Destin New Years 2024

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. We loved watching the sunset from our balcony. The two bedrooms with king beds were very comfortable and great views of the water. The kitchen was well equipped including a drip and pod coffee maker. My only suggestion is to add a kettle for tea drinkers or hot water for porridge.

Great stay. Beautiful condo.

Very clean and well appointed. We would have liked drapes over the patio windows to shield the living room from the bright sun in the afternoon. We are used to 55in TV screens at home so the small TV in the living room didn't out for us. We retreated to the guest bedroom because that TV was able to receive Netflix.

Vacation

Everything was fine we enjoyed the stay . Only thing that we were hesitant on was being charged a $200 fee for clean up. We had to take out all trash and load dhishwasher. I’m not sure what the fee is for since we left the home in the condition we got it.

We appreciate you leaving the home in the same condition you found it, but after every guest leaves we still have cleaners go throughout each vacation condo and home to do a thorough clean to prepare for the next guests. The cleaners clean the entire condo/home, including bathrooms, kitchen, and kitchen accessories. The cleaners also have the linens professionally laundered and brought in for the next guests. Because of the thoroughness of each clean, our clean fee is the same for every reservation regardless of how long a guest stays. We hope this provides some clarity to the charge. Great condo at a great resort!

We had a great experience at this condo! The unit was very, very clean and had most everything that we needed. Even though it is not one of the beachfront buildings, there is a great ocean view! We were very comfortable here. The resort is amazing. We enjoyed the included beach chairs and private beach. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book this rental again! My only complaint is that the bed in the master is very soft. It did not bother my husband but I found it hard to sleep on and needed my chiropractor by the time we got home. The bed in the 2nd room is more firm. Overall, we highly recommend!

The perfect spot for families!

We had the absolute best time! The condo is BEAUTIFUL and so is the ocean view from the condo. The condo must have been updated recently. It was like being at our own home. It wasn’t your classic old style looking condo from the 80s. The kiddie pool and playground were perfect and the place was not over crowded with people. We were able to get a great spot for beach chairs and pool loungers. We will definitely re book this place! The also had a child’s booster seat, plates and cups!!!! A very pleasant surprise! We loved this place! The only recommendation was that there be additional mirrors in the unit due to multiple family members needing showers.

Property was very nice. Beach access was awesome. Heated pools were a huge plus in November

Had the best time we’ve had in years. So relaxing and peaceful. Kids loved everything about it. Highly recommend this place. We found a new home away from home. Will definitely be going back.
