Summary:
Traditional three-bedroom quad house in Lomas de Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa. This property boasts a large tiled terrace at the front with both pool and sea views, an open-plan lounge/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a downstairs shower room. The communal pool is located just in front of the property and has grassy surroundings perfect for relaxing in the sun. It is a 10-minute walk to the nearest bar and restaurants and a 2-minute drive to the nearest supermarket. The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away.
The Space:
You enter the property into the open-plan kitchen/ living room. The living room has two 2 seater sofas, a coffee table, a large smart TV, and air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary white goods including both a Nespresso and a dolce gusto coffee machine. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small toilet with a shower. On the first floor, you have two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has twin single beds with a bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes, and a small balcony. The third bedroom also has twin single beds. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Ascending another set of stairs leads you to the private solarium. Both the private solarium and balcony have chairs for the guests to use. There is a large tiled terrace that overlooks the private street and communal pool area.
The communal pool is partially gated with fencing enclosing the deep end and both tiled and grassed surroundings with sun loungers and parasols that the guests can use. There is also an elevated quiet area in the communal pool space that guests can use.
This property is located on a private road and has parking availability in the communal parking area or on the street outside the house. There is WIFI available throughout the property.
The Neighborhood:
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10-minute drive away - Zenia Boulevard. There are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket. For the more adventurous there is Go karting, Mini golf and many golf courses within a 10-minute drive. The city of Torrevieja is only a 20-minute drive away and there is a, night market in the summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley. There are many different beaches within a 5-minute drive to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in Orihuela Costa.
