Casa vacanze fronte golfo recentemente aggiornata - può ospitare fino a 16 persone, anche per matrimoni *. Decking del balcone superiore ristrutturato (maggio 17). Frigorifero ad alta capacità recentemente sostituito installato in cucina. Sostituite di recente scale esterne e doccia esterna con piattaforma e abbellimento dell'entrata aggiornato! Si prega di notare che c'è una videocamera situata sulla porta d'ingresso.

Nuovissimo WIFI ad alta velocità con router Premium Gaming Ready !! Ottimo per i bambini con i sistemi di gioco! Router e modem ad alta velocità top di gamma. Media Room TV da 80 pollici è intelligente, quindi puoi guardare Netflix, HULU, ecc. Con il tuo account! Ogni camera ora anche con Smart TV (inclusa la nuova Smart TV da 42 "a parete nella camera a castello per bambini, film, giochi!)

Blue Atlantis è un'elegante 6BR / 5BA, casa sulla spiaggia situata lungo la bellissima costa del Golfo dell'Alabama. Ci sono 4 camere matrimoniali - 2 per ogni piano. Goditi la vista della sabbia bianca candida e delle scintillanti acque del golfo da uno dei tre balconi privati. Il balcone del piano principale è molto spazioso e corre lungo la lunghezza della casa. I balconi del piano superiore sono accessibili dalla sala multimediale e da entrambe le camere matrimoniali. Due bagni hanno vasche con idromassaggio.

Questa casa vacanze completamente attrezzata comprende una cucina gourmet con stufa a gas! Dotato di due D / W in acciaio inossidabile, doppio forno, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, grandi refrigeratori per vino ed elettrodomestici moderni. C'è un HDTV a LED da 55 "in cucina. Tavolo da cucina in granito personalizzato può ospitare fino a 12 persone con posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bar adiacente.

Il sistema audio funziona in tutta la casa in ogni stanza, con controlli in ogni stanza per regolare il suono. Capacità BLUETOOTH (aggiunta recente) + ingresso AUX in grado di riprodurre attraverso il sistema stereo in casa, separatamente in ogni stanza. I servizi includono anche stereo con CD, 8 TV (6 grandi schermi piatti intelligenti), TV HD diretta nelle camere matrimoniali (4), lettori Blueray DVD.

Schermo piatto HDTV SMART LED da 80 "in mediaroom! Fantastico per eventi sportivi, film e giochi. Regola le tende oscuranti della sala multimediale tramite il telecomando in dotazione. Secondo dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino e lavatrice / asciugatrice full size situato al piano superiore.

Piano principale completamente piastrellato con piastrelle italiane in questa casa di oltre 5.000 piedi quadrati. Baby Grand Piano nella sala da pranzo formale. Parcheggio per 4-6 auto; Griglia per barbecue in loco. Le istruzioni per l'uso del caminetto sono fornite solo durante le stagioni.

We had a fantastic stay! The beachfront location was incredible, with stunning views and what felt like our own private beach thanks to the direct beach access. The home was spacious and well laid out, with four of six bedrooms that each felt like a master suite, complete with their own bathroom. The kitchen was large, well-equipped, and perfect for gathering with family and friends. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Gulf Shores getaway.

FAMILY VACATION

We had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful and the views are a dream. From watching the dolphins on the porches to having family game night at the huge table. We made some unforgettable memories.

The place was beautiful. Perfect for everyone with us. Plenty of room and if you needed a little time to yourself you could go to you room and regroup. The views are gorgeous and to sit out on the big porch and have breakfast or a drink after a busy day was the perfect start or end of your day.

The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived but they got someone out quickly. The house is big and grand. Would book again next year but I have gotten to the point where I need an elevator.

Our stay was nothing but outstanding! The house and location were exactly as described. We had one issue with people trespassing, which Gulf Sands addressed very quickly. This home set a new level for our beach experience.

Summer Vaca for family

This home was in a great location. Far enough out that you had space on the beach but close enough to be convenient to shopping and activities. Our family loved the large kitchen, dining and family areas including the porch. Everyone was able to find fun to be had and relax! We were also able to have groceries and other items delivered by Walmart which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

Great location and floor plan. Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of games and beach toys. Several things were broken and decor is outdated. House needs some thorough cleaning and items repaired.

