Benvenuto in Ships and Giggles, il nuovissimo capolavoro del Golfo sul Capo San Blas. Questa unità è stata COMPLETAMENTE rinnovata nel 2019 ed è ora pronta per il noleggio. Tutto è nuovo di zecca, compresi mobili, elettrodomestici e biancheria da letto. L'unità comprende una master suite con un letto king size che si affaccia sul golfo. La seconda camera da letto, anch'essa con vista sul golfo, ha due letti singoli, perfetti per i kiddos. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno con vista PANORAMICA sul Golfo del Messico. Goditi un caffè mattutino sul ponte del secondo piano con vista sulle splendide acque del Golfo. Questa è un'unità all'ultimo piano (secondo piano) ed è situata perfettamente per godersi un lungo weekend o una vacanza prolungata. Non sono ammessi animali e è richiesto un soggiorno minimo di tre notti. C'è una cucina completa con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ci sono anche due bagni recentemente rinnovati. Il ripostiglio inferiore contiene una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Sii uno dei primi a goderti il lussuoso comfort di Ships and Giggles!

Clean comfortable unit with amazing sunsets.

Unit is as advertised. Very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well enough to cook and eat. It even had dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. Soft, but comfortable. The deck facing the gulf is large and has a clear view. We were amazed with the sunsets. This is a relaxed life style. No hustle or bustle. Just laid back. Small intimate restaurant and a few shops.

Great location

Close to the trading post and St Joe Seafood. Amazing location on the beach! 6 miles to the State park and 6 miles to 30A. This is an older unit that has been partially renovated and on the second floor so there are steps. The unit was clean. Our only real complaint was with the mattress in the master. We stayed 9 nights.

Great View and Good Location

Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities. Easy check in and out procedures.

Nice but Property Needs Updating

The location of the property is right next to the ocean. You could hear the ocean waves from your bedroom window, which was really cool. The updates that have been done to the property were nice. However, the properties kitchen needs an overall. Also there were places throughout the property that needed a deep clean, specifically in the bathrooms. Overall not the worst or the best place I've stayed at.

Long weekend chill

The place is easy to find. Unit is on the second floor with great views of the gulf from every room. The unit is nicely furnished and the beds were comfy. Getting to the beach is easy and less than 30 seconds I'd say. The 2 general stores arewiyhin a half mile

Location Spot On!

Amazing location for a quick walk to the beach. Amazing view of beach/ocean. The place was well furnished and up to date. Owner was super friendly when I called. Will try to book again on the next trip down!

Location, location, location!

We stayed here 3 nights and had a wonderful time, fantastic views and boardwalk to beach is right at property. Close to the trading post and ice cream shop for any essential and non essential items (ice cream!) overall a wonderful relaxing experience!

Spectacular views and proximity to beach

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. Loved the place and LOVED how close to water we were. I would advise to stop at grocery store prior to getting to Cape San Blas. Visited State Park and took a day to go to St.George Island. Loved shops on Main St of Port St.Joe If you like the absence of fast food joints everywhere and few people you’ll love this place. I loved this location!

Fantastic views

This was our second time staying at his property. It is very clean and the ocean views are amazing from every window. Check in is easy! We definitely will be returning.

Very nice place!

The property is very nice! I think some shades or curtains need to be put in the main area and 2nd bath could use new shower head.

Sunsets are breathtaking!!

My 13 year old daughter and I had the BEST week here! Literally everything about this property was perfect…I can’t say that I have any complaints or concerns at all. I appreciated the beach chairs and big umbrella; there were also sand toys and a small cooler in the laundry room...Dave literally thought of everything! The beach was never crowded; in fact, all 6 days we were there, there was never more than a dozen other people out. I absolutely love this location and look forward to my next vacation!!

Views were spectacular!

Beautiful gulf views. We love Cape San Blas and have been vacationing there for over 45 years. Ships and Giggles location is fantastic. Sunsets are Breathtaking. Shooting stars, fishing, beach walks, close to little grocery shop and bait shop. We will come back. Loved it!

Perfect New Year Eve Celebration

We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. The location is wonderful. The beach is only a short distance. The property is a four-plex but we didn’t hear anyone else. It had all the cooking stuff we needed also. The doors need a little TLC from wear and tear and a few more lamps would be helpful for readers. We were quite happy with our stay.

Perfect spot for our quick weekend

Part of our family was in town for a weekend wedding and we wanted to be right on the beach. This was a perfect spot for our party of four, one adult with three kids. Coffee on the deck listening to the waves was wonderful, and the kids enjoyed going down to the beach and hanging out. Not far at all to downtown St. Joe, and very close to a convenience store on the cape for any little item you may have forgotten. Upon arrival, we had a quick question and the owner responded promptly and was very kind and helpful. Overall, a very nice stay and we would definitely visit again.

Fantastic views

The views from this condo are breath taking. The beach is only about 80 steps away. The condo was spacious and very clean. We can't say enough in praise of our experience. We plan on returning in the Spring.

The location is amazing just steps from the beach, with views of the water from every window! Sunsets are amazing! Very clean and family friendly! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It was a nice surprise to have hand soap, dish soap and detergent, toilet paper, paper towel roll and even some laundry detergent accessible! Plenty of towels and linens provided! We had so much fun as a family of 4 here! We can’t wait to stay again!
