Facile estate abitano a questo brillante ranch ubicato a pochi passi dalla baia Moriches contemporanei a Westhampton / Remsenburg. Aprire zona cucina-soggiorno, soggiorno con camino, 3 camere, 2 bagni, aria condizionata centralizzata, e un giardino privato con piscina riscaldata. Fate una passeggiata lungo la spiaggia baia trascurare Moriches Bay e Dune Road.

Situato su un piccolo blocco calmo, questa casa è molto aperta e invitante. Dal privato recintato in cantiere, si sente l'odore del sale e sentire il rombo del motore barche che passano. La casa dispone di numerose finestre che portano in un sacco di luce. Siamo orgogliosi di presentare una casa senza macchia per i nostri inquilini di godere.

La configurazione della camera da letto è la seguente: ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera da letto principale ha un materasso Tempurpedic. Ogni camera è completamente arredata con armadi e comodini. Ci sono 2 bagni: un bagno con vasca / doccia e un secondo bagno con doccia.

Affittuari hanno accesso alle bellissime spiagge sulla strada Dune. Cupsogue Beach, situato nella parte occidentale di Dune Road, ha concessione cibo, servizi igienici, centro di primo soccorso, docce e spogliatoi, nonché di intrattenimento band. Queste bellissime spiagge sono stati votati come uno dei dieci migliori spiagge del paese.

Ci sono spettacoli in scena a Westhampton Performing Arts Center. Tennis al coperto e all'aperto è vicino e campo da golf pubblico si trova a 15 minuti di auto. Ci sono molti porti turistici che offrono viaggi charter e pesca di gruppo. Ci sono anche riserve naturali nelle vicinanze e parchi e le spiagge della città e della contea.

Wonderful Vacation

I was really impressed at how easy VRBO was to use.The home was perfect for our family and our 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool and yard perfect size.The owner was flexible, gracious and very organized with providing us helpful information on restaurants, beaches and other activities.

The backayrd is on point, very private no noise from any neighbors!

The property is fantastic, located in a very quiet quaint part of town, but very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Like I mentioned the backyard setting is fantastic.

What a Beautiful Beach House

I had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool, having barbecues and going to the beach with my busy college aged children who I wish I could spend more time with. We made some amazing memories at a beautiful home.

My Home away from Home!

My stay was so nice last year that we came back this year, and cannot wait next year. Christine is an amazing host, both accommodating and responsive. The second time we said we would explore the area, but honestly, why leave? All of the comforts of home and then some!

Family Vacation

Christine has a wonderful home ! It is exactly as described on the VRBO site . Beds are very comfortable, newly renovated bathrooms & the built in pool was great especially for fun-filled days with my grandchildren! The location was idea in close proximity to the aquarium the game farm with plenty of& co for the young ones ! Memorial Day week - 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, with both bathrooms seeming to be recently re-done. Lots of peace and quiet, with Westhampton Beach Village being only a short drive away. Our adult children joined us for some of the week, and we had some friends and family out for day-trips. Everyone enjoyed themselves and commented very positively about the house.

Very good accommodation and location

The house was ideal for our needs and in a great location. We did experience a couple of issues though. Due to an apparent schedule issue, we had to wait a few hours on our arrival for the house to be cleaned after the last guests, which was disappointing. The one other negative was the fly screen to the decking area proved very hard to slide and came out its runner a few times! Otherwise it was a very good place to stay for our week in the Hamptons.

Yard of my dreams!

I hesitate even reviewing Christine's home so I can keep it my family's little secret. Alas, it deserves proper praise. This home is just what our city-family needed. The three bedrooms and all living spaces were just perfect for our family of three, and few visiting family memebers. All necessary kitchen items are available (especially those needed to grill). The open layout makes the house perfect to wind down together after a day in the sun. The real gems of this home are the backyard and neighborhood. The yard is lovely with a great deck including lounge furniture and BBQ,  great space in the yard, and a perfect pool. We spent most of the daylight hours in that yard. The neighborhood is so great that we only left for groceries and one trip to the beach. Christine was extremely helpful with pre-trip questions and was on call during the week for anything that came up.  We will most definitely be renting this home again in the near future! Thank you Christine!

Location location location

First off let me just say the house is absolutely beautiful, super cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The grounds were kept really nice. It is so close to everything that you could possibly want to do on Long Island. Would definitely come back. It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood a block from the water, which overlooks Dune Road.

Perfect getaway

The yard and pool are every bit as beautiful as the pictures illustrate. The interior is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It sits on a lovely, and very quiet street a block from the bay. It’s about a 15 minute drive to cupsogue Beach and within 10 minutes to the town of WestHampton Beach. Everything went very smoothly including having to prepare for hurricane Henri. Christine was readily available to answer any questions and make recommendations from restaurants to preparing for the storm. If I had to make one suggestion, being that she allows pets, to ensure that all traces of pets (odor and hair) are eliminated by the time the next renter arrives. But it was a wonderful four weeks Including plenty of relaxation, conducive to working remotely, entertaining family and friends. I would highly recommend this property. It was everything I was looking for in my Summer vacation.

Great city getaway / WFH / garden

This house was great and perfect for our purposes: we are a couple working from home and the house has two designated work spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, all rooms are comfortable, the totally fenced garden was very nice (perfect for the dog) and the owner was very responsive. Walking distance to a small and lovely beach. Close to supermarket/pharmacy/center of Westhamptom/Dune road beaches. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I have been renting since 2001. We love to enjoy this house with our two sons whenever possible. This house was our primary home before children. We moved closer to my family when my first child was born. We decided to keep the house as a rental. Now my children love spending summer weekends here.

As you drive down the bucolic road to turn onto our block, the water views and smell of salt air makes you immediately feel like you are on vacation. The neighborhood is very peaceful, perfect for a bike ride or a stroll to the water.
