Il nostro pulito, accogliente, e invitante condominio è dotato di 3 camere e 2 bagni e tutti i comfort di casa. Il soggiorno ha un divano e divanetto, così come TV via cavo, un lettore DVD e 48 'TV a schermo piatto per rilassarsi con.

La master suite, che è separata dalle altre camere da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, televisore a schermo piatto 24 'con cavo e una cabina armadio e un bagno completo. Reasonable price for above average experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my resort experience. The gift shop had an exceptionally delightful young lady manager. It was absolutely fabulous!

Comfortable and convenience

This was our second time staying in this gated community and all in all it was great, comfortable and convenience. The condo has some outdated furniture that can be replaced by the property.

Very outdated.

Everything is very outdated and shows no regular maintenance. We had a maintenance person there six times during our stay. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Never used the dishwasher because I was too afraid to. The bathrooms are the worst. Kitchen has one drinking glass, no kitchen towels and no sharp knife. The community is well kept but the pool area is too small for the size of the community. The old saying applies here, "You get what you pay for". It was a big mistake on my part.

Orlando and Legoland

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. A little older but clean and quiet. Patio with screen to look out at wooded area was nice. The only problem we had was working the TVs. Maybe need some directions for each set. Great place overall.

Confusing way to pick up house instructions...

When we arrived we learned that the office was not on site and the address given was not very accurate. We went in circles for a while. I do not know why they just do not email the paperwork to you. I didn’t have to sign anything. It would have saved us about a half hour and after driving for 16 hrs it was frustrating. There was a lot of ants and none of the lamps worked one of the big burners was out. I told management. I thought they would send someone to change the bulbs or replace them and fix the the burner but they did not. Kitchen has the bare minimum. I would suggest bringing yr favorite kitchen items because there was not a lot. Overall it was close to Disney but it left a lot to be desired. Make sure you bring garbage bags and TP as none is provided. Walmart that is near the house is crazy busy. I would highly suggest bringing some groceries with you so you can avoid the craziness at Walmart. I would definitely talk to them and make sure everything is working order before booking. We have a family of 7 and made due, but it could have been easier had things worked.

Location of this condo was great but ....

This unit is in desperate need of a make-over. I read “ it was heavily used and showed some wear” but my stay could have been so much better if the Owner had purchased mattresses for the King and Queen beds in this decade, also quality linens for the beds would be very much appreciated by every guest. Everything seemed clean enough just very old, dated and sad. The kitchen was equipped with the lowest possible quality of just about everything from the spoons to the coffee maker. Overall I gave my stay ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 it was a great neighborhood, centrally located, quiet at night, nice pool, cold AC. hot water but I guess for me it’s the little things, like a good nights sleep after spending a months earnings on accommodations and amusement parks.

Pool is kind of far, but still within walking distance. Condo was nice, had plenty of bath towels. Loved our screened in balcony.

Enjoyed the stay...

Excellent property. Myself, wife and 3 kids enjoyed our stay. Next time will probably seek something a little closer to the pool and clubhouse, but this was within walking distance... a healthy walk though. WiFi in room gave us an issue, but management was on it immediately which was appreciated. Check in and check out was easy, even though we arrived late after hours. Instructions were clear. Check out was seamless, just wish it were a little later...maybe noon, as a 3 bedroom will likely have several guests, or a family, which typically needs a little more time to get moved out. Nonetheless, We will definitely visit Windsor Palms again.

Ridiculous hidden fees. please repair before next rental

When we initially arrived in Orlando we had a difficult time finding the rental office. The wifi in the house did not work. The television is the living room volume kept going in and out. One of the televisions in the back bedroom only had one channel. The stove wasn't fully functional. Only the left side burners worked. The sofa needs to be replaced because the leather was peeling off the back of it. In regards to the clubhouse, I had an assignment to turn in and was extremely discouraged when I was told the cost to use the computer for 1 hour was $10.00. With the amount of money that was spent on this unit you would think that it would be free to use by the property's occupants.

thank you for your review. i apologize for your inconvenience, we take these unfortunate matters seriously and wish you'd have notified us during your stay regarding the wifi/TV/oven and we would have had them addressed. Unfortunately regarding the clubhouse matters, we don't have any say in what they do, but will sure pass on your comments.

Bare Bones

Positives: 2nd floor unit. Very close to Disney. We liked Windsor Palms as a development/community. Good price/value. Roomy 3BR. Clean. Great wi-if. Beds were ok - some wear from use. Comfortable living room. Easy free parking close to unit entrance. Negatives: Annoying bare minimum. Basic furnishings/finishes with some wear. Older/small tv in bedrooms. No xtra toilet paper, no paper towels, no washcloths, no beach/pool towels, no dish soap, not enough closet hangars, broken coffee table, broken (hard to work) alarm clocks. No elevator. We've stayed at many VRBO prooerties and this one has by far the fewest items for guests. We prefer units that have basic items on hand for guests or allow guests to leave items behind for the community of guests to make the unit/experience better for all.

Vacation 2012

My family and I had a wonderful time at your condo! We spent three nights and four days. The place was roomy and very clean, as well as decorated very nicely. In addition, the condo is conveniently located near the malls and other wonderful attractions as well as some great restaurants. It was difficult to get them all to leave. We are already planning our next trip:)
