We had such a wonderful stay at this property. We rented it for a full week, because it was central to both Zion and Bryce. But because the road to Zion was closed due to landslide, we cut our trip short a day, and the owners refunded us that day's rental fee! We didn't even ask for that, and they offered it without delay.There is so much room in this house, without losing its cozy feel. Plenty of space to "get away" if you need some time alone.Drawbacks: it's close to the highway. So if you open the windows to enjoy the air, you will hear highway noise. The property is 20 minutes from a grocery store, so prepare in advance.Extras: the Stellar's Jays were so much fun to feed and watch each morning and evening while we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the cozy living/dining area.

Upstairs bedroom was the best, but got a little hot. Jetted tup was perfect after long hikes. Was too close to the highway and other cabins for my taste, but was so much more comfortable--having all the conveniences of home--than a hotel room. Very close to a lot of beautiful country and both Bryce canyon and Zion.

This place was very nice. Clean well stocked enough bedrooms for everyone. Comfortable and inviting. Had everything we needed, was easy to find. Appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the washer/dryer during our stay. It is remote so come prepared with food, drinks, etc. easy check in/out. Easy departure instructions. Good overall location for national park touring.

Perfect base between Bryce and Zion!

Our group (three adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable staying here! It was the perfect central base for our Utah adventures. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Relaxing Cabin getaway

We loved our time at the cabin. It was a great spot to stay while touring Zion and Bryce. (Allow an hour to get into Zion) We especially enjoyed the hammocks and having 3 bathrooms.

Perfect cabin in the woods

We went with two other couples and it was perfect. We loved the area. It was a great place to return to after spending the days in Bryce Canyon.

House was exactly as listed. Very clean and well stocked with all necessities for an enjoyable stay. Location is great to access Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks Pretty remote location.Not a lot of dining or grocery shopping options. Hosts were great to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay although we were out most of the time during the day visiting Bryce, (a little under an hour drive) & Zion (a little over an hour drive) National Parks. The house was clean, comfortable and the fire at night was lovely sitting near it as we firmed up the next days plans. The owners were very helpful when we had to make a change. We would not hesitate to stay again if we ever have a return visit to that area.

This house is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Also, the house is clean. We loved watching the birds! This is a great house if you are visiting Bryce!

You couldn’t ask for more perfect location if you’re planning a visit to Bryce and Zion. It’s smack that right in between the two.

A cozy place central to 3 wonderful places of nature’s beauty and human compassion.

Walking through the cabin door, this place grabs you with a welcoming embrace, from fireplace to soaring ceiling to comfy bedrooms each tucked away on its own floor. A spacious porch and fire-pit outside connect inside coziness with outside natural beauty. Well cared-for, this place is one of the best we have stayed in on our VRBO journey.

Cozy fireplace vacation

They had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace an ample supply of split wood. It snowed on our second to last day and it was so pretty. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Centrally located lovely cabin

We really enjoyed this lovely and comfortable cabin. It is centrally located to both the Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon. The cabin was able to accommodate our family of 6 and we did not even use the bedroom in the basement. Bertha and Wayne did a great job of stocking the cabin with all needed amenities. Thanks a bunch.

Perfect location between Zion and Bryce.

The cabin was excellent! It was great that there were some basic food and supply items in the refrigerator and pantry—The grocery is 30+ minutes away. We visited both Zion and Bryce Canyon. This location is situated in between both national parks. Although a little closer to Bryce. It’s not a completely remote location. There are houses on either side that are visible, and a highway nearby. . Overall great stay!!
