Questa è una delle case / lotti sul lungolago più belli disponibili nel Deerfield Resort con tutte le comodità per rendere la tua vacanza PERFETTA. È uno dei lotti più piatti per un facile accesso "su e giù" dalla casa al molo. Questa è una casa con 5 camere da letto e un soppalco che può ospitare comodamente 16 in letti. Questa casa di lusso la rende la vacanza perfetta per la nautica, lo sci nautico, la pesca e il golf. La nostra casa ha anche un ampio patio fronte lago che è a pochi passi dall'acqua. Il patio e la terrazza sul retro offrono viste panoramiche mozzafiato sul lago.

Siamo orgogliosi di avere una delle migliori case in affitto sul lago. Manteniamo e aggiorniamo costantemente la casa per mantenerla nelle condizioni che ti aspetti al tuo arrivo.

Griglia a gas per esterni in acciaio inossidabile con serbatoi di propano di ricambio.

Cucina moderna: include un grande frigorifero con congelatore e fabbricatore di ghiaccio, frigorifero / congelatore aggiuntivo al piano inferiore. Tutti gli elementi di cottura e le impostazioni del luogo per oltre 15 persone. Stufa, forno, microonde e isola di preparazione centrale, facilitano la preparazione per più famiglie.

Sistema stereo Bluetooth: consente di riprodurre la propria musica all'esterno, sotto il portico. All'interno ha uno stereo con lettore CD.

Grandi stanze: due stanze separate entrambe con TV e lettore DVD. Entrambi includono una comoda seduta. La grande sala inferiore ha anche un biliardino e la vecchia Playstation con alcuni giochi. C'è un camino a grandezza naturale con candele al primo piano. Dotato anche di giochi da tavolo che terranno occupata la famiglia la sera o in una giornata piovosa.

Passerella: una passerella lastricata dalla casa al molo con un gradino al molo e poi solo un volo sul ponte vicino alla casa.

Dock: il dock per barche ha scivoli per DUE barche. Uno è coperto, uno no. Una grande diapositiva sul molo offre ulteriore divertimento per i bambini. C'è anche una scala da bagno per entrare e uscire facilmente dal lago.

Deerfield Resort: gli ospiti hanno accesso al campo da golf, al porto turistico privato, alla piscina, al campo da pallavolo e al campo da tennis.

Pista di atterraggio: una delle caratteristiche più singolari della nostra comunità è una pista di atterraggio privata con una pista pavimentata di 3000 piedi.

We had a great time for our family reunion. Location is wonderful. Easy drop off and pick up right at the property for the pontoon and tube we rented from Oasis Marina. We had a blast!

Norris Lake Stay

We had a great time during our stay at this lake house. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. One of the rooms was a loft off the living room with curtains versus walls which was unexpected, but we made it work. Overall we had a great time and the house's location on the lake was absolutely ideal.

Great for the holidays!

This was a great place to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with the family! We had a large group and the weather was a bit cold so we spent most of the time inside. But the house was perfect. Large kitchen and dining area, two comfy living areas and plenty of sleeping space.

Labor day stay

Experience was good, we all had great time. The only reason for the cleanliness being at 4 stars is the interior hvac grills were pretty dirty and the refrigerator leaked water out but everything else was good.

Great Lake Stay!

Property is on a great part of the lake without a steep bank which is one of the reasons we picked it. House was clean and kitchen well stocked. Bring extra TP and drinks because the stores are not close by! Our goal was to only leave by boat once we arrived and that’s exactly what happened. Great fire pit by the water. Would easily stay here again.

Great Location on Lake Norris!

The house was very large and had ample room for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies and dishes. The basement rec room was ideal if you have teenagers who want to hang out. Very nice view and easy access to the lake. We loved the fire pit at night. Good communication with the host.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Lake Views

Our family vacation at this house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning view of the lake with the mountains in the background. The peaceful scenery created such a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together. On top of that, the homeowners were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return for another amazing family getaway!

Nice place!

