Exceptional home and location. The house has literally everything you need for a beach vacation. We had the best time there and can’t wait to get back!!! Additionally, we took advantage of multiple of the recommendations that were provided from SunSplash for a day on the water to a catered crab boil from Pink Lady’s Delights. Our entire experience was exceptional!

Seaglass Beach House is even better than the pictures! We stayed with our family of 8 plus an infant and the accommodations were perfect! Alesia answered all our questions quickly and Norm, the House Manager, responded to a couple of needs we had immediately. Tar Bay is a beautiful beach and the location is so convenient to both the North and the South. Don’t hesitate to book this house.

There’s no secret that Tar Bay is one of the most coveted locations on the island. It’s private to homeowners and guests and is perfect for snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. We provide all the household supplies. You just need to bring your personal items. We’re happy to help with excursions, chefs and provisions so the party can start as soon as you arrive.

Seaglass sits on Tar Bay, one of the most coveted beaches on the island and central to all activities and amenities. This two-mile stretch of walkable beach is located between the airport and George Town. We provide a guest garage full of water toys and beach gear. The view from the house was unbelievable photos do not do any justice to the watercolors. There was a good amount of supplies, lots of spices, some oils, lots of pots and pans and dishes, everything that you would need. The beds, were very comfortable. The decor is beautiful. Linens are great It was just a wonderful trip. Definitely would go back again.. Most of the stores had everything we needed and the liquor store also. You could always dinner in from Mike’s Pizza, which they deliver. Food was very good.. Really can’t wait to go back!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews without talking to owners first but after communicating with her, I really felt like she didn’t care. We came to Exuma for my husband with stage 4 cancer to relax and celebrate his last birthday with family. The house is beautiful and everything in it was as expected. My complaint is with flies. The first night we tried to cook, we had thousands on flies come in through the hood vent so much so the ceiling was covered. It was disgusting. Norman came over, sprayed, put a filter in the vent and put up an outdoor fly bag which did nothing. A bug company came over the next afternoon and told me he can’t do anything because it’s to infested and needed to be bombed, then duct taped the hood vent and left. We stayed up all night and next day killing flies. The floor was covered in dead flies. Because we couldn’t cook, we ordered out but as we were eating some flies on the ceiling were dying and dropping in our food. We lost two days of our vacation, had to have cleaners come to clean everything and after returning home to the states, had communication with the owner only to find out that she knew about the existing fly issue! It’s happened before but not to this degree. She apologized and asked me what else I thought her crew could have done. That was it. No offer to reimburse me for the two days lost, no discount if I come back, nothing. I’m guessing, if it happened to her, she would not how been happy.

From the moment you walk into this property, you’re struck by how absolutely gorgeous it is—the views alone are worth the stay. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from the airport, yet it feels peaceful and tucked away. The beach was a highlight for us; it was uncrowded to the point that it felt like we had our own private stretch of sand for most of the week.The home itself is thoughtfully designed with both a sun deck for soaking up the rays and a beautiful shaded porch for relaxing out of the heat. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals in.We also loved how close it was to a variety of great restaurants, and the marina being only about 15 minutes away made excursions simple and convenient. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it and absolutely can’t wait to return.

The beach outside is pristine, and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, beach games and relaxation.
