Questo condominio al primo piano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova sul lato del Golfo della nostra proprietà. Per la sua posizione centrale, è a pochi passi dalla nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca, dai campi da tennis, dalla piscina e dai barbecue a carbonella. Per rispettare il codice antincendio della contea di Sarasota, le nostre unità a due camere da letto possono ospitare un massimo di sei persone. La camera da letto principale è arredata con due letti full size con TV a schermo piatto da 40 "con HD, mentre la camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli con TV a schermo piatto da 32" con HD. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. Il soggiorno è dotato di una TV a schermo piatto da 50 "con servizio FIOS HDTV per il vostro divertimento. È completamente attrezzato con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane e macchina per il caffè e un Keurig. C'è moquette nelle due camere da letto e il saldo dell'unità è piastrellato. Il patio arredato in modo confortevole è schermato in modo che tu e la tua famiglia possano godere delle nostre belle brezze tropicali.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here. Short walk to the beach. The unit could have used some updating but was ok for what we needed. The online description was accurate. Property was well kept. Our group did have noisy neighbors above us the last few days. We took the trolley to the village a few times. Great trolley drivers!

Relaxing vacation but condo needs fixing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at the Palm Bay club.We had some issues with this condo. 1) The slider wouldn't lock. After bringing this to the attention to the office it was quickly fixed. 2) If you want hot or even warm water to use in the kitchen this is not the condo for you. The only way to get hot water for washing dishes was to heat water in a pot on the stove. 3) The kitchen sink does not hold any water to wash dishes either. 4) Make sure to bring sealing containers if you have any food you don't want bugs in. We set a pack of doughnuts on the counter and within an hour it was infested with tiny bugs. Everything else was nice with the condo.

Condo Unit 153: DO NOT RENT THIS

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very unhappy with Condo 153. The unit badly needs upgrading. This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Palm Bay; we never had issues with our previous condo units. On this trip, our extended family was distributed into SIX condo units. Apart from ours, everyone's unit had been upgraded, tidy, pleasant, with comfortable beds and linens.Unit 153 is dilapidated with peeling, crumbling corners. The water pressure is poor, there were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were saggy, the sheets were thin and scratchy; we had difficulty sleeping. There were 4 beds in the unit, all unfit for guests. I spoke to the office in the morning after our first night. They attempted to help but the solutions did not work for us.We requested a discounted rate. The staff said they spoke to the owners who refused any discount. We liked our stay because we were with family and we love the beach. But we were very disappointed and very uncomfortable in this condo unit. I strongly suggest guests avoid Unit 153. It is not fit for guests.
