Dear Mary Ellen, Based on the communication we had during your stay and the text I received from you on March 3, 2019 saying ". we have enjoyed our stay", and for the fact that you have not mentioned at any time that there was something wrong or not as you expected with the unit, I was under the impression that you have enjoyed our place. I was stunned when I receive the notification from VRBO stating that I have a "***" three-star review from you. I am totally confused and very hurt. It is not clear why is only 3 stars since you are only saying that "the bathroom was small and did not have and exhaust system and not enough outlets". I can tell you that the reason the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust system is because it has a nice size window which can be used to let the fresh air coming in! As for being "Too Small" I completely disagree with you since the bathroom offers a Large Glass built in Shower completely tiled to the ceiling, a vanity, a closet for towels and of course the toilet. I am not sure why you said "not enough outlets"; there are 11 outlets in the house: 4 in the family room, 4 in the living room/kitchen and 3 in the bedroom. Even if you believed it was and small for your taste, you should have given a "****" 4 star not a 3 star! I called you hoping to talk with you to better understand what the real problem is so that I can fix it! Your husband answered the phone. I introduced myself completely, since I never talked with him in the past, and the moment I finished introducing myself, his words to me were: "Go to Hell" Go find a real JOB" and Hunged Up on me! This is completely unacceptable and inappropriate! I am very hurt! I have not done anything wrong! I just introduced myself! This has never happened to me in the 8 years I have been renting this house! I will make sure I address the issues listed with my curent customer and future ones to see if any of them are a real issue and needs to be fixt. Regards, Aurelia Marin
