again, as this made my first time in Edmonton THE best.

This was a perfect place for us. Large condo with two bedrooms and baths. Great location for our purposes. The only thing I would ask is for some of the little things like hooks to hang things in the bathroom, like your robe, etc. Also, no place to set shampoo or soap in the shower area. Also, Kleenex, which was not provided. Sort of a staple in our world. Otherwise, all great and a very secure building. We appreciated the double parking space.

Oilers game weekend

We were VERY happy with the location of the apartment for our plans. Restaurants, liquor stores, groceries, pharmacy all close by and of course Roger’s Place for the Oiler’s game.The apartment was clean and spacious. I would have preferred more guidance in checkout process..what were we responsible for etc. the space was pretty warm despite us turning the heat down. We were not able to access our streaming services on the TV and therefore could not watch what we wanted.I did appreciate having a later checkout time to fit with our airline flights. We would recommend this place and we would stay here again!

The Condo was very clean. I don't think it was inspected lately a lot of things need repair. The blind on the door going out to the deck need replacing. There was damage on all corners of the dining chairs plus several other things damage there. I would not consider it an executive Condo as it was advertised. I would suggest the host pay a visit to the property to get things back to the way they should be, to be consider been an executive property. Overall, we enjoyed our weeklong stay.

Downtown convenience

Very central, was able to walk everywhere we needed. So many good places to eat within walking distance. Very close to Rogers, great for going to see the Oilers play. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Great location and condo. The condo is very roomy and worked great for three people. The weather prevented us from using the decks, but they looked nice for warmer weather. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great place!

Overall I had a great experience at this place. Photos accurately reflected the space and it was in a great location with lots of things to do. I found the check in process slightly confusing (how to access the keys, how to access the parking garage) based on the instructions provided but was able to figure things out after some trial and error. Wanda was also very responsive to my questions. Would stay here again and would highly recommend!

Another Great Stay at this Amazing Downtown Condo

Four colleagues enjoyed six nights at this great downtown location. Quick access to LRT, shopping, theatres, Rogers Place and many fantastic restaurants. Very helpful owner - answered questions immediately!