This place is spacious and was fairly well equipped. Although remote, the view was gorgeous with an easy trek to the lake. There is some wear and tear on the kitchen and the dock. Appliances are well worn and dock needs some maintenance. Deck is very nice and a great place to hangout. Fun week!

Comfortable family getaway

We had a very nice time, with plenty of space for our group to stay comfortably. Host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Views are lovely and our family gathering was fun for kids and adults alike. We enjoyed the winery right outside the resort too. Would not recommend an off-season stay, as the best features of this property are outdoors so our access was limited some days due to the weather. Couches were not very comfortable, front porch light was out, and it got very cold in the basement bedrooms at night no matter the temp the thermostat was set at. Some minor repairs/updates are due, nothing that was unusable or unsafe, but made some rooms feel more like a buddy’s lake house than a vacation rental at the price paid. Our objective for the weekend was to get away and spend time having fun with extended family, which we did!

Deerfield Property Review

Our group had a great week at this property. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The sleeping situation was a little weird for our group due to the high number of twin beds and bunks. There is only one king bed and two queen beds. The rest are twins or bunks. The tree shaded firepit area was great for those who wanted to get out of the sun for a bit. The gentle slope from the house to the dock was welcome after a long day on the water. The house is situated on a very busy section of the lake (not in a no wake zone). We were there during the holiday week and the water was VERY rough with wakes from boats and jet skis. We were thankful for the boat lift to protect the boat but our two jet skis were battered and bruised by the end of the week. We were able to float in the water but it wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been without the rough waters. I would imagine it would be better during a less busy time of the year.

Dock needs some maintenance

The property was very clean. The upstairs master bedroom was very warm. The temp in master was 82 degrees during the day and stayed at 76during the night. A fan would have been nice. dock is what I had the most issues with. The walkway to get onto the dock was broken. A sharp piece of metal was sticking out. The ladder was broken. The property advertise a covered dock, but you could not use that dock. If you didn’t have a proper boat, it was made for a V haul not a tri toon. Even if I had a boat to fit I would not used it did not look very safe. The side dock, which was not covered and had bolts sticking out of it. I used at least 10 bumpers and still had damage to my pontoons I think the owners were trying to fix up the house. It looked like it had new siding and gutters and decking. It was very nice. The location was great. I think they need to spend some time on the dock fixing it up. We did enjoy our stay and it is a very nice place at the lake.

Thanks Jerry, we appreciate your input! We have fixed all the dock issues INCLUDING replacing the ladder. The covered dock AND boat lift are 100% available to guests. The lift is "fitted" for ski boat use, not pontoon boats. We have the third slip for pontoon boats which guests have been very pleased with in the past.

We come down a couple of times every year and the interaction with the host, the cleanliness of the property, and the entire experience was outstanding. We have made it a tradition to get together with family over labor day. Some live out of town and Norris Lake works great. This home worked great. We all had space. The property was laid out perfectly.

Family vacation

Norris Lake and Deerfield resort are beautiful places. The house is very nice and clean and accommodated our family well. The gentle walk to the dock and the fire pit area was definitely a plus for our parents. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and playing games when we weren’t out on the lake. Truly wonderful vacation for the whole family.

Great house, lot, & location

What a great time we had! We couldn’t have asked for a better location because our group wanted to hang out at the jumping bridge most of the time. We had quite of few storms chase us off the lake, and it was a very quick and easy ride back to the house. We rented a tritoon for the week and fortunately it fit into the open slip at our dock. Having no stairs was also a huge benefit…no lugging coolers up and down staircases! The view from this place was incredible. We loved having our coffee every morning on the deck and watching the boats & skiers pass by. The weather cooperated once so we could enjoy the fire pit down by the water. All in all a great place!

A great family retreat!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. The property was as shown and as described, but better. Our communications with the owners before and during our stay, on even small issues were quickly responded to and handled promptly. It was a terrific week thanks to a beautiful property and a perfect location, and a great owner. It was a 5 star place for our family gathering of 10.

Fabulous time with family

Our entire family took a vacation for the first time in 20 years and this place did not disappoint. The house was clean, spacious, well decorated and was right on the lake. Any interactions with the owner were timely. He provided good advice for our stay. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back!!
