La casa di montagna luminosa e soleggiata sul Peak 7 è un rifugio meraviglioso dal trambusto. Situato a soli 5 minuti dalla base del Breckenridge Peak 8 impianti di risalita e Summer Fun Park.

Godetevi l'ambiente montano privato mentre vi immergete nella vasca idromassaggio o seduti sul ponte espansivo. Dopo aver gustato la vasca idromassaggio, sei a pochi passi dalla lussuosa doccia a vapore. La nostra spaziosa casa dispone di una bella sala grande con un camino a gas in pietra, soffitto a volta a lingua e scanalatura e una splendida vista sul lotto boschivo.

La cucina dello chef, recentemente ristrutturata, è completamente attrezzata e dispone di piano cottura commerciale Viking, doppio forno, grill a gas nel patio e 2 aree salotto per un totale di 12 persone.

La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, per un totale di 12 posti letto. Master camera da letto # 1 (2 ° piano) con letto king size, tv, bagno privato con doppio lavabo e vasca / doccia separata.
Master camera da letto n. 2 (2 ° piano) con letto king size e bagno privato con vasca / doccia separata.
Anche al 2 ° piano è una camera da letto con un divano letto, rotelle, TV, un sacco di giochi ... un ottimo rifugio come un secondo spazio di vita.

Il primo piano ha una camera da letto con letto queen-size IQ matrimoniale e un facile accesso al bagno con la doccia a vapore. Ritiro in camera a castello (livello inferiore) 4 posti letto e ha un tavolo da biliardo.

La casa dispone di accesso WiFi gratuito e tutte le TV hanno il servizio via cavo (3 di queste sono TV "intelligenti", quindi è possibile accedere per accedere al proprio Netflix, Amazon Prime, ecc.).

Il garage per due auto è riscaldato e ha molto spazio per il deposito sci. Si prega di notare che AWD è necessaria per accedere a questa casa durante i mesi invernali.

La casa ha 3 scale e un balcone; i cancelli del bambino sono forniti, dovrebbe essere in visita con i bambini piccoli. Anche se non sono ammessi animali, si prega di essere consapevoli del fatto che un cane e un gatto sono stati in casa in occasione.

Non importa in quale periodo dell'anno si visita, ci sarà molto da fare! Goditi la stazione sciistica di livello mondiale, fai escursioni / in bicicletta / con le ciaspole sui vicini sentieri di montagna, gioca al Summer Fun Park o avventurati in città per esplorare i numerosi negozi e ristoranti meravigliosi.

Beautiful, spacious house

This is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at. Much bigger in person and perfect for our group size. Hot tub and grill were great to use and the house is only a 10 minute drive to the gondola lot at Breck. Would love to stay here again

Awesome!!!

My friends and I loved this house. 6 of us came out to Breckenridge for a ski weekend and this was perfect. It was much spacious and beautiful than we anticipated. The patio with the step in hot tub was perfect with the vast backyard. Such an easy drive to base if Breck. Thanks for a great experience!

The property met all expectations! The house was perfect for a family vacation and well equipped with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the easy access to Peak 8 which was a short beautiful drive. I would definitely like to stay again!

A special stay at a special spot!

Our group had a lovely time in Breckenridge. We loved the close by hikes and proximity to town. We also enjoyed the great space for lounging and relaxing together and enjoying the beautiful home. A wonderful stay all around!

Great location!

We had a fantastic stay over the Fourth of July holiday. The location was very convenient for day hikes as well as restaurants, shopping and Independence Day festivities. We've already booked our return trip to ski this spring.

Great spot for a group!

9 of us stayed here for my bachelorette party. It was convenient to downtown but also quiet and private. Lots of areas with plenty of seating so we could all hang out together weather it was on couches outside or in/around the hot tub, in the living room, dining and kitchen. It was perfect for our group!

Great House

Great house - very spacious and a very private and quiet location. Enjoyed the trip immensely, and the location on Ski Hill Road was close enough to town to get there easily, while distant enough to enjoy the quiet.