This house in Gulf Shores far surpassed our expectations. My family and I were blown away by how well the property was set up, especially the large kitchen, the appliances and utensils, the cleanliness, the strong internet, the easy beach access, and the ample parking. It truly had everything you could possibly want for a family stay.What surprised us most was that the pictures do not do the property justice. The home has clearly had major recent upgrades, including new decking, flooring, paint, and more. It feels almost like a brand-new property, yet it is still attractively priced and in a wonderful location.I cannot say enough positive things about this rental. If you have the chance to book this property, you absolutely should.

Amazing house

This house is amazing. So beautiful. We had 16 people and everyone had a bed. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. They had all new sheets and blankets for trundle beds and pull out couch. The media room so so cool. The house is so big so even tho we had 16 we didn’t feel cramped at all. Very easy and short walk to beach. Couldn’t have as for a better house. 10/10 recommend

Spring break

We checked in Saturday and left Friday morning. The location is breathtaking! The size and layout of the house worked perfectly for the size and age ranges within our group. Unfortunately, the linens were not clean; all 5 garage cans were full when we arrived (Saturday evening) and were not emptied until the Thursday before we left (despite multiple calls to the property manager). The dampness of the carpet really made the hallways smell moldy.

Oceanfront Views Galore!

Very spacious home, with unobstructed ocean views. Photos and description of the home were all spot on, IMO. Lots of room to roam and claim on the beach, right in front of the home. Loved all the decks overlooking the ocean too. We finally had a dining room table large enough to seat all of our family together, even the kids! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped and stocked with pots, pans, dishes, tableware, etc. The property manager was very helpful and prompt via the VRBO messaging center. Overall, a truly great experience. We made lasting family memories at this awesome beach house.

When we arrived a stranger was showering in the outdoor shower. Said she does it all the time. Property was not thoroughly cleaned. ( property is too big to clean in 4 hours) ex. under media chairs was food. Hanging chairs on balcony are rusted and fall over when you sit on them. Needs updated and small things fixed. Kitchen drawers were jammed and wouldn’t open. Faucet ran constantly. Wallpaper falling off and ripped up. And more It’s a stunning location and breathtaking view. We had a small wedding there and it was a beautiful setting.

Hi, thanks for your review. No idea about who was using the outdoor shower as no one reported anything. We'd have been out to solve that. This is a great unit, and 5,000 sq ft. If we ever miss a minor item as noted, just let us know and the crew would come back to touch up quickly. The house is constantly updated and improves this wonderful property every season. There are many guests each week and many weddings too, as it's the perfect spot as you noted. If any drawer is an issue, call and we will address it, as all items in the home work unless a guest caused an issue that we can quickly correct. Thanks again.

Family vacation

Only problems were: Not everyone gets a washcloth And only one dish towel to accommodate such a large group of people. Also the window in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t close properly.

Absolutely Amazing

Could not have picked a better place. It was roomy and airy. There were 17 family members and enough room for everyone. My husband has mobility issues so we had problems getting him up and down so an elevator would have been a plus but.......overall we had a ball. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Leave your Worries at the Door, because when you enter your problems will melt away

We had a phenomenal stay at this property. The house was everything you would need for an exceptional family vacation. You are literally steps away from a beautiful private beach area for all ages to enjoy. The house layout is very spacious with for our group of 9. The rooms all have a beautiful balcony with very large bedrooms and bathrooms. The downstairs living space is perfect for hanging out and dancing to music with the wireless Bluetooth speaker. Not to mention the beautiful large front porch that is perfect for relaxing in the morning and afternoon. Overall, we had an amazing stay and it’s just what we needed to unwind and escape away from everyday life. 10/10 recommend this property.

Great property! Only issue was a leak under the kitchen sink. Odor wasn't pleasant.

Great family house and location!

We had an incredible time at this property. Kids enjoyed the large upstairs space and us adults had the 2 rooms downstairs. Refrigerator, ovens, dishwashers and all appliances worked great and at a large capacity. The view of the beach was wonderful and the walk to the beach was perfect. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back again sometime! Thank you for sharing this gem with our friends and family.
