We enjoyed the lovely views of Lake junaluska from our place. Everything was clean and well stocked with all you need including snacks! We would definitely come back and stay here again!! The landscaping is beautiful. You are out from the busy town on a dead end mountain road but still close to restaurants and shops.

The hosts truly love their mountain home which shows in their excellent care of their vacation units, the love and hard work that goes into their gorgeous landscape and their caring hearts. We have stayed here many times over the past several years. We always check to see if LoneStar is available every year that we come to Lake Junaluska. Carolyn and Van are great hosts and quick to respond. Check-in and out is a breeze and the place is always spotless. Hope to stay again soon!

Great vacation spot

We booked this for our granddaughter and family. being from Florida they wanted something in the mountains and it met every expectation. Nice to have the amenities also at the lake.

Great Spot at Lake Junaluska

We really enjoyed our stay at Lonestar Retreat #3! Everything was as advertised. Lake J is one of our favorite places to visit and we have been visiting as a family for over 25 years. We would definitely book this property again.
