Really great house only 2 minute walk from the main town in hvar. Sweet balcony with great views and great accommodations.

Hvar villa spring break

Great villa in the heart of Hvar! We enjoyed private chef one night and a wine and olive tasting the next day! The villa was great for our two families to share!

Great adventure

We had a group of 12 and the location is amazing, the set up of the villa was great for a large group and the hosts were very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Highlight of Croatia

This Place is absolutely amazing. Has absolutely everything you need. Pictures don’t lie. It’s fantastic. Everything was clean and fresh. Beds were wonderful. Hot tub was great. Kitchen is well equipped. We absolutely loved our stay at this place and loved Hvar in the off season. Had we known how great this all would have been, we would have planned several more days here. Will DEFINITELY stay here again if we make it back to Croatia. Owner and property manager were both so excellent, responsive and very pleasant to work with.

Would definitely stay again!

Loved this house!!! Our whole group loved this house, the air condition was clutch, the location was lovely (lots of stairs guys) but close to all the action but away from the noise. It’s beautifully kept and preserved and the host was amazing. One thing, there are a lot of stairs, definitely get the cab to take your bags up... you’ll still have to walk a little with the bags, but its a great help. Make sure you bring better shoes that flip flop as you will be hiking up and down to the house... beautifully located and looks even better than the pictures, but you do have lots of stairs, so be prepared. Birkenstocks are probably your best friend. Loved it and would go back!

A fantastic experience

The Luxury Palazzo v. Pelsocz was everything we had hoped it would be. The villa was beautiful and elegantly decorated. Each room had it's own distinct decor. All the appliances were very modern. It meet our expectations in every way. The balconies had wonderful views of the city and we spent a lot time just relaxing. The property manager Mira was very helpful and meet us even though we arrived late to the property due to a wine tasting event. All the information for the property and tips for the city were very well outlined in a folder which we referenced often. The location is amazing with easy access to everything in Hvar. We wished we had a few more days to truly enjoy all the possibilities. I do want to give some advice to make it even easier for a group. The villa is located about 50 or so steps up on top of the city and for our group of 14 who all had a good amount of luggage we had to hire vans to take the luggage from the city to the villa as the steps would have been a lot of work. Everyone felt that the villa and Hvar were on top of their list to visit again. Thank you again for your hospitality!!! Valerie

Luxury and opulence in the very heart of town

What is the perfect villa? This question always stumps us as our family likes to travel a lot and we seek for the very best. In our case we as parents wanted to be in a high scale villa and our children wanted to be close to the bars and restaurants. This was a perfect match for both of us. The villa is furnished with valuable items and very well decorated. Villa is located in a quite street and yet in the very center of Hvar town. Living room is large and the courtyard and master bedroom terrace have an incredible view of the town and fortress. Bedrooms were impeccable with wonderful cabinets and antiques. Bed linen was top quality. Mattresses as well were of a very high standard. The bathrooms were an ideal refuge with excellent water pressure and products that you want to take home. All in all attention to detail is great and the personalized service with our private concierge exceeded our expectation. Definitely recommend to hire the private chefs at least for one evening.
