Acquistato e rinnovato a dicembre 2017 con nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina, tutta la nuova vernice dentro e fuori, la nuova moquette nelle camere da letto e le bellissime piastrelle pulite completano il pavimento di tutta la casa. Aggiorniamo continuamente dal momento che abbiamo appena installato una nuova unità HVAC a novembre 2018 e diverse nuove smart TV nel mese di gennaio 2019. Abbiamo aggiunto più articoli alla cucina per la vostra comodità, se non trovate quello che volete in cucina, faccelo sapere, sarà probabilmente lì alla vostra prossima visita.
Questa bella casa è perfetta per la tua casa vacanza. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per la migliore destinazione di vacanza del mondo. Questa grande casa offre una piscina con centro benessere e si trova su un lotto di conservazione esposto a sud premium presso il bellissimo premiato Terra Verde Resort a Kissimmee, in Florida, aperto 24 ore. Nessun vicini posteriori e con una piscina estesa coperta e lanai coperto di schermo, si può godere il sole tutto il giorno.
La casa viene affittata completamente arredata compresa tutta l'elettronica. Include TV via cavo gratuita, WIFI gratuito, servizio telefonico gratuito e riscaldamento della piscina gratuito
La cucina ha un bar per la colazione e una zona pranzo, quindi insieme al soggiorno e alla sala giochi c'è molto spazio per l'intera famiglia.

The house was very nice and extremely comfortable. Nice amenities like reclining sofa, adjustable bed, on suites for the two main bedrooms. Plenty of towels, hair dryers, etc. The private pool was great!! (I really appreciated having the handrail.) And there were plenty of comfortable seating options to sit or lounge.It really felt like home away from home there.The hosts look to be very nice, fun people that tried to think of everything to make the stay perfect.If I had to make a picky suggestion, maybe new pool cues for the pool table. The larger bowls were nice but not good for the microwave.But other than that, I could not have enjoyed the house more. Thank you for all the attention to detail to make this place so nice!

We had a fantastic stay and loved jumping in the pool to relax after our days in the parks. It is in a very convenient location close to the parks, shops and restaurants. Overall we very much all enjoyed our stay!

Had a Nice Stay

The property was clean and as described. The owners were very accessible and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is nice, but we were bummed that the community pool was being redone during our stay. Overall, this is a nice and clean place to stay, and it is in a good location.

Great Disney Stay

This house was the perfect location! About 20 minutes to Disney. A great value for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. John was very responsive when we had some electrical issues, a wonderful host. The private pool and spa were nice to have at the end of a long park day.

Paradise

We loved our stay here! Clean, quiet, relaxing. Pool super clean. Resort pool was fun to play in during the sunny days! Tiki Bar had such good drinks and good snack while being at the pool! Close to everything we wanted to do (Disney and Medieval Times) and close to Walmart for things we needed. Would stay here again for a longer stay.

A home from home

This is our second stay here and we still love the property and the location. Very peaceful after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Homely with lots of useful cooking utensils, games room, nice outside space and a good coffee machine. Four adults and a child did not feel cramped and under each others feet.

We stayed for my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration. Great location! Within 20-25 minutes of everything we wanted: Universal, Seaworld, Gatorland and Marsh Landing! The Walmart was a few minutes up the road which was very convenient.

Excellent value for money

The house was adequate for 4 people (I think it would be too small for the maximum of 8!) The pool and spa pool was an excellent feature. One thing that was missing was a BBQ! It would have been awesome to sig by the pool and cook come food on the BBQ.

This property was absolutely amazing!

The owners replied quickly to messages and helped with everything we needed. The house was very clean and well decorated The kids loved swimming. There was a washer and dryer which made it easy to keep the wet clothes cleaned and put away. I enjoyed having home cooked meals with the family at night but during the day enjoy all the local attractions. This is a perfect home for a vacation and the workers are super friendly too. We cannot wait to come back and visit.

Madiera Beach Blvd.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property! It gave us the space to spread out and it also kept us close together. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities the resort had to offer as well as the private home amenities. Beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood. Very close to all the Disney parks and attractions. Friendly staff! Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while away from home! Thank you John & Donna!

Already looking forward to our return!

Thank you for sharing your place with us. Our family loved our stay. The home and pool area is spacious and well laid out. We greatly appreciated your responsiveness to any questions or concerns we had. The clubhouse was equally amazing with games and activities for kids of all ages. As an added bonus, our 9 year old loved fishing in the pond! Thanks again for making our holiday so special.

Sherwood, Thank you so much for your review. As the new owners of the house and with all the renovations going on we really appreciate all the help you gave us. Many of your suggestions have already been implemented. Over the last few weeks since your stay, due to all the improvements in the house, we have moved to the top of the search list in the Kissimmee area. It is like the house was just built and is brand newagain. We have now booked over 150 days for this year with the completion of the repairs and improvements, in just the last couple of weeks. Great week for first timers

We just returned from a great week at this lovely home. Everything was clean and well appointed and well thought out. We enjoyed breakfast at the house each morning before doing four "full" park days. We also enjoyed a day off at the house where we took advantage of the resorts great amenities. We also visited Disney Springs and a Gulf Coast beach. It was a very busy but great week in this beautiful home in a great location. Thanks to the owners and we look forward to another visit in the future.

My wife Donna and myself, John are lifelong Rhode Islanders and live in the village of Ashaway on a small country farm! We have many animals on our Washington County property where we love to spend time caring for them. Our cows, mini horse, mini goats, chickens, ducks, cats and German Shepard keep us busy year around. We decided to purchase here to be closer to some of the places we love to visit and family that live in Florida. We have been going to various areas and locales of Florida for over 30 years. Terra Verde just feels more like home away from home for us. The staffs are all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating; the resort feels comfortable and easy. Just a great place to relax and enjoy life.

You are only 45 minutes of from the surrounding beaches of Daytona, St. Petersburg, etc. Pick one and go for the day.

Attend a spring training baseball game of your favorite team, stadiums range in travel time and distance but are available. Golf, fishing hiking boating, hiking are readily available.
