Se hai una passione per il design, sebbene: moderno. Minimalista. Mid-Century o Mies (come in Van der Rohe), poi vieni a esplorare l'architettura con noi mentre rendi decente la tua iniziale in un mondo di meraviglia industriale nel nostro Loft + 722. Precedentemente un magazzino al servizio di Edisto Farms Dairy, ora enigmatici loft di alto livello presenti in particolare su HGTV e situati su una semplice passerella dall'aeroporto di Owens Field e dal centro emergente della Columbia.

Questo è un vero magazzino indipendente. Si estende su 2000 piedi quadrati di spazio industriale grezzo reinventato composto da tre camere da letto e un bagno e mezzo. Questo loft vanta pareti con mattoni a vista, travi in acciaio strutturale e pavimenti in cemento. I soffitti alti 13 piedi sono accentati con condotti a spirale in alluminio a vista appesi come sfondo a un soffitto creato in acciaio ondulato a vista. Il loft contiene anche un sacco di illuminazione intima su misura per la tua serata perfetta. Industrial Loft 722 è la nostra ultima edizione per il nostro arsenale di loft. È un edificio separato per la privacy e ha un'atmosfera da grande città che ti farà mettere in dubbio quale città ti sei addormentato nella notte prima!

Neat Place / Great Location

Situated east of Williams Bruce (walking distance) and just south of campus, we really couldn't have picked a much better location. The VRBO is industrial and has a cool vibe. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Great location-Unique property!

1st time staying at the Hanger Lofts. Moab the Owner/Manager was courteous, pleasant and informative to talk to when I asked about the history of the property.The property was very tastefully decorated and kind of eclectic. Centrally located to the University and to the State Fairgrounds. The unit was more than adequately supplied in each of the rooms, bathroom and kitchen. My only suggestion is a full length mirror somewhere within the unit for the ladies to dress with. We enjoyed it so much we booked two additional weekends for dates that we were returning to Columbia.

party space, not for overnight

This is not a good overnight situation for a family of adults. It would be a good place for a cocktail party, but not worth 480 for five adults as listed as a place to sleep. There's a bath and a half and the one full bathroom is more like what you'd find in a hostel than one of the more expensive options in Columbia SC. The shower is a tiny plastic booth and the floor was recently repaired and looks unsanitary. We were in the property for 30 minutes before deciding to book another home and leave, forfeiting the 480. The manager's a nice guy but the property is not for adults looking to spend the night. I probably should have understood that based on the photos, but it's also wrong for it to be listed as a premium place for a family of five adults.

Great Guys Weekend

This was a great stay. It started off a little rocky with an unforeseen plumbing problem. Things happen. But, Joab made everything right in no time at all. We left for the night and everything was fixed before we even got back. The unit was clean, well decorated and lots of space. We will be coming back!

I love design. Mid-Century, Modern, Minimalistic and Mies (as in van der Rohe). This loft is an extension of my interest in architecture and design. A stock broker turned real-estate developer, I found my passion and calling in repurposing old warehouses into chic, living quarters. I plan to convert more of my inventory of these exciting lofts into overnight spaces so that more travelers can experience the lifestyle that I've enjoyed creating. We hope that you'll come to experience our vision for design.
