We had a wonderful 4 nights at the beautiful home by the sea. The host was extremely helpful. He arranged tours and transportation for all and was attentive to our many inquiries. Best Vrbo we have had. Highly recommend

We loved every bit of our stay and Emiliano was fantastic with communication and recommendations. The location was perfect and we were so glad we stayed a few days before our cruise and visited towns in the area. Highly recommend!

Our family of 6 (kids age 9 and 6) stayed for 1 night after our cruise. There was plenty of space for us all and everything was clean. It’s about a mile from the port and we chose to walk. It is doable if you take your time and do not want to fool around with transportation. There was plenty to do near by and we enjoyed our meal at Ristorante Gambero Rosso dal 1973. Our host Emiliano was great and quick to respond. He helped set up transportation the next day to the airport for us as well.

The house was perfect. Clean and spacious. Modern and friendly. Great location for the local town, restaurants and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Civitavecchia. The host was incredible and even helped us with transport to and from the airport.

Property was amazing and exactly as shown in the listing. It was very large, spotless, balcony had great views and it is close to shopping and fabulous restaurants and cafes. Checking in was super easy and Emiliano, the host, was very quick to respond to questions and helpful and knowledgeable on local information

Emiliano was an amazing host. He was always on top of communications with me and provided an accurate answer to every crazy question I asked. The view from the unit is beautiful, the area is great for walking/running or just sitting on the balcony having a beverage. Lots of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. It was only an 8 minute easy walk to the shuttle bus to the cruises as well. I highly recommend you to book this unit. The bedrooms were a great size. And the 2 bathrooms worked out great for the 6 of us. If we cruise out of this port again I would definitely rebook with Emiliano!

I highly recommend this property for your stay in Civitavecchia. Emiliano the host was terrific. He answered all my questions in a fast and efficient way. He coordinated transfers to and from the airport. Fantastic 2nights before our cruise.

This a beautiful apartment with wonderful views!! The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms exceptionally clean. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Emiliano is a fantastic host! Absolutely beautiful property. There were 3 couples and we all loved this apartment. It was spotless, spacious and in the perfect location for us to get to the cruise port. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great spot before a cruise

We were here just one night before a cruise after several nights in time and it was great. Plenty of room and a short walk to most of the restaurants in the boardwalk area. The balcony was a nice view and it was about 7 minutes to largo della pace bus circle for the shuttle in the morningCommunization on the app and Whatsapp was great.

From the moment I booked this VRBO Emiliano has been amazing from helping arrange transfer to the house from airport. Upon arrival the instructions were very clear. Emiliano showed up shortly after our arrival. He was so friendly and helpful. He gave us some suggestions for food and the best Gelato. He made us feel welcome and we would be pleased to rent again!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

We are three couples spanning three generations, and Emiliano’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our four-night stay. The home is immaculate, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. Pre cruise stay in Civitavecchia

If you need a place to stay pre or post cruise must definitely check this out !!!!We booked one night with Emiliano prior to our Mediterranean cruise and everything was awesome. Property is located right on the harbor. Within walking distance to the busses that take you to the ships. Property is very clean, easy access to the property. Several cafes and shops within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

The stay was great and Emiliano was very responsive. The house did not have washcloths which would have been helpful to know in advance. Emiliano also helped us find suitable transportation from the airpor to the property and then from the cruise port back to the airport. Overall this was a great experience! When in Rome again I would stay here for sure.

Beautiful Views, Great Accompdations

Excellent location, ideal for pre-cruise sailings. Also easy walking distance to the train into Rome. Many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The living area was a good size for playing games and watching tv. Both baths and the kitchen fit our needs.Our host was outstanding. He assisted us with every request we had promptly and was very accommodating. He even helped us arrange taxi service in advance from the Rome airport and made a point to meet us personally when he was in the area. He is a wealth of knowledge about the area and Rome. The best host we’ve encountered in our many years of travel.
