La casa dispone di un confortevole soggiorno e zona pranzo con deliziosi mobili rustici messicani. Le camere da letto sono ampie, alle estremità opposte della casa, ognuna con il proprio bagno per una totale privacy.

La moderna cucina offre un bar per la colazione ed è completamente attrezzata con fornelli, frigorifero, frullatore, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, stoviglie e pentole. Aria condizionata centralizzata e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto. L'aria condizionata può essere impostata termostaticamente in ogni stanza tramite un telecomando. A Casa Carlita gli ospiti potranno godere dei comfort di casa, tra cui TV via cavo, videoregistratore / DVD e impianto stereo. I really enjoyed this charming home! It was absolutely IMMACULATE !! The AC worked great and I had the best sleep there! We woke up to the sound of peaceful song birds chirping. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed cooling off in it after a day out on the town.Communication with the host and property manager was excellent !!

This was our second Stay in the past 6 months and we never stay anywhere else. The house once again was immaculate and furnished with everything you need and more. Check in was smooth as always, Victor our host was amazing once again. They are not joking when they say Location Location Location! Minute walk to grocery, 2 blocks to water and a 10 minute walk to downtown. Cans are less than 5 minutes away if you are heading to a beach club or wherever! The bikes are a great plus, but the pool is absolutely amazing. We had many great evenings after exploring the island relaxing in the pool! Once again, expectations exceeded and we already have our annual trip planned for 2027!

Victor was very accommodating on both the check-in and check out. Everything went smoothly. The maid, Maria was very thorough in her cleaning. The pool was cleaned multiple times and was always very clean, also. The beds were very comfortable.Carla was extremely helpful on any questions I had prior to our arrival. We all enjoyed that we were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Carlita and would definitely consider staying here again. The biggest strengths of this property are the value for the price, the excellent location, and the home itself. It’s conveniently located close to grocery stores and everything you need in Cozumel. The house is spacious, very well maintained, and the private pool was a great feature after a day of diving or sightseeing.A few updates would make this property exceptional:* One of the mini-split air conditioners, specifically the unit in the small office room, doesn’t have enough capacity to cool the room effectively. Upgrading that unit would make the space much more comfortable.* The televisions throughout the house are quite small and dated. In today’s market, a 55-inch TV in the living room and master bedroom would significantly improve the guest experience, especially for longer stays.* A washer and dryer would be a tremendous addition. For guests staying several days—particularly divers or families—having laundry facilities would make the home much more convenient.Overall, Casa Carlita is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained home in a great location that offers excellent value. With a few modern upgrades, it would easily be a five-star property.

What an amazing house!!! 5 min walk to the water, stores and 10 minutes to the cruise port! The home was beautiful! Pool was amazing and was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. The aster bedroom was large, and second master had direct access to patio and pool! We are already looking to return in a few months! We loved the complete privacy and the area was very safe and we never heard any noise after hours or early morning

We had a great stay! The house was very clean as was the pool. The air conditioning worked great. It was nice to have a completely private backyard and pool. We felt completely safe walking around the area even at night. We used their bicycles to ride into town which only took about 5 minutes.

This house felt like home. It was very comfortable and has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The location is great being away from the high traffic tourist area and a grocery store just around the corner.

Nice location, nice little pool, generally adequate parking with the exception of one night, good value. The only thing missing is a big screen TV. A 50 inch big screen at Chedraui goes for about 300, a 43 inch about 200. I know...it's dumb to watch TV in a beautiful foreign country, but we are all addicted to Netflix and love movie nights after sundown and a busy beach day.

This property is exactly as described and very well appointed. Location is great as is the neighborhood. Comfy beds, nice clean pool and outside area. Lots of amenities. Carla is very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Great location for in town restaurants and groceries. Nice privacy for house and pool. On a quiet street. Very clean with modern conveniences but with appealing Mexican decor (not overdone). Super nice manager, Victor, is very helpful and communicative as is the host/owner. We plan to be back!!! Thanks!

Craig and I live between three homes. Washington State, Arizona and Cozumel. Craig is an attorney who practices law in the State of Washington, but thanks to technology, he is able to work from Cozumel and Arizona as well.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

After diving all over the Caribbean, we found that we enjoyed Cozumel as much above the water as we did below the water. The diving was great and the people in Cozumel were even greater. We felt very much at home on our first visit to Cozumel and within two years we had completed our home away from home.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Location, Location, Location. Casa Carlita is close to everything that Cozumel has to offer, but the home is very quiet and private. We are only a 2 minutie walk to a major grocery store, a ten minute walk to some fun restuarants and a 5 minute walk to the pier near Margaritaville to catch your dive boat. Guests appreciate our excellent maid service and the loads of amenities provided including wireless internet, free long distance to US and Canada, DVD player with over 200 movies, books, etc to choose from. Our courtyard is surrounded by a high wall for complete privacy.
