Great experience start to finish. Unit located in pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Excellent views from two decks. Plenty of open space and everything you need to enjoy your time in Bend, OR.

Beautiful property! Larger than we expected and very clean! Modern decor and had everything we needed- great location in Bend with awesome views from all windows and decks. Highly recommend!

We had a good time during our stay at this property. The home was large and has excellent separation between the bedrooms. The Kitchen has everything needed to prepare and cook meals. There is a very large family room/theater room for TV viewing on the floor below the Kitchen & Great Room. This was a great space to watch the opening NFL games played during our stay. The beds we used were also very comfortable at this property.....this is not the case at some of the other VRBO properties we have stayed at in the past. A big negative at the home is the VERY STEEP down sloped driveway used to access the garage. This driveway has a spot where it goes from a significant sloping angle to an area where it immediately levels out. This situation leads to a vehicle scraping either the front bumper or the rear bumper when entering the garage. I have an SUV and my rear hitch scraped a few times before I figured out that an immediate correction to a diagonal entry was the only way to prevent this.....and the hitch still almost touched the driveway due to an uneven crack going the width it! Another negative is all the steps you will need to negotiate while in the home. The house is built on a downslope and the master bedroom & bath are on the lower (second) floor along with a bedroom with two bunk beds.....the Family/theater room & Laundry area are also on this second floor. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the next floor down which requires more stairs to access them.

No better place to stay in Bend

Very accurate description of house. Best equipped rental we have stayed in. Perfect for 5 adults plus our dog. Views from everywhere.

This house was perfect. We had such a wonderful time staying here for a soccer tournament. The location was fantastic. Close to many wonderful restaurants, Safeway and shops. The house was immaculate and so well stocked. I needed an ironing board and they were so extremely responsive. Brought me an ironing board within an hour or so. The beds were very comfortable and the view off the decks was magical. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Fly Fishing Adventure 18

We used the home as a base camp for our 18th Annual Fly Fishing Adventure in Central Oregon. Our cooks were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was with equipment to prepare our meals. It was a place centrally located for all the rivers we enjoy fishing.

Love Bend!

Nice house, great kitchen but lots of stairs! Not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues needs to know that the bedrooms are all down a steep flight of stairs. Great location and eastern view. Highly recommend this house.

Wow

Beautiful home. So clean. Super nice setup to have group meals and hang out. Gorgeous views! Quite neighborhood but close to all the activities! Lots of stairs and steep driveway entrance.

Family birthday reunion

We stayed 5 nights in May2025. The home is large and accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. The view from the 2 decks and all windows was breathtaking. Located in an upscale neighborhood, it sits on a hillside overlooking all of Bend. The home is 3 stories with the street level being the top levelwhich is the main living area and kitchen. The other 2 levels go down from there. Lots of stairs. The property management texted a couple of times to see if we had any questions or problems.We would definitely stay in this home again.

the TV's in the living space and the media room didn't work for general tv. The light over the toilet in the main bathroom was out. But the view were beautiful. The house was perfectly located for our needs. Plenty of room and comfort with many details accounted for.

Great stay!

Great house. Stayed here with another family and everyone agreed the house was a win. Very kid friendly, clean, neat layout for two families (be prepared to climb stairs), kitchen was well stocked (thanks for the tupperware) but the best by far was the view of Bend. House is in a residential neighborhood so don't expect to walk to anything (although there is a small playground nearby). Only feedback for improvement is that both the doors leading into the master bedroom and the master bed were suuuuppppeeerrr squeaky- wd40 please! Oh, and I love foosball but the table here could use some R&R.

Had a wonderful time as a family of four (two toddlers). Everything was clean and well-stocked. Close proximity to parks, shops, and restaurants. Our girls really enjoyed the large bath tub in the master suite.