Amazing House and Location

My family and my brother-in-law’s family stayed in the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect for hiking and getting to town. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Mountain House

My group of friends (8) had a great time at this house; the location is easy to get to and close enough to Main Street for a quick drive or Uber/lyft ride in, as well as very convenient for the skiers. The house and hot tub were very clean and setup to entertain for a bbq dinner with pool table fun. We’d recommend staying at this house!

Christmas Vacay

First most we would like to say that the pictures dont dont do the house justice. The home is more beautiful in person and details to the home make a a uinque experience. We enjoyed our time in the jacuzzi and having easy access to the steam room when getting out. The home was very spacious, cozy, warm, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very big and had everything we needed to cook we wanted to stay in. The management company and host always responded quickly when we had questions. We would definitely return.

That deck tho!

The entire property is incredibly spacious and comfortable! The back deck is so massive, it could be rented out separately! Everything was beautiful and accommodating. Perfect for a weekend getaway, or a month long stay! We had a fantastic time and would love to stay again sometime in the future!

Beautiful Mountain Home

This property was perfect, very clean, and exactly as advertised. The Owner went out of their way to contact me and accommodate me when it became clear a major winter storm was brewing. We would love to come back here for a ski vacation, but also for a summer getaway!

Multi-family vacation

Great property. We’d definitely rent here again. It’s a 5-7 minute drive to peak 7…a few more to the lot at peak 8. I wouldn’t say 4x4 is necessary, but I wouldn’t want to try without it.

Incredible Mountain Getaway

We had the BEST time staying at this mountain oasis. It was even bigger than the pictures lead on and is on a beautiful property. You definitely need 4wd but there are plenty of ubers and lyfts to help you get into town and around. Would absolutely love to stay here again, will never forget the memories of my bachelorette party!

beautiful and pristine house

The house exceeded our exectations. It was big yet cozy, post card views from EVERY single window, super clean (my standards are high), great quality of towels and linens, beautifully decorated, and great communication with the owner. Only 10 min drive to Peak 8 and less than 15 to Main St. You get the feeling of seclusion but yet are close to everything.

Amazing home in a great location!

Really enjoyed our stay! The house, the location, the serenity - everything about our trip was wonderful. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. The baths and kitchen amenities were first rate. The house is incredibly clean, comfortable and homey. We used the hot tub every night and had our coffee by the fire in the mornings. There was plenty of sleeping space and the beds were really comfortable. The place looks like it is out of a mountain living magazine. The parking at Peak 8 so close and downtown Breckenridge is an easy trip for dinner out. We can't wait to return!

Awesome ski house in Breckenridge

Stayed at this house for our annual President's Day ski weekend in CO. Really great experience with simple check-in and check-out, all handled remotely. House was very comfortable and clean. Nice hot tub. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with double ovens, a Viking 6 burner range and a really large collection of pots, pans, serving plates and utensils. We made good use of the large dining table. There is a drip coffee maker. House is located between Peak 7 and Peak 8 lodges. Parking is expensive at the mid-mountain stations and was sold out when we were there. Cheaper parking is down the hill at the Gondola in town (10min) or out on Airport Rd (15min). The listing is accurate in stating that 4WD is a must in the winter. The property is located on a county road that is not as well plowed as the Breck city streets are. We had no problems with our rental AWD but a 2WD would not work. Great house, highly recommend.

Gorgeous Family Get away

What a beautiful, well laid out, home. This home is perfect for multiple families as there are many primary suites. We loved the ample space in the kids rooms where they could sleep and play after a long day of boarding. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub is a very high level brand that ran perfectly. We really enjoyed our time at this property!

Great winter retreat spot!

We had a great time at this rental. Loved using the backroad to the Peak 8 to avoid the crowds. The road isn't heavily used so we did have one 2 wheel drive car spin out but for any AWD this is a great perk about this location. The house itself is great....big spaces, great hot tub and easy to spread out. We'd rent here again!

This is a beautiful home. Great for snowboarding and relaxing on the mountain. The hot tub was a nice choice after the mountain.

Wonderful home

This home was great! It was lovely inside and out. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. It had gates that we were able to put up at the 3 different stairs for our 2 young grandkids. It made our stay very relaxing. It was a wonderful vacation!
