Questa grande proprietà è stata completamente rinnovata appena in tempo per la stagione 2018! La nuova piscina riscaldata con acqua salata e il centro benessere sono stati appena completati. Pavimentazione per l'arredamento completamente NUOVO! Questa grande casa si trova su un doppio terreno nel Parco di Napoli, solo 5 case dall'acqua / ingresso. Situato nel più desiderabile blocco di 500 con una breve passeggiata per Vanderbilt Beach o Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
Ampia open space con soffitti a volta e una grande sala situata in posizione centrale nella casa che è perfetta per riunioni di famiglia. La nuova cucina con un'isola centrale di 10 piedi e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici si apre alla sala TV e alla sala da pranzo. Un lato della casa ha due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale che condividono un bagno doppio vanità. Il lato opposto della casa presenta la suite principale con una grande camera da letto / salotto, la sua e la sua cabina armadio e una suite privata con una doccia di grandi dimensioni e servizi igienici privati / separati. La casa ha anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, ma tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, che sono forniti per gli ospiti, sono professionalmente lavati.
La proprietà di grandi dimensioni è una scoperta rara nel Parco di Napoli che consente una casa molto ampia con un vialetto circolare. Il cortile sul retro è completamente isolato da una recinzione per la privacy mentre vi godete l'enorme cortile e piscina riscaldata con acqua salata e centro benessere. Il patio intorno alla piscina è di circa 1500 piedi quadrati e ha un grande tavolo da pranzo, divano / sedie e una griglia weber per bar-b-ques!
Quando non ti rilassi in questa casa confortevole o nelle nostre spiagge assolate, raggiungi il Mercato per un'eccitante vita notturna con negozi, ristoranti e bar in abbondanza! Questa casa non è più di un miglio per necessità come Whole Foods e Trader Joes, Coffee Shop, un centro fitness, cinema, una gelateria e troppi ristoranti e bar da elencare.

Summer in Naples

The house was great! Very clean and great set up. The pool area was beautiful and our family made use out of it everyday! The beaches are close and not crowded. Many shopping areas and restaurants to choose from within a few miles. Good location!

Host was amazing and answered all my questions. I spoke to what host prior to booking for special arrangement for an event and the host was okay with everything I shared. The home is exactly as listed if not more gorgeous in person. I was able to have family over with me during the day near the beach. I have it down as a must return.

Beautiful home & pool/spa

This home is nicely appointed and very nicely laid-out for entertaining. Three private bedrooms with a large kitchen, island, dining, and living area. The patio is very large with multiple seating areas. The salt water pool and spa are great.

Great mini vacation in Naples

An updated, well kept, well stocked, beautifully decorated modern ranch with a spacious backyard with a salt-water heated pool and a built-in hot tub had all a family may desire for a great vacation by the beach. Communication with our host was seamless and Erik even went out of his way to bring us a bike lock. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay in Naples

Everything was recently updated including the furnishings, appliances, pool and Webber grill. Spent alot of time in the pool and at the beaches nearby. Centrally located to plenty of shopping and dining options.

Clean house, loved our stay.

Friend weekend

This house was perfect for me and my friends to stay at for the weekend. It was only a two minute drive from the beach and we even had beach chairs at the house we could take with us if we wanted to. Overall it was a great weekend at a great place.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay! Weather was perfect! Eric quickly responded to our questions as the hot tub was intermittently working. The pool and the outdoor seating area were spacious and comfortable. The house itself was clean, relaxing and had everything we needed. Quality time together with family…. Priceless!

Perfect

We stayed in this property over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect . The outdoor space is beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were very comfortable . Our only complaint was the wealthier lol. Thank goodness for the hot tub! No complaints here and we were very happy with our location !!!

Excellent renovated house in North Naples.

House is immaculate. Great indoor and outdoor space. Very large pool for Florida. Large backyard gets lots of sun. Great interior living space. New kitchen. Bathrooms very good and all bedrooms a good size. Close to beach. You should have no qualms about renting this house.

Clean and good location

The location was super convenient. Close to all sorts of shopping...from Publix to Saks! Close enough to the beach to walk for sunsets or exercise but not close enough to walk if you were going to spend a few hours at the beach. You'd want to be dropped off with all of your "stuff". We really had no idea where to stay in Naples as their are multiple tourist areas, but this worked out great. The street was quiet, The pool and backyard was spacious with plenty of different seating areas. Overall, it was a great stay!

Perfect!

After reading the other reviews I decided to give this home a try. I am so happy that I did. My family and I so enjoyed this beautiful home. It was four days of rest and relaxation. The home is clean, comfortable and unbelievably decorated. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm and I really have nothing but great things to say about our experience here. The location is centrally located , minutes to the beach and hundreds of stores and restaurants. The owners were very kind and answered my questions quickly. We will most certainly be back!!

Beautiful house

Great location with really beautiful and clean house. When entering the house you get an spacious and open living room and kitchen with large doors to a big and nice pool and heated spa. A lot of space with 2 grills, many patio furniture to relax and a storage with beach seats and umbrella. Close to the beach, we use to drive , parking is $6 on Wiggins Pass beach ( it’s more like family place) and $10 at Vanderbilt beach ( public beach with more people, teenagers ). Eric the owner is friendly and responding quick to any questions. House and pool is much bigger than you see in pictures. We really enjoyed our time here and thank you Eric again.

5 Stars for a stay that didn't happen - beginning of the COVID-19 period

We booked our stay in August 2019 during a trip to visit family in Naples. Eric met us at the property, showed us around and we booked it on the spot. Spotless, roomy, private, luxurious. Perfect for our group. Two days before the trip 3 of our party of 4 got sick (probably not with Coronavirus, no testing at that time) and we were unable to travel. I contacted Eric right away to let him know. Luckily we had purchased travel insurance through VRBO. Throughout the entire process (booking, planning, cancellation) Eric was very responsive and helpful. Will book in the future!

Living in Naples with my 3 children for the past 10 years, we are well familiar with the area and just a phone call or text away to help with any assistance you may need during your stay.

We chose to purchase this property a year ago as it was larger than most in the area and had so much potential. We were able to create a vast open floor plan while still allowing for the bedrooms to have a more secluded feel which is great when family and friends get together for vacations. With such a large yard, the indoor/outdoor entertainment value is second to none! We put in the pool to enhance the guest's experience and allow them to fully enjoy the entire property.
