The property was equipped with everything our family of 18 could have possibly needed. Plenty of room indoors and the outdoor space was perfect for the kids. The location was very close to peak 8 and the epic discovery center, the gondola to town and the bus stop making it so easy to get around town. The host was very accommodating for every need and so kind. I would definitely return if we weee in Breckenridge again.

We enjoyed this home. It met our needs and allowed for the space our needed to spread out and come together! The hostess was amazing and very accommodating. There’s currently construction near the home but the stay was still impressive, pleasant and enjoyable. The kitchen is filled with all the amenities needed to prepare good meals. The house was very clean! Our children enjoyed the game room and outdoor space. This was the perfect home for families that want to spend quality time together!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it works well for our large family.The house is great and well supplied.Jane is easy to work with and responds immediately to any issues.The only negative is the construction going on behind the house.A little noisy and the construction makes it more difficult to get to gondolas and the epic area. Hopefully, it will be completed soon.

The house was accommodating for the size of our group and it was the best stocked property that I have ever used. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. We even had a nice welcome feature to set the tone and communication is prominent around the property. While construction cannot be helped, proactive communication prior to final booking would have been appreciated. We were informed the listing was updated in June a week prior to our trip (after disclaimers signed) regarding the construction, but since we booked in February for a September trip, I would have no reason to look back at a listing that is used for booking purposes. The construction noise and activity started as early as 7am into the dark hours, which included the weekend. The smell of exhaust also surrounded the property, causing challenges in letting the screendoor be used to filter airflow within the home. I would rent this home again, once construction is further along.

Great ski in/out location on green slope near base of Peak 8. Convenient to base area, cross country skiing, and town. Home was as advertised: nicely configured, well-maintained, clean, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was always already there. Structure of home made it easy to both gather together and to find quiet. Host Jane Hamilton was thoughtful, a great communicator, and very responsive to requests.

Our Thanksgiving week stay was perfect for our group of 12! Jane was an amazing host, and the house was more than adequately equipped to prepare meals and enjoy some great scenery and early-season skiing! The space is very well laid out, with plenty of room to spread out and gather for games and relaxation. Even with a slow start to the ski season at Breckenridge, we were able to access trails so easily, and the location couldn't be more perfect. We will return for sure!

Timbers Lodge is amazing

Ski vacation was amazing here. Lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, place for ski stuff, ski in and out, but the icing on the cake is a property manager that cares and is prompt to tend to anything. It was a great experience for our group from start to finish.

Breckinridge week

This home was perfect for our family of 13. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together yet enough for everyone to have their own space. We would certainly use this home as a base for another week long stay in Breckenridge.

PERFECTION!

We have stayed at several large ski homes all over the US and this was by far the best! Perfect layout for a large group, super easy to ski-in/out, clean and well stocked. Working with Jane was great and everyone in the group said they want to go back to Breckenridge just so they can stay in the house again.

Family vacation

Family vacation we do every other year. Three kids and their young family’s 19 in all, I believe. The place was great. Enough room for all, location great. Very well stocked and represent led. Would recommend to anyone! Very nice and Clean!!!

Amazing home for our large group

Jane’s Timber Lodge was an incredible place to call home for the week for our group of 16. The ski in/ski out was perfection and truly made our ski trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. With 10 adults and 6 young kids, there was plenty of rooms, beds, space to play. The amenities were over the top even with a warm meal awaiting our arrival the first day. We are already looking into dates to come back!

My Dad and I purchased this home in 1997... It was a small structure with an incredible LOCATION. The idea was to create a large addition designed specifically to cater to the Guest looking for the perfect Mountain Vacation Residence. In 2002 we added 5900 square feet to create what we call The Timbers Lodge.
It has quickly become our most popular home as it caters well to larger parties......Friend and Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats, World-class Athletes have all been hosted here!
