This house was amazing! Had everything we needed for 4 days during Hurricane Isasis! The hosts always communicated with us and even stopped by to check on us after the storm! Will definitely be back!

From beginning to end this place was a great find. Beautiful, clean and easy access to the beach. Layout was great and all rooms were perfect in size for our group. Besides the game room and pool, we didn't make use of the other amenities as we had perfect beach weather. Would definitely rent here again.

Hands down the best property we have stayed in. The description and the pictures are spot on. No VRBO surprises upon arrival. Truly an absolute joy for everyone in our party. One of our guests forgot a pair of diamond earrings that were found and mailed out the same day. Hosts were responsive all the way from booking to the completion of our stay. We would love to go back.

Beds comfortable. Aesthetics & kitchen were nice. 1 shower leaked. Nose ring found in a bathroom on sink ledge which was also dirty from prior guests. Floors dirty. Pest control had to come and treat due to ants and roaches. Pool needed scrubbing; floors had algae-like bottom in some areas. Pool guy came to treat but that didnt help much and he did not check pool filter which after he left we removed a plastic bag that had been stuck there. Cameras were pointed toward the pool, hottub and front door; cant recall whether we were made aware.

Great home for big family gatherings!

We had 5 families stay in this beautiful house this past week, and the experience was great. The kitchen and dining area was great for our big dinners and the bedroom layout worked out great for each family. The pool was used every hour of the day and the easy beach access was a huge plus.

The perfect beach house!

My twin sister and I hosted our children, grandchildren and husbands. The house has easy parking, easy access to large covered porch and pool. The house is nicely appointed and the Gulf is block away.

Amazing house! Great size pool and easy access to the beach. With 15 people in our group, this house provided space for everyone. Kitchen size made meal prep easy and the large dining table gave us enough room for everyone to eat together. Highly recommend this house! Thank you Kim and Andy!

Beautiful property. Very responsive hosts. Great vacation for our family. Only one slight negative, it would have been nice to know the use of the golf cart was limited to the neighborhood only. We had our 83 y/o Mom with us and had planned to use the cart to get to the beach entrances to make it more easily accessible for her.

Best vacation ever!

This house was amazing, even better in-person! The layout and location was perfect for our large family vacation together. The owners were great and very timely answering any questions I had. Our group does a vacation like this every few years and all 20 of us agreed that this is by far our most FAVORITE place, We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for helping us creat the best memories!

Strategic Retreat

Perfect property for a Corporate Retreat. Huge Kitchen/Dining/Living Area was perfect for our meeting space. Huge bedrooms, with private baths and No Bunk room (difficult to find a big house without a bunk room). Outside space was perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings.

Awesome property!

Close to the beach, beach access is right across the street. This house is amazing. Awesome patio/pool area. All the rooms are large, this house is perfect for large groups. The pool has a large shallow area 1ft deep, that's great for small children. Overall I can't say enough good things about this house.

The size of the house is great for large families/groups. It was clean and the check in process was easy. The house was clean when we arrived. We had a party of 20 (10 adults and 10 kids) and all fit easily in the house. The space in the bedrooms was really great and allowed for spaces to escape from some of the chaos at times. The bathrooms are a little small though. The kitchen is large and great for meal prep for large families. I wish there had been more seating for dining as there was not enough for 20 people to all sit and eat at the same time without using the outdoor table (which we couldn't at times due to storms). The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive when questions/needs arose. The pool was great for a large group and we could easily all swim at the same time. The in pool table was fun for pool card games. The ocean view from the patio/pool was an added bonus and better than expected. Beach access was easy and convenient; however, we didn't realize prior to arrival that there is no ramp (only stairs) to get to the beach so you can not use a beach wagon. This wasn't an issue for our family because our kids are all old enough to help carry things but probably would have been an issue a few years ago. There are two seats and an umbrealla set up on the beach daily to save a space which was also an added bonus that we enjoyed! The kids really enjoyed having the ping pong table and foosball as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Let’s Do It Again

All 21 of us really enjoyed our stay. There was nothing we didn’t like about it - location, size, pool, ice machine, games, elevator, etc. Although I rate this as a 4/5, a few upgrades/repairs are needed - e.g., pool lounge chairs, blinds in a couple rooms, grill, and 3rd floor door to elevator (clean/paint).
