Very nice and clean house to accommodate our visit to Charleston. The location was top notch to King street and communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive.

We were very pleased with the Location including off street parking. The home was well appointed offering space for gathering with our family. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The walkability of the property was the absolute best. Our group was 6 ladies and the set up was perfect for us. We had a game night at the large dining table. We weren't able to use the pool due to abnormally cold weather, but it looked like a fun hangout spot. We had a toilet issue and they had someone there to fix it within 30 minutes. The crew was very responsive to our needs.Thanks for a great stay!

Great house for our family trip to SEWE!

Nice location with fun bakeries and restaurants within one or two blocks. Parking the suburban was a challenge, but we made it work.

Thank you so much for this feedback, Sarah. Parking can be quite a challenge here in downtown Charleston but fortunately, we are able to provide off-street parking. Larger SUVs will find it tight so we do recommend bringing a small to a mid-size vehicle if possible. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in our home. We would be happy to host again should your travels return you to Charleston!

Perfect location! Not much for quite though. Charleston city living is just that city living.

Loved the location and property. Great condition and comfortable. Night time noisy, trucks, street cleaning and random conversations can be heard throughout the evenings but that is true for most of the city street residential rentals.

Awesome House!

Great weekend, had 9 guys in the house and with the blow up and couch we managed to sleep well. House is beautiful, and the location was perfect. Appliances in the kitchen were plentiful and useful and functioned great. Couldn't have been happier with it!

Great location, a little noisy, but one caveat

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. Everything was in great order - except for some odd reason the water pressure in the bathroom sinks. It was fine at the kitchen sink and in the showers, but it was hard to even wash hands in the sinks. That's a small complaint, and everything else was great. Parking was challenging, but that's to be expected in this ancient part of town.

Close to Nightlife…and Close to the Noise

A group of 40-ish moms who planned to eat and drink and love a night of partying. But maybe we’re just not as cool as we thought we were! Revelers, cops, screaming, fighting until sunrise made it impossible to sleep. The house was generally as pictured and well appointed. The ice maker wasn’t working when we arrived as the water filter on the fridge had expired. The property manager told us to buy bags of ice and they would come fix it…they never showed up and we never heard backs from them. In general, the stay was fine but with lots of options in a city like Charleston, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I did some digging and there was a lack of communication on our end so I am so sorry this was not fixed during your stay. We did fix it though, and the filters have been replaced. Great location, decent property.

The location can’t be beat. It was very close walking distance to lots of fun in Charleston. There were elements of the property that were not functioning well, I tried to bring them to the attention of the hosts but didn’t get much of a response or option for fixing the issues. The trash can outside was full when we arrived, leaving no space for our garbage during our stay. There was no solution offered for this so we had to leave garbage bags on the ground outside by the can. The master bathroom layout and vanity are not very functional. The left hand sink in the master bathroom drained VERY slowly, which I also brought to their attention. I was again not offered any solution for this. Overall, for the price, I would be hesitant to book here again or stay at any of the properties owned by this company.

Great location

The house is in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. It was a great house for our short getaway with two other couples.
