Superb location to beach and Carlsbad Village. The home was lovely and well maintained and appointed with all you’ll need. Bob was great answering any questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to coming back!!

This cottage (behind the house) was a perfect size, clean, and quiet. It was comfortable and we lacked for nothing, Even though we were right behind the house and next to others, we had no sound issues and complete privacy. Bob was easy to communicate with. The cottage is less than a block away from the beach and close enough to walk to the village. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was a very short walk to beach access. The cottage was nice and private. The host was completely unobtrusive but easily available if you need anything. A real plus was the off-street parking provided.

This is a great location for Carlsbad ; especially for the beach goers. Downtown Carlsbad is walkable within 10 minutes or so. Lots of great restaurants and options of entertainment. The unit has beach chairs and accessories. The actual rental itself is upgraded, extremely clean and very warm and welcoming. Bob, the host, is excellent. He is very quick on answering/responding to communication. Will definitely be coming back here to stay.

This location is fantastic for an easy walk to the beach! Our young family (kids ages 1 & 3) had a very comfortable stay. We brought our own pack-n-play (though one is supplied) and used the cottage's high chair. We enjoyed the list of recommended restaurants. Helpful host. We had a fantastic time here! Highly recommend!

Lovely Cottage Close to Beach

This beach cottage is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bob was a gracious host, greeting us at check-in and responsive to our needs. We love the location and will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway Cottage

We were really impressed with this cute cottage and the proximity to the clean and lovely beach. It was so nice to have all the beach gear and we also enjoyed the private patio area out in the back. My husband and I stayed here so our 2 adult sons, who live nearby, could join us. Bob was a very gracious host and we'd love to go back again!

Amazing Cottage

This property was perfect! The area around and the beach was clean and safe. The cottage was clean and just perfect! So much to do and restaurants in the downtown area. 5 stars! We’ll be back for sure!!!!
