Questa residenza è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Goditi molte attività in questo luogo. Proprio di fronte al Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Abbiamo biciclette e sedie a sdraio per gli ospiti. Ci sono molte attività nella zona, tra cui spiaggia, surf, pesca, canottaggio, kayak, snorkeling e altre attività acquatiche. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti sul lungomare, bar e negozi. La maggior parte dei ristoranti offre musica dal vivo ogni sera.

Questa casa a schiera recentemente ristrutturata dispone di una camera da letto al piano superiore con bagno e cabina doccia. C'è un letto matrimoniale con un letto singolo estraibile sotto. Abbiamo anche 2 materassi ad aria che possono essere utilizzati per ospitare una famiglia di 5 persone nel soppalco al piano superiore. C'è anche un pack-n-play per i bambini. Il soggiorno al piano terra ha un divano letto matrimoniale. Il piano terra dispone di mezzo bagno, cucina completa, soggiorno e lavatrice / asciugatrice. Questa casa a schiera può ospitare comodamente 5 persone, con un massimo di 7 persone se vengono utilizzati materassi ad aria.

Goditi il paradiso tropicale nel cortile con molti mobili da giardino, grill a gas, mini frigorifero, TV e altoparlanti blutooth. Rinfrescati nella bellissima doccia esterna, perfetta per sciacquare la sabbia dopo una divertente giornata in spiaggia. O rilassati con un drink rinfrescante sulla veranda la sera godendoti i ventosi frangiflutti. Forniamo teli da bagno, teli mare, stoviglie da cucina e accessori. Guarda i tuoi programmi preferiti su una grande TV a schermo piatto tramite Dish Network. Wi-Fi incluso. Prepara i pasti nella cucina completa con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

Questa unità è amico dei cani a pagamento (niente gatti, per favore). Si prega di essere rispettosi e raccogliere dopo il cane nel cortile. Giardino recintato. Abbiamo anche una grande cassa per cani, se necessario. È previsto un supplemento una tantum per animali domestici di $ 100 a soggiorno.

Goditi la casa! Abbiamo dedicato molto tempo ed energie a rendere questo un posto bellissimo e rilassante in cui soggiornare. Si prega di essere rispettosi di tutti i mobili e gli accessori. I enjoyed my stay at the surf shack. The amenities were exactly what I was expecting. I used the kayak, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The location is close to all water activities, eateries and parks. The outside shower is very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. The only drawback was the annoying dogs next door. Otherwise a great place to entertain. I would stay here again. Thanks !

This was our 3rd stay here. Location is great, place as always is clean, our dog feels right at home. Enjoyed the outdoor shower, blue tooth speakers and the wonderful welcome basket.

Fantastic little place

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kirt and Susan’s beachy townhome. Anything you could possibly need is furnished. The outdoor deck is great for relaxing. Proximity to Ocean was great.

We were so comfortable at the surf shack. Perfect location and everything you need to enjoy your time at the beautiful Fort Pierce beaches. Kirt and Susan are the sweetest hosts and you can tell they love their property.

Well appointed beach theme townhouse. Located Northern Island across from state park. This gave you access to ocean as well as inlet. Every beach toy from surfboards to bikes are available for use. Outside great sitting area with tiki bar,gril,and refrigerator. Outside shower as well as loft bedroom inside with full bath area. One half bathroom on first floor.Guest book on coffee table with all local spots to visit and restaraunts. Don’t miss the Navy Seal Museum on the Island. Great sidewalks to walk to museums and parks for exercise or just relax in your private back yard and enjoy the day! Owner’s communication is top notch and property as described.Arrived to a stocked kitchen and breakfast treats to get us started on our two month get away from winter up north!

Family getaway

I gave the cleanliness a 4 star only because the AC was leaking upstairs and it made the carpet very wet and smelled. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the constant dripping of the AC. The owners were very responsive and tried to do what they could to temporarily fix it while we were there. We loved the place and will definitely go back again. The outside sitting area was absolutely beautiful.

You WILL love it!

Kirt was such an amazing host. He has everything you'll need all ready for you when you get there. We arrived to find a nice bottle of wine and a little goody bag filled with some wonderful lotions and soaps. The decor was absolutely fabulous and had such a homey feel to it. Anytime that I had a question, Kirt responded to my emails within minutes. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ft. Pierce. We definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Awesome Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this property.The home is very well maintained and clean.Everything you may (or may not) need for summer fun is furnished..ie bikes, beach chairs, towels, kayaks, surfboards, even sand toys for the littles. After a day of fun in the sun the enclosed outdoor shower is refreshing!Kitchen is well equipped as well, we love the outdoor kitchen grill. I could go on and on. I couldn't give this lil bungalow enough gold stars!We absolutely love it. The hosts, Kirt & Susan are very tentative and answers any questions promptly. We will continue to book this property.TY Kirt & Susan for sharing your lil slice of heaven.

"Our recent stay at this VRBO property was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable. First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. They were prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that the hosts put a great deal of effort into maintaining a pristine environment. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Furthermore, the thoughtful touches and amenities provided by the host truly made us feel welcome. From the bottle of wine, water & cookies left for us to enjoy to the abundance of towels and toiletries available, we felt like every detail had been carefully considered. It's these small gestures that go above and beyond. The house itself was beautifully appointed with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed the outside patio and grill area. Our Luna (dog) felt very comfortable and enjoyed the treats that were at the house as well. Very quite neighborhood. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Everything we were looking for. Two adults, two young boys and two dogs. Not your typical stripped down vacation rental. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked to the point where almost nothing was needed to cook ( besides primary food items, many pantry items were included ) or stay clean and comfortable. Even dogs were hooked up with beds, bowls and toys, not to mention a fully fenced yard where i didn't even need to stress over my escape artist pup. Great location with easy access to all kindsOf water and restaurants. Even tons of beach equipment available to use. Next time I'm back in the area i wont even consider a different property. First class all the way!

Great place, with very nice backyard area

Everything was easy with great communication with property manager. Condo was clean and ready to go, they even offered early check in at no cost. Fantastic location for our planned visit! Will definitely stay there again next year if we return.

Excellent proximity to Ft Pierce inlet

Nice to place to hang out!. Can kayak/bike across the street in Ft Pierce inlet state park, surf/swim by the North jetty. Back porch is a great little tiki bar with Bluetooth speakers to hook up to your media. There’s a grill out there and a refrigerator. Fantastic outdoor shower.

It was very simple to check-in. Owners were easy to communicate with. They left a nice welcome gift and had beach goodies. I would definitely go back. Pups enjoyed Dog Beach which was 20 mins away.

We were looking for a place to get away for the weekend and we found this perfect vacation spot. It's quiet, relaxing and always breezy and smelling like the ocean. North Hutchinson is the quieter island, while South Hutchinson is nearby with more activities and bars and restaurants. It's nice to relax outside in this beach town.

Hutchinson Island is a cozy little beach town. There are many things to do. Every Saturday from 8:00 to Noon, downtown Fort Pierce at the marina (2-miles away) has a farmers market, with 70 vendors offering food, art and live music. Have a drink at the Tiki Bar, feed the fish, or try a local craft beer at the Sailfish Brewing Co. in downtown Ft. Pierce.
