The house feels homey and the kitchen is well stocked. Lots of space inside and pleasant sitting areas outside. A beautiful setting where you can walk to see the sunrise or stroll along the intercostal. The hostess is thoughtful and accommodating.

We chose this house when planning a trip for a family Memorial Service and were not sure if other out of town family would need a place to stay. As it turned out only the two of us stayed. And it was perfect for a quiet respite after several family gatherings. Host promptly responsive, house was clean, kitchen well stocked - pick up a bag of ice, no ice maker and no ice cube trays. Left a message that disposal in sink not working. Laundry area was very helpful.Only suggestions are inform that driveway does not have a turn space and recommend to be sure to back out carefully and ask for check out instructions to come with check in instructions. With family activities and a very early flight home, I didn't check email until I arrived home. Thankfully nothing major was missed.I brought several business cards to share with friends who may be visiting Florida in the future.Thanks Kelsy and Briana

Great stay

This was the perfect option for what we needed. My husband and I, with our 4 friends stayed here for a night before our cruise. It was perfect for what we needed and it was comfortable for the 6 of us to stay for a night.

Very homey & welcoming house within walking distance of Cocoa Village. Kelsy was a gracious & consistent communicator. Lovely space outside to enjoy the evening breeze off the river or a morning cup of coffee. Quiet neighborhood with interesting houses & gardens.. While many short term rentals feel sparse & souless this Indian River Getaway felt like a welcoming home. Happy to stay again & recommend to visiting friends.

Great Place Before a Cruise

This place was nice and clean, character for days. The host was super awesome to deal with. Wish we had more time then just one evening prior to going on a cruise to enjoy this lovely place. You cant go wrong staying here, especially before a cruise, really close to Port Canaveral.

Hello, I am a stay at home mom raising three beautiful girls. My family and I moved to Florida in 2015 from Montana. It was quite a culture shock at first, however we have not missed scraping windshields. When we moved here we found a home that we absolutely fell in love with. It was built in 1938, the era of homes we love!! It had an apartment built above what used to be a 2 car garage, now storage. We were not too familiar with vacation rentals at the time, but we had a close friend running one in a mountain town in Montana. My husband asked to start running a vacation rental and I was a little hesitant at first, but jumped in with both feet. I have always loved meeting new people, making new friends, and love to have people feel at home. With all that being said, our little business has taken off and I couldn't be more elated! Come stay with us and just settle right in. 3r

Step inside and feel the home's unique character, from the original 1938 Merritt Island Pine floors to the thoughtfully appointed rooms. The main living area invites you to unwind on one of two comfortable sofas. For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated workspace is available for your convenience.

Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops and a classic farmhouse sink.

The home comfortably sleeps guests across three bedrooms:

Bathroom Layout: The home has two full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom features a charming vintage clawfoot tub (no shower), while the full walk-in shower is located in the downstairs bathroom off the laundry room.

Shared Pavilion: The wonderful outdoor pavilion, including the grill and fireplace, is a shared space with guests staying in a separate, detached apartment on the property.
