The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, I’ve never been in a condo where there was no door to the bedroom. The bedroom being completely open was hard to get used to.

The property was very clean and the check-in process was very straightforward and easy to follow. The shower drain in this specific room wasn’t draining very well and the sink only drained with the garbage disposal on, but those were only minor issues and everything else was amazing.

Room was not clean upon arrival. There was hair in the shower and sink. Sand on the bed as if the comforter was not switched. And the pull out bed for my girls was awful. You could literally feel the bars underneath. Had to buy a blow-up mattress. It is a beautiful place. Just needs to be maintained better. Good part: it had a beautiful view!

Thank you for your feedback. I've reached out to our maintenance team to assess the sleeper sofa in this rental. I've also alerted our housekeeping team to your concerns. We never want a guest to find cleanliness issues when they check in, so I appreciate being informed of this. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a better experience.

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in e posizione
The place could use some TLC. The cushions were filthy, the furniture was uncomfortable, the shower curtain was moldy, and some of the parts to the blinds were missing to the point of us having to hang a sheet up. The TV in the bedroom had to be turned manually because the remote didn't work. I feel that for the amount, a little more care should be given to the place. I didn't know that the balcony was not private until I arrived. I didn't like the fact that we could actually look at the people on both sides while trying to enjoy the view. I also feel that the parking should be included because 60.00 on top of paying for the stay, was a bit much. Thanks.

Hi Lisa, thank you for reaching out with feedback about your stay. We're sorry to hear that the condition of the rental impacted your stay. Did you reach out to our team while you were here? We are always eager to address any concerns as quickly as possible in order to ensure you can enjoy your trip. We're sorry the balcony and parking caught you by surprise, as we try to be as transparent as possible about the interior and exterior appearance of the rental, as well as any policies from the property manager. Our listing should currently reflect both the structure of the balcony and the need to purchase on-site parking. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

I read the previous reviews and responses before making a decision to stay at the property. I was disappointed to see that exactly what was said in the past was not corrected. The furniture should be replaced. The sofa is old and you can feel the springs. It is also dirty along with the pillows. The chair is also dirty. The silverware and pots and pans are rusted. The kitchen floor had food on the floor and I am not sure when the last time the top of the refrigerator was cleaned. Also the bathroom shower curtain should be replaced. Lastly, the bathroom had one roll of toilet paper and no extras therefore we had to purchase our own. The best thing about the property is the view and the location. We made it work however very disappointing to say the least.
