Incredibile casa di South Scottsdale, appena terminato un completo rinnovamento della proprietà, comprese tutte le nuove finiture, elettrodomestici e mobili di fascia alta !! Questa casa si trova a pochi minuti da Old Town Scottsdale, che ha i migliori bar e ristoranti a Scottsdale. Inoltre vicino a grandi campi da golf, casinò, golf top e giochi di allenamento primaverile!

Rilassati all'interno con questa casa a tre bagni con quattro camere da letto splendidamente ristrutturata con piscina privata! Ci sono 7 TV a grande schermo in questa casa incluso un sistema di intrattenimento da 65 "nella Family Room. La camera familiare, la cucina e la sala da pranzo sono grandi e aperte per un grande spazio divertente. Home ha anche una sala giochi personalizzata con biliardo e area bar separata, un sacco di divertimento !! Il cortile dispone anche di una grande piscina, tavolo da pranzo all'aperto, pozzo del fuoco, barbecue, vasca idromassaggio, gioco di corn buche e, naturalmente, TV a grande schermo!

Il nostro posto è buono per coppie, viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie e grandi gruppi. La disposizione della camera da letto è la seguente:

Bachelorette Party 2025

My college roommate is saying I do next month and we held the bachelorette party in Scottsdale. This property stood out immediately on the website and EVERYTHING advertised was true! The owner Dave was super responsive, the pool was amazing, rooms and beds were very comfortable. The garage area had a pool table and there were plenty of pool floaties. 100% I recommend this property. Price was good, and the owner was very rapid in response to any questions we had. Early check in was granted, no problems entering or leaving property and the A/C kept us nice and cool in the hot Arizona sun. Very close to the airport and other happening spots in Scottsdale. 10 out of 10!

Girls Getaway

Lovely stay for 7 ladies, kitchen had all the things for preparing and serving meals, beds comfy, plenty of house and pool towels. We enjoyed the hot tub and corn hole.

Great weekend stay

This great Scottsdale property was very accurately represented and exceeded expectations. Check-in process was extremely easy, communication top notch and the house suited our group perfectly with the location being close to everything we had planned.

Excellent in all areas

Beds were very comfortable. Panty was well stocked. Took a minute to figure out the coffee maker. Cooked our meals and Kitchen worked well. Water pressure in main bath for shows was a bit weak. Overall location was great, close to Frys.

Wonderful stay

Really great stay. 12 of us enjoyed for a long weekend for a 30th birthday. Loved the backyard and everything else. 10 min or so Uber ride to ole towne Scottsdale for tons of fun bars too.

Great place to stay!

The house was absolutely perfect and Dave couldn’t have been more accommodating. The house itself is beautiful and the best part is the outdoor area. The pool, hot tub, grill, etc. were great and perfect for enjoying a long weekend in AZ. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay for Big Group

We had a blast, there was 12 of us guys that stayed there 10 of us being 18+, the whole place fit us all there! Great neighborhood with plenty of options around and Dave was very helpful with communication and any help that we needed! Great weekend!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This property to be one of best options in Old Town Scottsdale. Newly remodeled with Amazing finishes. We are in Old Town Scottsdale and very close to restaurants, Bars, The Mall, Golf Courses, etc. About 4 Miles North and a quick 10 minute drive you will find the popular Fashion Square Mall for all of your shopping needs along with Old Town Scottsdale. There is the entertainment district in Old town with plenty of clubs (Whiskey Row, Bottled Blonde, Bevvy, Dakota.... Just to name a few.) Old town has plenty of restaurants to try. A few of our favorites are: Hula’s, Diego Pops, Chop Shop, Farm and Craft, Banderas, The Mission, Geisha a go go, Barrio Queen, Cowboy Ciao.... You really can’t go wrong. If you are in the mood for a casual drink but don’t want to hit the clubs we suggest, Scape Goat (beer and wine only), Counter Intuitive (specialty cocktails), Second Story and The Montauk (Also has a good food Menu.)

Getting around

PARKING
You have one/two slab parking spots in front of the house depending on the size of your care. The garage is not to be used for vehicles. Street parking is also safe and encouraged for any additional guests.

SCOTTSDALE TROLLEY/BUS
There are trolley stops very close to home (the bus stop is literally at the light post the left of the house.) with several different routes. We suggest that you look up the trolley routes and times for the most accurate information.

UBER/LIFT
Download the app! We use both Uber and Lift frequently. They are easy to use and usually have no problem finding the home.

LIMEBIKE
If you are feeling like a bike ride you can download this app. You may see several places where bright green bikes are parked. If you download this app you will have access to take these bikes to and from.

Easy access golf courses, Phoenix Open, and Talking Stick Casino. This home is located between the Cubs spring training field and the Diamond backs. Great central location!
