Benvenuti in una splendida casa nel centro di Phoenix. La casa si trova vicino all'aeroporto di Sky Harbor, alla città vecchia di Scottsdale, a negozi, ristoranti e molte altre attrazioni della Valle del Sole. Tutta la casa è la tua durante il tuo soggiorno e ha tutto il necessario per essere confortevole. È in un bel quartiere stabilito che è una combinazione di vecchie case e nuove costruzioni. Rendi il tuo soggiorno a Phoenix confortevole e rilassante. La casa è tutta tua, io non abito lì. Puoi portare i tuoi animali domestici, la macchina e altro ancora. È possibile parcheggiare in garage, strada privata e strada. Facile parcheggio per 4 auto e un camion.

La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e in ottime condizioni. Ci sono due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale e due letti full size. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size, quindi la casa può ospitare fino a sei persone. C'è un bagno. La casa è un accogliente 850 sq ft. C'è un garage con una macchina e una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il soggiorno e le due camere sono dotate di televisori intelligenti e TV via cavo. Viene fornito anche l'accesso ad internet veloce con wi-fi veloce, HBO e showtime.
Vivo nelle vicinanze e posso rispondere a qualsiasi problema durante il tuo soggiorno. Sono disponibili istruzioni utili in casa per quanto riguarda TV, cavo e accesso a Internet. Ho anche fornito un elenco di ristoranti vicini e altri luoghi suggeriti da visitare. Ovviamente con l'accesso a Internet puoi anche fare le tue ricerche sull'area. L'area è molto sicura e il cortile è molto sicuro per tutti gli animali domestici. Fornisco ciotole d'acqua per animali domestici e cucce. La casa può ospitare comodamente 6 persone, ma è possibile dormire un po 'di più.

Phoenix stay

We had a great stay! The house is conveniently located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well appointed and Angelo is a great host. The outdoor areas are especially nice! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property. Our dog loved the big back yard that he could run free but be contained. Close to everything we needed. Host was incredi helpful!

The property was well maintained, it had everything you could possibly need. My family of 5 had a great tjme and we felt safe at all times. There is a huge shopping center with tons of restaurants, fast food and stores at walking distance. You definetly get your bang for buck at this location. I highly recomend and will stay again! We loved our stay

Great place to stay

The house was comfortable with a nice yard for having a dog along—really helpful! Furnished outside space both for dining and for lounging. Great safe neighborhood very convenient to go anywhere. On top of all this, the host was very attentive and gracious, offering whatever help he could to make the stay even better. Highly recommend!

We believe this property was misrepresented on the site to rent! L/R couch broken down, sinks in middle, covered with sheet; two chairs in living room broken down and especially black one; kitchen microwave has cracks in front of it (unsafe), refrigerator icemaker hardly makes any ice volume wise; hallway has no light (unsafe); bathroom aftermarket vanity protrudes over onto toilet area so cannot sit straight on toilet; back bedroom bed on right mattress is worn when you lay on it you roll to middle of bed; front bedroom mattress is weak; water heater only works now & then; backyard patio is nice and furniture on patio is also; Could not figure out how to operate lights around patio but just only the two lights under the patio.

Wonderful Stay

Property is located in a quiet residential area with tons of major and mom/pop establishments close by. We enjoyed eating at the Ol Brass Rail, a nearby, family friendly sports grill. House was cozy and comfortable and in good condition. Host was excellent with quick response to any question. Backyard was large and well secured for our pet dog to roam and play.

It was disastrous: not clean, door coming off hinge; heater not working

I can't list all the problems with this house: a shed door that was not attached to the shed and almost hit my dog. The TVs that did not work; the five hour wait to have them fixed. The bed that collapsed because it was help up by a brick. The aged bed sheets. We fled two days early. The owner is a very nice man but he should not be in this business.

Awesome property and owner!

Working with Angelo was really easy, and I can easily see his devotion to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely book with him in the future, and we highly recommend one of Angelo's properties for your stay in Phoenix!

Flower Power

This house was a wonderful surprise. We were going to Phoenix so that we could spend time with our kids and their spouses and rented this house. It had everything we needed to be able to cook family favorites, including a grill. The back porch was great and even had a TV;. The bathroom was stocked with nice towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and just about anything else you would need. We brought our dogs with us and they loved the huge backyard. Angelo is a wonderful owner that provided lots of outdoor bowls for the pups and even the items needed to clean up the yard. There was also a roll of puppy bags for when we wanted to take the pups to the dog park or for a walk. Everything was very clean and just a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was a nice quiet place and there was everything you could even want to do within just a few minutes. We will definitely be keeping this house on our favorites for our next visit. Comfortable home, good location

This is not a resort property, but it is comfortable and well located. Angelo, the owner, was super easy to work with and took care of all our needs. The fully fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood is older, but lots of rebuilding going on all around with many good restaurants and bars close by. Nice quiet street, secure feel, well appointed.

Great location, comfortable house

The location is perfect- close to lots of restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to downtown. It is an older home, so don't expect it to be right out of Architectural Digest, but it is comfortable and has a large fenced yard, making it a great place to come with my dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

I'm born and raised in Phoenix AZ. I live about 5 minutes from the house and I'm happy to share my local favorite places and I'm here for you if you need anything.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The area of my rental home and my home I live in are the best areas in Phoenix, no joke. I would not live in any other area. Central Phoenix has it all. The house is small and comfortable and safe. It's very close to all the best local restaurants and bars and everything that people want to see and do when in town. Hiking is 5 minutes away and so is some trails and the airport. I have the best house at the best price, no joke.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

My home is small, you can't forget that but it's so comfortable and cute and has all you need for a great stay. It's safe and great neighbors. So close to all you will want to see while in Phoenix AZ. And you have me for anything else you may need. I'm born and raised here so if you want to know the best hamburger or cheap Mexican food I can tell you. I love my town and I know it well. I grew up right by the house. And the house is all yours, none of my stuff is in it and I don't check on you. I'm around if you need anything but otherwise it's all yours and you do your thing.
