From our side as the Host, the only fee included in your payment to VRBO is a nominal cleaning fee. There is a separate additional Guest Service Fee added by VRBO which it retains. It's our understanding that all guest costs are line itemed in the invoice for transparency. I encourage you to reach out to VRBO to discuss the matter if you feel this was not the case for you.

Great central location for a weekend getaway in paradise. Every convenience you need is provided by the host. Great patio, cut hot tub, comfortable bedding and nice sized bath. If/when we come back we’ll likely rent again. Thanks Del for the great weekend away!

We had a fantastic trip! The house was absolutely perfect! Everything is exactly as described. House was clean, check in and out was easy, lots of amenities, very close by to the grocery store and any of the fun stuff that you wanna do while you’re in Sedona! I cannot rave enough about our delightful stay at the zen hideaway. Del and Shel clearly take pride in their property. Extremely clean and such comfortable beds and linens. The art work is amazing too-perfectly curated and several very nice touches around the property that we appreciated. They have all of your needs covered! Convenient location too-walkable to many restaurants.

Zen Hideaway is hands down the most comfortable best equipped VRBO we have stayed at. Proximity to Everything Sedona has to offer was perfect. Quiet location on the west side gave the feel of being a local. Loved the hot tub after a long day hiking. Del was very helpful and pleasant on the phone and made the check in process easy. I highly recommend this VRbo if you’re lucky enough to find it available!

Loved Zen Hideaway! It was a perfect location, close to hiking trails & a short drive (20 mins with traffic) to the uptown shopping area. Loved all of the decor & details. They were thoughtful in the design & amenities. It was quiet & enjoyed the hot tub after the hikes. Perfect for the two of us. I would highly recommend Zen Hideaway & would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect - centrally located to restaurants, shops, and a ton of great hiking trails.
