Me and my family had an amazing time at the resort. Our Villa was very clean and we felt at home away from home. John was a great host as he checked on us and make sure we have all we need. We had great wifi and a the kitchen was fully stocked. This was one of the best place we visited and planning on coming back very soon.

This was an excellent visit! The property is better than advertised and the location is phenomenal. The pools, beach access, the beach itself, and the amenities were fantastic and just what was needed. This was perfect for my family and I (seven total, including 3 kids (12 years old and younger). Will definitely look to stay again! My kids wanted to move there!

Host is very responsive and helpful. Place is nicely decorated, quiet, and clean. Nice restaurant right on premises. Many other restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our group would definitely stay here again if we come back and it was available.

John's property more than met our expectations. It truly feels like home away from home right down to the small details. It had the best appointed kitchen we've ever experienced. The pools are great. The beach spectacular. John answered all of my questions quickly. We will definitely be back.

John was a welcoming, kind, and communicative host! The villa and complex are beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. A close walk to the beach and a short walk to Atlantis and the shops made it even better. We had such a great time here. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It was well cared for, well stocked, clean, quirky, quiet and wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer. The sheets & towels were plentiful and soft! The beds were comfortable and my son desperately wanted to take the chaise lounge home with him. John was an excellent and attentive host. I would come back in a minute if my travels brought me back to Nassau.

Great property, location is on the beach, two pools are part of the property and a small bistro type restaurant for a quick bite to eat. Loved our stay. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was Amazing! The Villa had everything we expected and much more. Loved the mostly private patio that is steps away from the pool and beach which is beautiful! Our host, John, went up and above to make sure our stay was perfect. He is very knowledgeable and responds quickly if needed. We would definitely recommend this Villa and are hoping to come back real soon to this slice of Paradise!

John was a wonderful host, he was very communicative and responsive. Violas, the on property restaurant, was great as well! The property looks just like the pics and is right on the beach. Everything you need for the beach is provided, even snorkeling gear. I will definitely stay at this villa when I return.

This was the most perfect villa for our family of 5!! John, our host was extremely responsive (within minutes) to all of our questions before and during our trip. Check in was easy-just a simple key code at the door! No keys! ❤️ This villa was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need for vacation- beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, a grill and full kitchen- and a large cart for the beach or picking up groceries just down the street! The location was perfect, just down from Atlantis and minutes away to downtown Nassau. The entire complex was kept up beautifully as well as the pool. Plus there’s a restaurant right on premises with delicious food and drinks (Violas). We will definitely be back!! PS-the other 3 villas John has were also rented out and the people staying in those villas said the same thing!!! Thank you John!!!
